This is the closest Target to my house and I've always had a good experience. For the most part the shelves are well stocked with merchandise and the store is clean. Additionally, since I usually only pick up a few items I can get in and out of the store quickly thanks to the express line. As an added bonus really like their $1 section and that they have price scanners throughout the store. I went today to pick up a 2016 calendar and supplies for school, and I was able to get everything I needed at an affordable price! Definitely a fan! read more

I used to be devoted to shopping at Target until I came to this location. I went in looking for an item that they had advertised as "in stock" on their website. I even called before heading over to make sure they had it. They said they did. When I got there, I had a difficult time just finding someone to help me. And when someone finally did meander (literally, there was no pep in this persons step, they acted as if they couldn't care less) over to us...but then, turned around to go help someone else who had just called her over! Are you kidding? So we continue to wait another 5 minutes or so until she finally meanders over again to see what we needed. I told her, she looked for it in the system & they were out. When I expressed my irritation with just calling to confirm that it was in stock, she just shrugged. We went to customer service to complain & the lady there, also, no joke, shrugged. She didn't offer to get a rain check or a manger or anything. She just shrugged & stared at us. I went over to Walmart & picked up the exact item & Walmart even price matched. It's a mad world when Walmart has better customer service than Target. But I just can't bring myself to shop at Target any longer because of the uninterested persons that they have chosen to employ at this location. read more

Typical modern "department" store that is a step up from Walmart. It has all the basics from clothes, to food, to electronics, at a reasonable price. Most Target stores have Starbucks in them. read more

Unfortunately this is the closest target to me. It's rare that I can count on them to have women's smaller sizes, they typically have just larger sizes which I don't happen to wear. Today I tried going to get my toddler son shorts for the upcoming weather, they had no knit shorts-NONE. The sign was there for the shorts but there was no shorts. They also had maybe 3 or 4 swim trunks total in random sizes which none happened to be my sons size. During my time there target employees are walking around the store with their walkie talkies and I'm wondering why no one is restocking, this was like 11am on a weekday so it's not like I went later in the day. It was just a wasted trip and I will probably drive further to another target in the future. Also this location does get a lot of traffic & congestion however the stores need to try to compensate and be on top of stocking merchandise, this is a common issue here. read more

Standard target. This store is in a nice shopping center where you will find a lot go good stores. This store like most of them is clean and well kept. I think the single best things about Targets is that your not bombarded with an announcement every five minutes like that other store. read more

My family ordered glasses from their eye center, and let me tell you the rollercoaster we've been through. And on top of the the receptionist that answers the phone is extremely RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to send our glasses back twice because they can't get the lenses right!!!! So frustrating!!! And when we try to explain what's wrong they tell us we are wrong and we just need to get used to it!!! Seriously??? I don't understand them!!! After a year of giving this target a chance to resolve all their horrible issues, I'm done. Customer service is horrible. Employees only care to speak to each other instead of assisting customers. Items are never in stock. Lots of expired food on the shelves. You know there is an issue when other customer are talking to you about how horrible the store is. Drove all the way across town to pickup an item that it showed was available online only to discover that the packaging had been completely ripped off. At this point it should be marked down as open box and that's something that should be notated online as if this were a gift for someone, it's awkward to give them something with no packaging and tell them "oh, Target said it never left the store!" On top of that no employee was working (or at least located) anywhere in the Electronics department. read more

Target is always there when you feel the need to shop but the mall is too far or you really have legitimate things you need. If I have time to kill, I can always count on target to be there for me when I need it. There will always be those containers for the kitchen that I can't believe I did without for so long before, baby clothes and accessories that I just can't survive without, crafting supplies, makeup, muffins, you get my point, right? This Target is always clean, but the lines can build up though quickly, especially for midday when there shouldn't be lines. Doesn't deter me from coming here but I do wonder why there is always a wait. The Starbucks is always a nice save though. The baristas always friendly and accommodating. read more

I have very mixed feeling about this Target location. It's a Super Target so yes they have a larger variety of things in store than most Targets yet they also are constantly sold out of most things. This is not the store to come to find that item all the other stores have sold out. I recently made a purchase at this location and not even 15 minutes after closing I had the manager follow me to my car and clearly stated "I'm the manager, you need to leave this parking lot because I can't go home till you do". This definitely put a sour idea of this location in my mind. You can most definitely tell the way this location treats customers. She was a middle aged woman who was of the African American ethnicity. Not to mention not even after 5 minutes she had the audacity to call a security guard where he proceeded to follow us around the parking lot. I felt harassed and bothered. This is no way to treat a customer especially if I wasn't causing a disturbance of any sort. I then watched her get into a small sedan type car with the brand Mitsubishi and watched as she drive around to other people most likely saying the same excuse. read more

I love, love, love Target but this one sucked! Not sure who was actually working because all the associates seemed to be hiding somewhere. I came for a simple pair of comfy shoes bc I forgot to pack my sneakers and the shoe area was a hot mess. Made a quick pitstop by the restroom on my way out and Ewwwww! The floor was covered in what looked like black grease with shoe prints all in it, toilet paper and sanitation wrappers littered the toilet area, no paper towels and the last time someone had signed off on a restroom check was 1pm (I was there about 8pm) I quickly turned around and after exiting the restroom finally saw someone working. She was cleaning up spilled popcorn of course! I told her about the state of the restroom and she said I'll have someone take a look. She then retreated to what I think was a storage closet. Have always had friendly service at this location. Store is usually kept clean, and well stocked.

Target is definitely better than walmart but the coupon system and the cartwheel app is horrible, like who has the time with kids to pick up stuff and then scan every item. I buy more than half of the stuff from Amazon for this one reason that target has coupons but it is just painful to use them. Like text this number to get a coupon, what if my cell battery dead. Or sign in first and then scan and then re-scan at the register. Like guys how about adding a couple of more steps to get discounts and make it even harder! Perhaps verify the SSN before even getting to the coupon, unbelievable. read more

This Target is always out of stuff and understaffed like Wal-Mart lines understaffed. Yesterday when I came in here there was poop all over one of the toilets in the women's restroom. I prefer the Bandera Rd Super Target. They never have lines and products are almost always in stock. read more

My favorite super target...clean, convenient and always has what you need. I probably average 3 visits a week.

I love Target in general, as they carry a lot of items HEB and Walmart do not. If I need a couple grocery items and household stuff, I will go to Target so I only have to make one trip. My only issue with this place is I'm constantly being overcharged. On 3 separate occasions I was charged twice for the same item, so that meant a additional wait at the customer service counter to have it corrected. I now know to carefully review my receipt before I leave. It's incredible how often it happens - I don't even want to think about how many times this has probably happened in the past without me noticing. The other issue is with sales - you do not get items at the posted sale price. And I'm not just talking about those times another customer puts back on sale rack where it does not belong. I'm careful to read the sale sign to make sure I'm grabbing the correct stuff for the sale. And still, I will not get that sale price at the register. Another trip to the customer service counter.... I still continue to shop there - they have Downy Unstoppables at the best price & I just can't do laundry without them. Plus anytime I do get double charged or sale doesn't ring up correctly, customer service always corrects it with no issue. One time I couldn't come back until the next day & they still refunded $20 back to me w/o question. Employees always seem pretty friendly, at very least never had one be rude. read more

This store is just like any other target. Employees hide from guests and when you ask a question generally point to some random location. After you find the overpriced junk you are looking for, there are too few regusters open and too many people in line. Last time I went, the self-checkout was open, but the machines were all waiting for an employee override because the weight in the bagging area was not computing correctly. We did a quick run to get food and I saw a small table that I thought I could use so I put it in my cart. I only had about 7 items in my cart so I just went and paid in the self service checkout. When I tried to scan the table, I noticed that there was no barcode. I requested help from the kiosk screen. The lady that was in-charge of the self service area was too busy chit-chatting with a co-worker. She did not notice me while I was waving my hand and her co-worker had to tell her. It took her a moment to get to me and I told her I could not find the barcode. I also told her that I saw the price on the shelf where I got it. She ignored that and she walked back to her co-worker and said "It's going to be a minute!" After a few mins, she had time to help others in between, she told me "yeah, I can't find it." (From her system checker gadget) Really! Thanks for your help! She wanted me to go back and get a new one. I had a child with me and was in a hurry. A simple "sorry, I was not able to find it in my system" and "do you need help getting a new one? I can call for help." Would have made the situation better. This target is great. It is always clean and always a cart ready. There are always what seems to be a lot of people from the parking lot but once inside it looks dead! You can get anything here and always has deals or coupons available. And it has a Starbucks! Enjoy! read more

The location is good. My issue is with their price match policy. Target now will price match online competitors as well as local printed ads. The big problem is now you have to go to customer service for all price matches now. This includes simple $.50 local ad price matches. So essentially, they have an awesome price match policy, but make it a great inconvenience to use. read more

We love our target! Most people think target may be over priced but it is not. They have everything you may need from food to toys. This location is very clean and people working there are friendly. We would to buy meet at H.E.B but meat is such good quality here which I did not expect. The meet some days are really cheap. Rack of good ribs for 2.33. What a deal! We shop there for diapers as well and my wife loves the quality of the target brand. Target is way better than Walmart overall. read more

Staff is a little slow to help and not very knowledgeable, but that is to be expected of a place with a staff that rotates as many employees as they do. Everytime I come to this target there is always an issue. Whether it's they are out of stock of everything, lines are long and not enough employees, and the employees are rude and don't know their own policies. I am willing to drive further to go to the target on Bandera Rd. I've never have any problems there. read more

Don't take out any extended warranties from Target. They take your money and give you absolutely nothing in return. If something goes wrong with the item they will send you a form letter stating it is damaged and they aren't paying--period. They won't even discuss it. read more

Today I went to Target for a vacuum. When I found the one I wanted I noticed there was visible damage to the box. I went directly to the Customer Service area to ask for the Manager. I was going to ask if the item could be discounted but before I could I was stopped by a Target associate who said, "Excuse me Sir, are you going to pay for that?". It seemed she thought I was trying to steal a vacuum (even though I was no where near the exit but walking Directly to the Customer Service area). The Manager happened to be right there and I asked her the question about the discount. The Manager said no, that only if the item was damaged could a discount be given. That was fine, but she didn't even check if the item was damaged. That was all she said and left it at that. I think the Managers and staff here need to be better trained on Customer Service. read more

Went to customer service to try to price match an item from the Target website. There was a special on some items that were less expensive on the website and told the young lady there that I just had been to another store but was missing one from the collection and tried to show the receipt but was immediately told "we do not price match other Target stores" not I AM SORRY we do not price match other Target stores. I knew she was going to cause me problems. She ran some number and she could not find it. I had to show her how to look it up by the name. Total incompetence. But no it did not match some number even though the picture and model number was the same. I had t tell her to call the manager. He looked at the situation and said just give it to him, it is the same item and model number. I ran my credit card and she announced to everyone in line that my card was declined. Ok used another credit card then went across the street to my bank to check my card. Nothing wrong with my card. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.
