My girlfriend and I went in to this location. Never come around this side of town but we were today. Shopping around minding our business Then I had to go to the bathroom. I get that people may confuse my gender but how far they went about it was absurd. This store sent 4 people AND had someone knocking down all the stalls in the bathroom. Mind you, I'm only a scrawny 5'1 person. Who in the f*** does that s****?! I leave and wash my hands QUICKLY because now I'm afraid they're going to attack me and as i exit i see they called a security guy but they didn't say anything as I was exiting. Really?! Be warned! Do not fall in line to young men in the cashier. They are stealing from the gift cards that you'll buy. I bought 2 $25 gift card and a pack of 3 $10 cards. While at the counter, this young man scanned all 3 cards and handed me 2 and said " I will get you another $25 card" and left the counter. I thought there was something wrong with the card itself, with the barcode or something. When he came back he scanned the "new" card and handed it to me. On my way out i looked at my receipt and saw that i was charged 3 $25 gift card plus the 3 $10 pack. I walked back to him and asked him that i was charged extra for a $25 gift card, he then reached in under his counter the other $25 and told me he forgot to void it. (So nothing was wrong with it in the first place because he was able to scan it)He then told me to go to customer service and yelled at the swing/ shift manager to take care of it. I told him i only meant to buy 2 $25 and i want my money back. He said that gift cards are non refundable. I told him It was his staff's fault and i only have a budget for 2. So he then asked for all the cards and started scanning all of them. I asked him why is he scanning the $30 too when i was just trying to return the $25? He said " i know, i know , i'm trying to return this" he looked unhappy and anxious. When I attempted to tell him about the cashier's dishonesty, he just dismiss it. He then finally was able to give me my $25 refund back and I went home with the original number of gift cards i intended to buy. So when I got home gave 1 of the $10 in a pack to my son. He didn't use it until 3 weeks later and found out that it was empty. I called apple service and they told me that the card was already empty / used. I said that is not possible because they are not even scratched yet. I went back to Target and I asked to speak with the manager and it was the same man that "helped" me 3 weeks ago ( which I won't mention the name ). He was asking for the receipt which I don't keep since you can see all my purchases being a card member. (Theres more to the story why I think he is well aware of the scam and might be a part of it but this is getting too long.) It was there on my previous purchases but the barcode isn't. So, lesson learned- ALWAYS, ALWAYS ask for the receipt of each specific cards. I didn't pay attention to it and they took that opportunity. They use to give you a print out of the gift card that you purchase but I guess not everybody is doing it. At Vons, I don't even have to ask, it automatically prints and given to you apart from the grocery receipt. I hope Target management will look into this. read more

I really don't like one of the managers that work here. He's a bald headed African American man. He always has a bone to pick with me every time I'm waiting in line. It's like he talks down on me since I'm Asian. This guy is always at the front and act like he's running the show. It's annoying because I'm a quiet dude and I'm just waiting to pay for my items. I was at this target today. I was at the customer service counter to return an item. There was one customer ahead of me. The associate who was helping her walked away from the counter and walked near me as she passed by she said I'll be right back to help you. She was back in less than 5 minutes. She gave a package to that customer then looked at me and said I can help you over here. As I approached the counter she smiled and said how can I help you. I gave her the item I was returning along with my receipt. She immediately scanned the item, scanned the receipt, and showed me on the register the amount to be credited to my credit card All this with a great smile. I was very impressed with her courtesy, efficient nature, and prompt attention to my situation. Ebony is the name of this outstanding employee. This Target definitely lacks professionalism and customer service! Its difficult enough being a female and having to pick up tampons/pads during the time of the month, but my experience at Target today made it 100X worse. I seriously just wanted to grab a box of panty liners and get out. The line was ridiculous at around 5pm on a Sunday night and once I reached the cashier who was ringing up my item he just started juggling it in the air! He threw it up and caught it several times in front of other customers and I just stared at him hoping he would get the hint that I was definitely NOT amused. I didn't get to catch the guy's name but he was an overweight Caucasian dude with a reddish beard and definitely lacks common sense and professionalism. If it wasn't for the convenience of location I would not have stopped at this Target. I certainly would NOT recommend coming to this Target, especially if you are picking up personal supplies! Classic Target. Big store, easy access, tons of parking (though not all of it is close to the door). Starbucks and Pizza Hut in the food area. Cart alcohol wipes for those germophobes among us (sometimes me). Shelves were stocked. Food, pharmacy and beauty items are on the far east side of the building; that's all I needed but, as usual, I came in on the other side. Typical me. I got almost everything I wanted. I did find it odd that the plastic wrap and other kitchen preservation items were in the cleaning supplies area. Move those things over near the kitchen items like paper towels and storage containers. No need to separate them by 7-8 rows. I found it, though, so I'm okay. I checked out quickly as there were 3-4 open even at a low tide time of day (3:30pm). Not bad. read more

Unfortunately, the last time I came here yesterday, the cashier apparently had the flu and kept sniffling & coughing all over his hands... I paid cash & he coughed in his hand before handing me my money..... Today I came down with the flu/fever/chills/sore throat and I am prettyyy sure it was from the cashier because I ate chips afterwards and the germs must have gotten on my food from my hands. Oops I should have washed my hands... If one of the cashiers are evidently sick, send the cashier home please!! :( . This Target is somewhat known for, on rare instances of over the top mentally illed guests that would shout down the aisles or rant to themselves pacing in circles. Also, there were times where me and others witnessed police vehicles all lined up outside to haul off different age ranges of shoplifters back then. Heard about a lot of internal theft at this branch many many years ago, hence no more lawn and garden because that was their exit point before all the cameras were installed in. But other than that pretty relaxed and chill normal operating Target in the area. I typically come in to check out the toy aisles from time to time. The seasonal items like for Halloween or Christmas. The decorations and different candies offered during each holiday season. read more

I love Target! I can't see myself giving a Target store anything less than 4 stars (well maybe anything less than 3 stars if I didn't have a super stellar experience I suppose). This Target is located in the same plaza as Ross (which is right next door) & Petsmart, with plenty of parking. Whenever I come into any Target, I pretty much always grab one of those disinfectant wipes to wipe down either a cart of a basket and head over to the Dollar Spot and browse and then head on my way to the destination I had originally planned on. And because it is Target, I pretty much almost always get distracted and look at other aisles that I was not originally planning on venturing to just because everything inside Target is just oh so cute and functional to me. Yes I am one of those people who have the Red Card (save an additional 5% on all of your purchases, except pharmacy purchases). So this Target allowed me to do just that with my above shopping experience. The employee who took care of my transaction this evening was nice. But the lines were pretty long, which surprised me because usually when I shop at my local Target, there aren't nearly as many people checking out around 9 pm. But it's been a pretty crazy hot day today, so I guess people decided to come out when the heat finally cooled off. I also wanted to mention that another employee walking down one of the aisles was helpful and showing me where the alarm clocks were because I am need of a new one. He actually walked me over to where they were when he really could have just pointed me in the right direction. Going that extra mile really was nice and quite thoughtful and I greatly appreciate that. So in the end, this place definitely gets a 4 star from me, because "Yay! I'm a fan." read more

A steal I've discovered 2 yrs ago is that Target's Merona line for men has some pretty legit stuff @ decent prices. Quality is on point and the Converse line carries some simple and trendy pieces for guys. I treasure Target more than ever now because gayass Santa Barbara (where I go to school) has not a location in sight. Epic stuff goes down here, too. My favorite place to shop. It's so convenient. Everything is organized for the most part. They have a decent grocery section. The restrooms are usually clean and stocked. The staff is ehhh, a couple of them have great customer service, the others don't. Claudia and another girl's name that I haven't caught are always so peppy and polite and it definitely makes my day. Other than both of them, the rest of the staff seems uninterested in assisting customers. I love using cartwheel to scan my items as I shop and then use my red card for an additional 5% off. I also really like that the target app will tell me what aisle something is in if I can't find it. read more

I hate this Target location. This is the worst location I can remember. Maybe it's the clientele or maybe it's the workers. This store literally looks as if people ran through the store throwing things all over the place. The store is messy and disorganized. We only come here if we absolutely need it. We would rather take the drive to the one in West Covina on Azusa or the one in Diamond Bar on Grand. This is a ghetto Target and I would not recommend it. Dear friendly neighborhood Target. How I love thy products and overall joy thou bringst me once I cross thy threshold, but loathe thy neverending long checkout lines during all store hours. This location in particular always has really long lines (imagine the checkout lines at Costco near closing time). This store does feel smaller and has less selection of products (or out of stock) when compared to other Targets in the area. Also--for some reason--this location is always sold out of bananas, or the remaining single bananas always look really sad and abused? Staff is friendly here and are pretty helpful whenever I need assistance. This is the closest Target to me so I will still continue patronizing this location. read more

Any Target store has same outline and floor plans usually. But this one has certain departments far from the entrance. For example, I know Beauty and Health departments are located close from the entrance or the cash registers but its the opposite for this Target. The store is really big and they have a lot of merchandise and seems like they are on stock too. But I find the floor pretty dirty. When I walked in, their white tile floors were like gray and sticky and I did not see anyone mopping the floor. Other than that, this store is no different from any other Target store. read more

Came to pick up my drive up order and good thing I checked my items because I was missing an item from my order. I asked the employee and instead of trying to help me right away they tell me to wait. What should of been an easy fix and fast pick up ended up being longer than expected. I probably should of just gotten the items myself in person. read more

Giving one star for drive up service purposes only. I love target! However, target is the worst for drive up service. You literally wait the two hours. I thought it was during the holiday season, but it's all other times as well. I've had to cancel my order and walk in to get the product myself. I am not displeased with Target as a company, it's this location in particular. Target West Covina south, Eastland Center and every other target has my stuff ready in as little as 5-11 minutes. I hope this location begins to manage the times for drive up better. I know it says it's within 2 hours , but I've never experienced that anywhere else. If you want ur stuff in 5 Mins it's better to drive a bit extra And go to West Covina. They are FAST. Keep up the great work. read more

I wish their elf makeup section was bigger but that's not why I gave it 3 stars haha The reason why for the three stars is because it gets pretty messy (sometimes kind of dirty) in there. This Target has given me nothing but BAD EXPERIENCE throughout this whole week. My husband and I order a bunch of stuff from our baby registry and to have it ship to the store and the stuff we order ain't cheap. Day after day they keep sending me email to approve new delivery store date. Okay. I approved it. But know that just because I approved it doesn't mean we don't have to switch OUR busy schedule time for your convenient. And it's very stupid of you guys having me to approve the new delivery to store date and yet you only allow us to pick up the item within 2 days. What the fuck ? Damn Target. Finally we picked up most of the stuff we need and still have 8 more items to go and TODAY they decided to just cancel the rest of those items that we've been waiting for where I have to keep approving new date and now knowing it won't even come before they decided to CANCEL on me and giving me BS " they can't seem to fix the issue. " Dude. We purchase these items with discounts we have and just cause you say " your card won't be charge. " then you expect us to let it go and repurchase it for original price ?! What the heck ? This Target. Well thanks a lot for giving me NOTHING but bad horrible experience. This Target is whatevers. There's nothing special about this Target other than they recently remodeled their make up section to add special lighting similar to a Sephora store. I find this Target a little bit smaller than most Targets I have been to. It's also a little dirtier than most and I want to say rather messy too because I often find products misplaced or lying around randomly. For example I'll find nail polish in the bread section and I think that's a bit weird. I also think the workers here are not helpful and the customer service is way off. I ask for help to find a particular item and the workers seem reluctant to help me. It hasn't happened once but more like several times. One guy said that they didn't carry that item but I ended up finding it on my own. Another time, a girl said that I had to go to another Target to find the curtains but it turned out they did have some in stock. This Target frustrates me. read more

The black guy that works at the front by the registers was very rude. He bumped into me and my 8 year old son while we were getting our bags from the cashier and putting them in our cart. Didn't say excuse me sorry nothing didn't even look back. He had no reason to even walk so close to us. There was plenty of space there. I think he's a manager as well so that must be the attitude of the whole store. Might as well go to Walmart if I'm going to have to put up with rude people at least it's cheaper and wider selection. This Target is routinely out of stock. The buying manager is bad at their job. You can, on any given go in and take multiple photos of empty shelves. You can tell what's popular for the area as they are either out or low stock after day yet the items that are unpopular are always in stock. read more
