I am a frequent shopper at Target and have always had positive interactions with the employees, specifically Lilia. When looking for an item, she has crossed my path and every time I ask for help she is always willing to take the time to help me. On two occasions, even minutes before closing (on a Saturday night) she took the time to go to the back to look for an item that she seen was showing as available in her system. She is an asset to the store and is always going out of her way! I look forward to seeing her whenever I am in need of assistance. read more

During my recent visit to the store with my aunt at 10:06 PM date of 2/22/26 we encountered an issue while attempting to dispose of our quarters it wasn't even a lot two over exaggerate. We approached the cashier, Karen, who was wearing glasses her lenses are circle wise and had an android smartwatch. Despite our attempts to offer her the quarters, she repeatedly rolled her eyes and informed us that she was not interested in counting them because she weaned to go home with a smile laugh. This behavior raises concerns about the level of customer service provided at Target. It is unacceptable for employees to display such a dismissive attitude towards customers, especially when they are not fulfilling their responsibilities. It is crucial for employees to maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers. This is a smaller sized target, but not why I'm giving only two stars. Inside the layout of this store seems disorganized. It doesn't flow well at all. The restrooms are all the way in the back of the store, and there's a big tv showing multiple camera angles of people walking in and out. They don't sell alcohol here at all, I was wandering around looking for wine and ended up having to ask an employee, who informed me. There are fitting rooms located in the middle of the store, however most of them are closed. I assume based on my experience here this store has or still does experience quite a bit of shoplifting. Definitely not the best target I've been to, and I'm not sure I'd come back. read more

This Target is off 17th and Grand in a busy area of town. It's been remodeled and I think it's great. The store's clean and modern, I don't believe it has an Ulta inside of it, but their grocery section is always fully stocked. Parking's not bad here and there's minimal transients for some weird reason. Definitely a community Target location as there's tons of people living and working in the area. read more

whoever was the female starbucks barista working around 5pm/6pm on 10/03... my boyfriend asked for a water cup and she said to get in line which really irked me bc one, IT'S FREE. and two, it took the male barista not even 30 seconds to fill the cup with ice and water while we had to wait at least 5 minutes in line. what if there was a medical emergency? are they just gonna make us wait in line? I went in yesterday looking for an item that had said in stock when I checked, I went to returns first and there was two people the girl saw me walking up and immediately went to the back and when I asked the guy he didn't even let me give him the item number he just told me it wasn't in stock and blew me off. It took me to ask THREE more workers before I finally found a worker that was polite and actually did his job. There was pallets everywhere on the sales floor and no workers to be found. Today, she rudely told me to move the moment I received my order, even though I wasn't blocking anyone or lingering. Her tone was aggressive and completely unnecessary. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS AT THIS LOCATION!!!! Bought 5 $10 Target gift cards here only to learn that they had been used.!! While in perfect condition, I noticed they were glued a bit extra to the cardboard making the silver scratch area hard to access because of the glue. Upon removal, it was apparent the area had been scratched so that part of the bar code was visible. Customer service inside the store referred me to the 1-800 number. So glad I investigated prior to gifting these. So frustrated that they need to conduct an investigation prior to issuing my replacements though. BUYERS BEWARE!! UPDATE: while I was advised I would be contacted via email to provide additional details, photos and copy of receipt, I did not receive said email. I always try to give this target chance after chance and it never fails to disappoint. I live down the street but prefer to drive the 15 Min to any other Target. People are rude! I was shopping and went to pick up an order at 959pm I understand it was late but they hadn't closed and hadn't made official we are closed announcements. A young girl was standing at guest service I asked her if I could pick up and order, (i asked) she looked at another girl and the other girl replied to HER "we are Closed". She didn't even acknowledge me, look at me. As im standing there I asked so can I pick up my order or no? She then looks at me and with an angry tone says we are closed and walks away. Well they can keep my order because I am not going back. Disappointed at Target once again, Walmart can do better than this. Smh read more

wow, boy have the employees gone downhill in this store. I went to make a return a couple of hours after I purchased something from a different target and the girl behind the returns. Desk was very irritated and certainly didn't seem like she wanted to be at work. She was taking a very long time with the receipt packaging and the item and I asked her what was going on and she said that the receipt was missing a number. So I was going to have to wait until she tried a gazillion differentnumbers that were missing to make the receipt number. She did not have a name tag on when she finally figured it out did my exchange. I went over and asked for the manager. A early 20 year-old named Justin. I told him I had an issue with my return and asked for the girls name at the return desk. He looked at me with a completely straight face and said I don't have to give you her name. I laughed and said are you serious and he said yes. I said wait a minute Justin you all have name tax on. She doesn't have a name tag on why in the world can't you give me your name he said because I don't have to give you our employees names. I said, but she supposed to be wearing a name tag and doesn't have one. He said it doesn't make a difference. He's not going to give me her name. I have never read more

I placed an order on 9/2 at about 9:30pm & didn't realize they closed at 10pm. When I ordered the item it stated would be ready by 11:30pm. So I proceeded. After realizing the order was placed for the following morning I thought ok, let me attempt to go in that morning to see if I can happen to get it before work. I waited in the parking lot from 7:45am 9/3 until they opened to ask & see if I could pick it up. I approached the guest services area & asked the lady who was there. She had short hair kind of wavy. Lady laughed & smiled with a rude smirk stating that "No you can't". I even offered to pick it up from the floor to see if she can process it. She smirked & said no. No "hey I'm so sorry I am unable to as I have quite a few orders ahead of you" or "sorry it's protocol". Just a smirk like "no". You can cancel the order & purchase it & grab it from the floor. (I didn't do that as there also was an extra 10% off through the app). Wow...I don't recall Target ever having that attitude. Ok great. I'll have to return in 2 hours to pick the item up as she didn't want to work with me. & I understand, if it's protocol then by all means, but could careless is the attitude I received from her. Really sucks as I am a HUGE Target person & I even worked for Target years ago. The smirk was what threw me off. She could have cared less & simply said no. I left. Rushed to work to be there by 8:15am. At 9:45am I received a notification that my order was ready for pick up. Great. I rushed over. Head to guest service. There was another young woman there. She took my code & said ok we have to get it off the floor. The lady (who said no earlier) said she would go grab it. She grabbed my cart & went to grab my item. IN TURN MY ITEM BASICALLY WAS NOT READY! I was livid & had to hurry back to work as I work by appts. She brings me the cart & I notice there's a dent (the box was ripped in half. & she claimed she didn't have another one. I HAD NO TIME FOR THIS BS & asked what the policy was in returning it if it was damaged. She said I had time in case. I rushed back to work & had to open the box. Luckily the product was ok. Nothing wrong. Now...today is the 9/4 & after letting myself cool off & speaking to other people about it, I was told to make a formal complaint to corporate. I will be considering it, however I just think this person (being in the guest services section) should be more guest service like. My experience was great until she came up to me and my family very snappy and rude. Sighing and being extremely unprofessional. We were all paying separately and were grabbing our items. We didn't even have 10 items but it looked like it since they were 3 big boxes if she paused and listen without sighing and being rude she would've known that. I came here to get some personal supplies and Halloween goodies for the trick or treaters. Normally, I get large bags of candy... but this year, I decided to spend a little more on healthier treats. For $25, I got two large packs of organic fruit snacks and fruit strips, glow bracelets, erasers in fun shapes (in the form of food, of course), and mechanical pencils to use for school. Bryan helped me out at the register and convinced me to purchase a reusable bag to use again when I go to Target, which takes 5 cents off your total purchase... So I'll be even after 2 trips lol. Bryan was super energetic and asked every customer how their day was. He even made small talk mentioning he went to college and had two jobs. I commended him on his great attitude and exceptional service. He's only been on the job for 2 days, but it's as if he was a veteran here! I will definitely be dropping into this location again.
