I was sexually harassed by three employees this morning at this Target. The whole experience was extremely uncomfortable and after the fact I decided to cut my shopping trip short. I was shopping in the beauty department when three of the employees walked by me. I heard one of them say "Damn, she has a bubble butt", they then circled back around me, staring me down and continued to make comments about my figure to each other. I rushed away from them because I felt extremely uncomfortable. However, they followed me down the next few isles to the food section. It was here that I turned around and gave them a dirty look. They started laughing at me and continued to make nasty comments. When they finally left me alone I grabbed an employee nearby and asked to speak to a manager. He told me he was a manager and he would talk to the guys who were harassing me and notify HR. I decided to cut my trip short and leave the store. After making my purchase, I asked guest services if there was another manager available that I could notify. I wanted to follow up just in case the first manager I talked to had dropped the ball. Guest services radioed a manager, she approached within seconds but walked right past me and started chatting it up with another employee. I waited nearly five minutes before she turned around to address my issue. When I explained the situation she said, "Oh those are night crew workers, they are seasonal, they will be out of here soon anyways." I heard no apology, no assurance that action would be taken. Just a "Oh you won't be seeing them here soon anyways." I followed up and told her "I made a $90 purchase today, it would have been a lot more had I not been sexually harassed during my shopping trip."I ended up returning everything I bought. I will never shop at Target again after what happened today and will put forth effort to ensure those I know avoid these stores. read more

Trying to find a parking spot at this place is always a night mare! I came here one night to purchase a cell phone charging pad as a gift, when I asked one of the workers if he could help me, he snapped and said, "we don't sell those" in a nasty tone, Well I knew they did because I looked at them and the reason why I asked for his help was because it was in a cage that needed to unlocked by an employee. After that I said Yes you do I just need for it to be unlocked. This whole time he is texting on his phone and snapped and told me to "Just go ask some one else". I cant stand little punks like that and especially ones that are suppose to be helping you. I have only had one person who has helped me that was very helpful and polite. Everyone that works here has a very rotten attitude and acts like they are being forced to work there. If you cant handle helping customers and being polite you do not deserve to work here. Dont even bother coming here looking for help or good customer service. read more

Literally the worst target lately. Last time I went there, the bathrooms were out of order. They had port-a-potties SOMEWHERE outside but I couldn't find/see them at all. Then today, the elevator is broken which wouldn't be a big deal if I were by myself but I had my twin toddlers with me and in a double stroller. I had to walk all the way from the parking garage to the front of the store. I worry about what would happen if someone in a wheel chair needed the elevator? This target needs to get it together. read more

I shop this Target often and for the most part it's nice. I give it three stars only because of their line situation. It doesn't matter what time of day I come, walking up to check out is a nightmare. There are never enough cashiers and it is SO FRUSTRATING! read more

This is the only Target that I've frequented that has NEVER had vomit on the floor in the bathroom. And for that it receives five stars.

Okay, I'm sorry but the pharmacy here is REALLY bad. 9 out if 10 times you can expect a line, and that they won't be able to find your prescription. I find them extremely slow, and no one really knows what they are doing. They kept telling me my insurance wasn't valid when I knew it was. 45 minutes later after they had me call my insurance, they realized the mistake on their end. The men's jeans dept is a mess. Hundreds of jeans and just placed on shelves. Just thrown up there in no order. When I asked the lady working there if there was any way of finding a relaxed fit 34 30 without going through all the shelves the lady just looked at me with no compassion and just said no. I hate their service at the pharmacy!! CVS pharmacy at This Target sucks. They mess up your prescription or can't find it. They notify you that your order is there but then you go there and find out that they don't have it at all. Either the pharmacy manager is so incompetent in his/her management skills or someone is hating his/her job. I suggest they should Quit and go work for uber! read more

When I have a tough day I go to target. I get cart, sometimes a ice ee (if the day was REALLY bad) and I proceed to go up and down every isle and look at everything (there are a lot of things) The things that I find particularly cheerful I put into my cart. This usually takes me about 3-4 hours and can cost me anywhere between $100- $300 bucks but I say that is cheaper than a therapist any day. read more

I was going to give this Target only 4 stars, but now that they have SELF CHECK OUT it gets a full 5. I'm so happy that they finally added self check out because it makes a huge difference when you're in a hurry and don't want to wait in a long line just to buy 1 thing. The women's clothing clearance is great, but the clearance sections for everything else, is just okay. I feel like Target's prices have really gone up and sometimes buying name brand clothing is cheaper than Target, what's up with that? Overall, they keep this location clean and well organized. I don't buy food here often, but the small grocery area is always well stocked. There is plenty of parking, but beware of Sunday parking. A lot of people park in the Target lot during the Walnut Creek Farmers Market. read more

Although I live closer to the Target in Concord, CA I always find myself going here. It has the atmosphere of who cares how much I spend this is a great spot to find the bare essentials. Plenty of parking and the staff are although busy bees are more than willing to go out of thier way to help out. read more

The Pharmacy. Aweful. Took 45 minutes to get an asthma inhaler, really people. No measuring, not a narcotic, no triplicate, etc. just slap a sticker on it and put it into the computer. The worst is they said only 20 minutes, I can wait for 20 minutes. Got back in line, no another 10 minutes. Got back in line another 10 minutes. Then she said I no longer have to wait in the line and I waited on the side. $48. for 1 inhaler. Not a happy camper. read more

This place is on and off with customer service. Today it was great. Most other days it's subpar. They're always great with the handling returns and correcting issues. There have been a few times that I notice an item wasn't put in my bag or I was charged incorrectly. I was able to return to get the adjustment or the missing item. One downside is somewhat long line in the customer service center and limited cashiers to expedite the process. read more

i love target, and i love this particular target because it's clean, organized, and convenient (within walking distance of the walnut creek bart, plenty of parking, near downtown shops/restaurants). i always check out their "go international" section for the latest designer-for-target clothing line (designer style at target prices!), and my other regular stops are the toiletries section for restocking of essentials, and the grocery area for cheap cereal, lean cuisines, and other pantry basics. read more

i can't like target, for the simple reason why i can't dislike it either. On one hand, i can't stand to be around the crowd of trophy wives and bargain hunters scronging for the latest deals in home decor. But then again, when i needed/wanted a nintendo wii, I was not disappointed (albeit having to wait in the cold at 5 in the morning). This review is for the pharmacy: S-L-O-W. They tell you something can be ready in 20 minutes? What that really means is the next day, which I don't understand because they never seem to be busy. Taking 24-hours + to fill something is the norm for this place; one time I dropped something off at 9:00AM sharp when they opened, told it would be ready in 15 minutes, and when I came back THE NEXT AFTERNOON and it hadn't been filled, I was given an excuse from the same cashier who had helped me the previous day, "oh, it's because we got busy last night." I think what really happened is that she set it aside and it was forgotten...everyone makes mistakes, but it's kind of unacceptable simply because this tends to happen a lot. The plus is that they will text you when you're prescription is ready. read more

this is one of my fav shops. they sell just about everything for great prices to. you can even see most of what they have online. this target is always well stocked and clean. most of the staff is friendly. thing i like is that this one tends to have most of the video games that the other targets dont. read more

i really love target stores and i have spent a fortune at them but this walnut creek location really trips me out. they have plenty of space for parking including a garage but it always seem to be such a big pain in the ass to park here. the people who work and shop there always seem pushy and very rude. not sure if it's the bart crowd they get from time to time but for walnut creek this store needs to clean up it's act. and what always weirds me out the most is every time i shop here i feel as if there is an earthquake or my body is having some kind of shaking symptom happening. this target store has escalators and lifts for carts to take you back and forth from the garage below. the constant trembling always seems to weird me out. read more

One morning I decided that I really wanted to make some blueberry mini muffins. I had the mix, bowl and wooden spoon ready. All I needed was a mini muffin pan. I searched high and low, from Safeway to Kmart, but to no avail. I checked online to see if Target may have it. They had it online, so I figured they would carry it in store also. And yes they did! The muffins didn't turn out so well though. I've been to this Target quite a bit, but only recently have I tried the underground parking lot. I wish I'd tried it sooner. There are always many spaces available. It's so pleasant inside that it's nice just to wander in and out of the aisles. read more

I love this target! Even though I spend way more money here than I should. It opens at 8am so I am always able to stop by in the morning before work. It also has Starbucks so that's even better. read more

While this Target is larger, and more modern than the one several miles up the road in Pleasant Hill, one thing I do not like about it is that in some areas of the store, the floor shakes!! I remember when I fist went to this Target after it was built about 8 and half years ago now, I was in there and I felt the floor move and thought that it was an earthquake!! Many people especially first time visitors who go there now also think that. I will admit that I like how it has been updated with things moved around, and you can also get more grocery items at this store now, as they sell a wide range of frozen, canned, and other perishable items. I go to this store a few times a year, though usually I will go to the Pleasant Hill store because it is almost just as nice and is much closer to my house. read more

The place to go for cheap staples. After wasting an hour at Ross looking for workout clothes, I found what I was looking for at Target. I also got a huge corkboard for... $12. The selection of men's clothing pales compared to the women's, but what else is new. read more

Your typical Target with the exception of a huge parking garage and escalator. It's conveniently located, it's clean, has food court, etc. And you can get cash back at the register. Personally, I prefer Target over Wal-Mart. read more

This isn't my every day go-to Target location. It's actually about 5 cities over BUT when I worked in Walnut Creek and had to pick up misc sh*t, this would be my preference. They have a lot more items and produce than my home Target, they have a parking garage under the store, the staff is very friendly and constantly ask you if you need help with anything. I would give the pharmacy here a -3 stars if I could! Every time, in the last five months that my doctor has faxed or phoned in a prescription, it has taken anywhere from three days to a week for Target to actually get to the prescription and refill it . I find that all Targets all the same unless they are out of stock on something & this is why I would go to another Target (unless I have to order it online). This Target is pretty much located near the downtown area of Walnut Creek. The entrance is kind of small and a bit hard to see. The parking lot in front of the store is a bit on the small side and gets full quickly (on a busy day). They do have however have an underground parking garage which is awesome. The Target itself is pretty typical, big, clean, Starbucks. Staff is pretty nice and will answer any questions you may have. I can always find what I need here and the store is pretty organized. read more

This pharmacy has gone so downhill in the past year or so. There used to be intelligent helpful people there. Now nobody seems to know what is going on, the pharmacists refuse to talk to people and let the uninformed assistants muddle through things. I used to use this pharmacy exclusively for my family and am finding another after a string of frustrating time consuming visits. read more

Ever since @CVS took over the pharmacy, service has gone downhill. The staff are poorly trained, and the systems between Target and CVS are poor. I feel terrible for the pharmacists who are doing the best they can under difficult circumstances but I am taking my business elsewhere. #CVSsucks read more
