target is probably my favorite store ever so i doubt i'll ever give any location less than 5 stars. this location is huge and it's right near old navy which is another favorite of mine. the only suck thing is that it's smack dab in the middle of the natomas anywhere america shopping traffic hell. but if you want to brave dealing with all that bullshit then it's a great store! read more

I visit my local Target on a weekly basis to purchase the necessities, clothes , groceries , and electronics . I always find what I need and even wind up buying a little more than what i need . I love the grocery section as they seem to have a handful of vegan options and gluten free products . Customer service is always great here never had a bad encounter . However , the Starbucks cafe area could use a bit of cleaning more often . Many times I come in during my weekly shop stop and grab some Starbucks on my way out only to realize the place is a mess . The floors are usually not well maintained and sometimes it seems as if they are understaffed especially during the holidays when there are more people inside the store . read more

Target over Walmart anyday! I visit Target about once a week to grab my home essentials. It's a pretty big Target and it's very clean. I would stay away from the fitting rooms (the only and only time I tried their clothing out in the fitting room, some guy SLAMMED open my door; bruised my back, and left. Not much to say since it's your typical Target. They do have a grocery section that's well stocked. You can almost always find whatever you're looking for since the shelves are rarely empty. Very clean and the staff and cashiers are really friendly. read more

I love this place. Really its a really, nice, clean store. Sometimes I load the kids in the car, go get coffee and just walk down the isles looking for things to buy. The costumer service is great, the cons are they need a better parking situation, and there return policy can be a little annoying but all in all its a great store. read more

A quick easy favorite for me. I am a fan of Target to start. Walk in here and smell the food court! Starbucks is right there up front in case you want to grab a coffee then shop. A decent selection of all goods needed. The grocery section is decent size... it is good for a quick few items but for weekly grocery shoppong, go to the actual grocery store. They recently added self check out- this is great for quick check out!!! Make sure you get a target card so you can save 5% on all your purchases!!! Also, make sure you take in your own bags or they will charge you for bags. read more

It's a pretty good Target store. It's always clean. Well organized. I wouldn't do any major purchases here, but it's good for your standard 'we need tp and Windex' type trips. It doesn't have that terrible nacho cheese the day after prom night smell that most Target stores have. read more

I just moved here a few weeks ago and this is my Go TO spot to pick up anything I need! Usually always full! Today was no exception, but a certain employee made my experience awesome! Vivian working the dressing rooms on 2/13/2016 was rude and absolutely did not do her job. Trying to find my son a pair of shorts that fit my son. I wait to be helped while she's socializing with another employee. I tell her I have 5 items she says just go in. Um okay. upon trying on things and getting ready to leave she says nothing facing the other way again socializing with another employee she didn't take the items that didn't work for me or even ask to. Horrible. Today I went to purchase a few products. I noticed a buy 4 and receive a $5 gift card. I asked a sales associate if you can mix and match the products. She looked at the tags and said you should be able to. She told me to take a picture and show the cashier. When I got to the cashier she rang up my items. I inquired about the $5 gift card. She told me "well it didn't come off. You need to buy 4 items." I told her I did. She then said "well it didn't come off." I showed her the picture of the price tag. The cashier flipped her light on for the manager and said "well I can't just make a gift card. I need to call my manager." We waited for several minutes. The cashier says "we just have to wait. Hopefully the manager will see my light". At that point my husband asked another associate to please locate the manager. The manager was busy. The cashiers was irritated with us at this point. I told her just to cancel my whole order. I walked away. My 10year old son went to love the cart and the cashier snapped at my son in a very rude tone. Told me son "NO! Just leave it!" My husband heard it. Had I heard her speak to my son that way I would have asked for the supervisor. We did nothing to invoke this type of attitude. Never again! read more

Target Natomas Store - 3601 North Freeway Blvd Sacramento CA 95834 The service in bike department of this Target sucks. I want to buy a Schwinn 20" Deelite bike for my daughter's birthday on 21 January 2009. I saw on the internet that this store has one of these bikes available so I called them to be sure. Problem no 1: They have one out the back, but it's not put together Problem no 2: I was told they have to call a trained bike guy from an outside company to come to the store to put it together- only a trained person can do this and the girl I spoke to on the phone was not sure when this event happens. Problem no 3: The girl also could not let me reserve the bike. Problem no 4: I asked the girl if I could buy this bike and then they could let the bike guy know I needed it assembled - the answer was no. Problem no 5: The girl told me that I would have to wait until the bike was assembled along with the rest and put on the shelf before buying it - they did not have a date for this so I could miss my child's birthday. Problem no 6: The girl also could not contact the bike guy know to let him know I wanted the bike put together along with the rest of the other bikes he was going to do, she asked me to call back the next day and speak to Derek the team leader , he would could help me. Problem no 7: Spoke to Derek team lead - He told me could not ask the bike guy to come in for only a few bikes, he had to wait until he had more bikes that needed assembling and unfortunately he didn't have enough bikes at the moment and he could not tell me when this would be. Problem no 8 - They would not sell me an unassembled bike to take it else where to get it assembled - against some policy Problem no 9: Derek suggested he could call other Target stores nearby for me but there is no guarantee that the bike I wanted was put together. Problem no 10: If he found a bike at another store put together he could not send it to his store - no inter store transfers sorry. Problem no 11: In the end Derek couldn't be bothered doing this for me so he offered me the location names and the phone numbers so I can do it. This has been worse service I have encountered in a long time. I will not buy the bike from them even if I saw one perfectly made up on the store shelf. I am going to send this email to the Target Manager. read more

Nice and clean, well stocked. We came here often! The bathroom there is clean as well. The video option there is very little though. Grocery section is well stocked. Cashier usually are efficient and no need to wait too long in line. The Starbucks inside never use it before however.... read more

Horrible store, consumers should feel comfortable and safe when buying food from stores, well I was there tonite and my child pick up a product by the name Voortman Peanut Butter Wafers which had been on their shelf, but I found out once I got home and my family ate one and from the taste of them I checked the date to only find out that these were well over a ( June 21, 2013 ) YEAR EXPIRED STILL on the SHELF being sold I'm so very disgusted with Target. read more

I just love how clean Target is all the time. They have a great selection of goods. The staff is normally great and have only had a problem a few times. I love how they set up the lines during Christmas time. I do wish they had a larger selection of fresh meats, but I will take what I can get. As a former Target employee of over 17 combined years. I have never experienced such poor customer service in a Target store. While shopping I selected an item that apparently was tagged wrong with a sale sign. And when I brought this to the attention of the cashier she said she cannot accommodate me and adjusted to the sale price which was advertised in front of the item. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told I would have to wait he doesn't have time right now. SMH. I guess our money don't pay their SALARY. It's horrible when a manager can not take the time to meet the needs of a customer!! It's a sad retail world. They received one star simply because the doors were open. read more

Anyone who knows me understands my love for all things Target. Target is simply the best store...and the new Natomas Target takes shopping here to a different level of excellence. There is a fully functioning Starbucks right next to the super clean restrooms on your way to the grocery store! I kid you not, this Target has better products than most Albertsons! The women's clothing department is enormous and Target Natomas has an expanded suit/professional dress section that hides great treasures. The clearance section is huge and I even found some of my favorites from a few seasons back for extraordinarily cheap (we all know how frustrating it can be when you missed buying something only to have it shipped to far far away before you could even get it on sale!). I seriously think this store might be part of Target's test marketing because the products are just superb! I heart Target and will now always make the trek to this store which is even better than Target Greatland in uppity San Ramon! read more

This review is more for an employee and not so much the store itself. I have been coming to this Target for around 8 years now and can always count on a good Target fixed. There is one person at this store that always makes it a great experience and that person is Renee at self check out. She is by far the sweetest person I have ever got the pleasure of dealing with in any retail store. My kids ask for by name because they know she will be there to put a smile on their face. She is always so helpful no matter how busy it is or how her day is going. You can count on Renee to help you and put a smile on your face. She has been with the company for almost 2 decades and it shows. She truly cares about her customers and their experience. I love when I am shopping and I can hear her laughing with another customer. Let me start by saying that i usually love Target. I choose target over walmart because I don't like dealing with all the walmart type people. (Yes i sound snobby, no i don't care.) However, this target SUCKS. I always have a problem with their specials. Half the time the cashier doesn't know what to do and sends me to the customer service area, where i get to wait in line AGAIN. Any time they have the free giftcard with purchase special I end up over in the customer service department to get them to correct the mistake. Not to mention the especially rude man with the target logo shaved into his head could really work on his customer service skills. He didn't even greet me, and when i mentioned that what i bought was part of a sale, he just said it didn't ring up that way and gave me a blank stare. Also I think they could train their employees so much better than they do. They never even remember to give the reusable bag credit, and usually i have to tell them it's the barcode next to the register for them to scan it. I think i might start braving the walmart crowd, because at least they will work to correct their mistakes. read more
