Normally I like to shop at Target over other options such as Walmart. However, I just can't get behind this location, and the Starbucks inside is about the only good thing it has going for it. I've actually been in for that as much as I have to shop. Once I bought a grocery item only to discover when I got home that it was expired and gone bad. I had to bring that one back to the store. Since then, I have always paid attention to checking the dates on groceries there, and far too often I find that many items are well past their sell date on the package. Last night I was in, and more than half of the yogurt selection had sell by dates of October 3rd... 3 weeks ago. They really need to pay closer attention to things in that department. The service is never particularly friendly there either. It just seems like sort of a glum place. So now instead of popping into the Target, I instead stop at the adjacent Maverik to buy all the candy to sneak into the movie theater. read more

Normally I like this target a lot but today I bought $80 worth of gift cards and a card among other things and when I got home the gift card and card were not in the bag, so I call the store and explain that my things are missing. The customer service representative that I spoke to was rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing him, he told me he had my greeting card but he didn't know if the gift cards were with it, so I had to ask him to check if they were, which apparently put him out even more. When he told me that they were in the bag, I told him I would be going right back, he made a big deal about me bringing my receipt. When I get there, he scanned all my gift cards and the greeting card into the register instead of looking at my receipt that he made a big deal out of me bringing. Then instead of saying sorry for your inconvenience, I got him saying thank you under his breath. Normally this stuff doesn't bother me that much, it's a little annoying to have to go all the way back to a store to get the stuff you just purchased but mistakes happen, what bothered me was the lack of customer service I received. read more

The bathroom were really nasty! But other than that it was okay, just like a normal target. But they could clean there bathrooms more.

Since when did target decide that they weren't going to answer the phones about product availability? I called 3 different targets hoping to find a certain Kitchen Mixer and all decided not to answer. I finally decided to just drive down to this target and everyone at guest services was just standing around. When I finally went up to ask if they had the mixer they said no and that it was sold out at every target. When asking how he knew that he had no answer. Honestly super disappointed and don't feel it's too much of a hassle for any team member at target to simply answer the phone and look for the item. read more

Let me tell you WHY I'm giving this Target only 2 stars. So, my wife and I went out for dinner tonight at the Red Robin at the District (you can see my review of Red Robin there) -- and I noticed while driving to the restaurant that one of the blinker lights on the car is out. You know, when the turn signal goes super fast and you know a bulb burned out? Anyway, after dinner, I say: "Hey doesn't Target have an automotive section?" My wife responds: "yes, I'm sure it does" So we go to Target and indeed there is an "Automotive" Section. However, this is the problem - it is like 1 isle long. That's it. It had scrapers, windshield wipers, car air fresheners, and that's it!!! What the...? Anyway, I have no idea how they can even call this an Automotive Section, but they have the sign over it and everything.... Yet, no turn signal bulbs for your car. Anyway, needless to say I was disappointed. I'll be trying Walmart, NAPA, or Autozone tomorrow. Hope this helps. Cheers. read more

I just can't seem to like this target. I think I have been spoiled by the whole "super target" style that most other targets go by. Meaning, I like getting groceries as well as other things. This target has a small corner where they sell a very small selection of packaged foods. Stuff you would find in a 7eleven. Other then that, the store was alright. The staff was helpful. Didn't have anything standout to take note of. read more

I consider myself a Target aficionado. I've been to dozens of Target locations in several different states, and I do enjoy my shopping trips at any location. Even a bad Target is way better then a nice Walmart, according to me. I went in a few days ago to get a few food items, and almost everything else. I was very happy to see a Starbucks to get myself a coffee while I shop, and a snack bar to get my daughter a snack while we shop. The caramel popcorn here is so yummy! I don't find the prices far off from Walmart, and I find most things are only a few cents more at most, but the atmosphere is so much nicer, and when you walk out you don't feel dirty. This location is one of the best ones I've shopped at, but the only suggestion is to at least have 4 lanes open to check out at. read more

I am honestly not sure why the folks who work in the electronics department are so rude. There is an employee at this particular location who picks and chooses who can buy certain items. I went in looking for a new Toy Collectible and was told they were sold out. I was shocked to hear this after seeing another customer walking out with one. The other customer said they had a few more left behind the electronics counter. When I told the employee what this other customer had said he was caught off guard and I knew I had caught him in a lie. He wouldn't even open the cupboard to prove to me they weren't in there. I went home and told my wife about this and she decided she was going to go and try to get one. I watched from a distance as the employee opened the cupboard and pulled one out for her. Additionally, there were 8 more figures in the cupboard. Such horrible customer service, I will never go here again for my regular shopping needs. read more

How hard is it to print two gift receipts? I told them I needed two gift receipts before they even started scanning my items. They had to call in a manager who wasn't even clock d in and then it took 5-10 minutes. Also- who has only one checkout open @ 11:30 am? Don't get me wrong- I love a Target run as much as the next person- but I've always appreciated good customer service- which today wasn't as great. This location is a joke. I went into return an item that broke only after a couple of days and they no longer had it in stock even though their computer said they had three. So I had to settle with a similar item that cost half as much and just take the extra store credit. But because I had my receipt missed placed and the item had been on sale within the last 60 days possibly including Black Friday they would not give me back a credit for the full amount of the item. I asked to talk to a manager and the middle-aged man told me he was the acting manager as if I was supposed to be impressed. read more

I shop at Target at least once a week. I have never gotten any flack from employees or customer service. I do wish they had more customer service representatives, especially in November and December, but they retain their cool even with long lines. Employees on the floor have gone out-of-their-way to check back stock, help me look for items, answer questions and one sweet woman showed me how to use the coupon feature after I down-loaded the Target app. Never left the store feeling I hadn't had a good experience. I also LOVE my Red Card with its discount and FREE shipping or store pick-up. So convenient! Saves me gas and time, so it's a win-win. read more

This location is ALWAYS picked through. Especially with all of the kids clothes. It makes me crazy! If you never have any clothes you should probably order MORE for your store. I love target but I don't go to this location anymore. read more

My wife, like most women LOVES target. I don't particularly care, as long as its not wal mart. But this particular Target as far as Targets go is okay. I wish it had a better grocery section. But the selection of other items is good, the staff is reasonably knowledgeable. The customer service and returns people are top notch and do what it takes to make the customer happy and keep coming back. The starbucks is actually pretty good as well. read more

I used to love Target. I would go there for all my shopping and pharmacy needs. Then I moved and transferred all my monthly prescriptions to this Target. every month when I went there, the same rude girl was there. No smile, no friendliness whatsoever. One day, I went to pick them up and had a coupon. I asked if it was something I could use on this particular prescription. The rude girl said yes, but she would have to ring it through again. So I asked if that would be a problem and she said no. I stood and waited patiently... for about 15 mins. She seemed to be huffing and puffing over at the computer- it was apparent something went wrong. The pharmacist went over to assist her and as they worked on whatever was going wrong, the both appeared to be agitated as if they were in a rush. About 5 or so minutes later, the pharmacist rudely told me that I would have to come back because he was going to lunch. When I went back to pick up the prescription, that was the last prescription I ever filled at that store. I took my monthly prescriptions and my business to a place where I am treated like a person and a customer instead of an inconvenience. read more

Hey, friendly staff. That's all this kind of business really needs. And that's what sets target apart.

My husband and I stopped in today and asked the young lady in electronics if she knew anything about smart phones. Leticia said yes, and asked what the problem was. My husband handed her his phone and told her it kept saying he had no room left in memory to update his apps , even though he had just installed an SD card. Leticia was so sweet and sooo patient. She spent the next 20 minutes moving all downloaded content to the card. Then she made sure unused apps were not running. We had no idea they could do that or how to even check it, much less change settings. My husband joked that he was constantly being out smarted by his smart phone. Leticia showed us how to change settings on the phone ourselves next time. She is one smart girl. Definitely an asset to Target. We tried to give her $20 afterward for her help but she politely refused, saying it's all part of her job. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU LETICIA!! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!! read more

employees are very grumpy and seem to dislike their jobs. this was the first time any employee has asked me to get out of the cart in 7 years. the lines for the checkout were extremely long as well, they had only 2 employees working the checkouts. read more

love target, but this location, the employees seem to hate their job and their lives, bad costumer service, there are a lot of teens that hang around there on a friday night, which is annoying, i think they should be kicked out they were disrupting everyone, they would take things off of the shelves and throw them and theres always mobs of them, they need to take control... also this location runs out of certain sizes of clothing almost every time. very annoying... read more
