I don't know why they even fly American flags out front. Most anti-American establishment from the inside out.
So I'll Have To Yelp A.

Everything is locked up they have to carry it to the counter for you and they have tampons in the men's restroom. They treat everybody like thief.

Waited her over 10 mins. Noone got my curbside pick up request bit my app says it.

Waited over 10 mins for curbside my app says it and Associate said didn't receive any. Who's to blame AI?

3/5/2020: I bought deer fencing protecting the six-in-one apple tree.

3/5/2020: Good grief! Home Depot got me hook, line, and sinker! I keep perpetually returning to Home Depot buying this, that, and DOH~I forgot to buy this, this, AND THIS~GRRRRR!!!! I bought Rainbird irrigation components, H2O timers, H2O spickets, plants, fruit trees, planter pots, fertilizer, gardening tools, raided the HD Tool Crib for tin snips, drill bits, hammer, drill, saws-all, terrorized/hassled the Kitchen Designer Lady for purchasing a special-order, Lazy Susan kitchen cabinet, bought an electric double-oven, GE Range, Samsung French Refrigerator, special ordered FIVE ceiling fans/TWO exhaust bathroom fans, LED lightbulbs, electrical wiring, electrical extension cords, deer fencing, H2O sprayers, fifty-feet of H2O hoses . . . Gosh~I didn't realize the costly investment I paid a pretty penny to Home Depot: I bought too many items at Home Depot including, purchasing TWO TUFF SHEDS~OY-EVAY. . . Now, my embarrassing eye-roll ensues looking shamefully at the ground. By the way: I will plant more fruit trees and vegetables in order, elevating, heightening my property's landscaping and curb appeal, providing a more healthy diet by inhaling fruit and vegetables for my family and me, and finally, increasing my property's value greatly. In my devious, dastardly plot: I plan planting green onions AND garlic in between the yellow Daffodils located on the front yard's sidewalk insuring Buck Owens, Jan Doe nor Bambi will not inhale any of the flowers or fruit trees I plant at my property's landscape! Overall, I'm hoping all what I have invested, spent my hard-earned money, planting a plethora of fruit and vegetables on my property will grow extremely well, continue flourishing, and forever brightening with a color palette explosion in order, improving the boring landscape at my quasi-new house I closed escrow on July 17, 2017.

Home Depot suck. Customer service is lacking. No cushion covers

They stand head and shoulders above the big competitors like home depot and lowes, especially when it comes to customer service and satisfaction! While prices may not be lower, they are fairly comparable and the quality is at least as good as the Goliath hardware stores. I appreciate Ace and will continue to visit them for years to come, I'm sure!

I recently purchased a Stihl MS462 from Ace Hardware and was told at the time of purchase that if I…read morebought Stihl oil, my warranty would be extended to two years. That turned out to be completely untrue. When the tensioner was damaged, I brought the saw in for service. When I dropped it off, I was told it would be covered under warranty. However, when I went to pick it up, I was told the exact opposite, that the saw only carries a three‑month warranty because it's considered a professional model. The Stihl tech, Dave, informed me that the employee who originally sold me the saw (and gave me the wrong warranty information) had been fired. When I explained that it was unacceptable to mislead a customer on something as important as a warranty, he showed no concern at all. In fact, he was extremely rude. When I asked, "Can you see why I'd be a little upset?" he replied, "No, I really can't." This wasn't even about the cost, the repair was only about $40. What bothered me was the complete lack of customer service. Dave also told me he wouldn't have covered it anyway, even under warranty, claiming I must have hit a nail or Knott, which makes no sense for a tensioner failure. His explanations didn't line up with how these saws work, and it didn't feel professional. I spent over $2,000 on this saw and expected far better treatment. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disrespected. Dave should receive customer service training, and the situation should have been escalated instead of turning into an argument. Had I known the true warranty details upfront, I would have purchased a Husqvarna, so they definitely lost my trust. I do want to add that the staff working there are great employee's and have been great to work with with exception to Dave and the Co-Owner. My wife will be leaving her own review regarding her interaction with a co-owner, as I was not part of that call. My advice go to a real small engine repair shop and keep a hardware store to just that, hardware.

The store always has what I need for my various DIY projects and let's talk about the power tools and hand tools. Such an awesome selection. I could go broke in the power tools and Craftsman section. Today, I came to the store to return something that was shipped to my house by Home Depot. There were issues with the items and Home Depot support could not help me. They told me that I had to go to the store myself. Well, as I was at the return desk, Bryon came by and asked me about the items when I told him what the issue was, he was genuine in his concern for my poor customer service experience. After hearing what happened, he took ownership of the situation and ensured that it was a smooth transaction. He also made sure to take care of me as a customer because he told me that he didn't want me to have a poor experience. What Bryon did for me was above and beyond and I can tell you that if you have any problems, look for Bryon and he can definitely help. I hope that the store manager and management team realizes what an awesome employee they have in Bryon and it is because of employees like him, that I continually come back to the store and buy from here. Bryon and team are second-to-none. Well done!

I probably would have broken something like a finger or my wrist. We came in early to purchase some items for the Laguna Lathe that I thought I needed and in doing so we met Nancy who very graciously took us in and started early. We were the only members in attendance so it felt like a private lesson session. Nancy went over all the safety items and explained what each part of the lathe is called and what it does. Nancy talked to us as a peer and not as a lowly beginner, which was very helpful and really made the session enjoyable. I was very nervous at first but Nancy gave us encouragement and pointed out what we were doing correctly and gently explained what could be improved. We wound up making mallets instead off the ball that was pictured in the class description. That was a welcome surprise. Overall we learned a great deal and now have the confidence to continue making turned objects. My next project will be something not sure yet. But I know it will 'TURN" out great thanks to Nancy's help and training.
