I had such a great experience thanks to Ray, a replenishment associate who truly went above and beyond to help me during a recent trip. I was shopping for school supplies for multiple children--definitely not a small task--and Ray stepped in right when I needed help. He took his time walking me through the aisles, helping me locate everything on my list (and even reminded me of an item I had completely forgotten I needed!). What really stood out was how patient and attentive he was--never once did he seem rushed or irritated, even with all my questions and back-and-forth. It's rare these days to come across this level of customer service. Ray's kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in my day, and I truly appreciate it. Pickup is my option most times from this location. Inside is really hit or miss many times there are teenagers running the aisles in the evenings when we are there. Overall it's not awful. Pickup experience is usually good although many times a bit slow. Returns usually go very quick and smooth at the customer service counter. Over all 3/5 read more

Overall a great visit to Target, it's hard to go wrong here as they basically have everything you need! From groceries, to home goods, to any electronic you could think of, Target has it covered! This particular location could use some cleaning / picking items up off of the floor, I'm sure this is caused by the average customer. read more

We placed our first order for pick-up today and it was a great experience! My wife prepared the order via the Target app which she thought was very easy and user-friendly. Once we submitted the order we were kept up to date as to when our order was ready. We parked in one of the numbered spots and told them we had arrived and our parking space #. Our order included some craft beer, I really like some of their selections and my wife was able to enter my date of birth on the app when ordering. The young man immediately brought our order out and verified my date of birth via my drivers license and quickly loaded our vehicle up and we were on our way. We will definitely use this feature in the future and would highly recommend to others! read more

Today was my first time in this store. In fact I don't think I've been in a Target store at any location for several years. I found the store to be clean and well stocked. I only had a few minutes to shop as we were on our way to an appointment, but found what I was looking for fairly quickly. There was a long line in the self checkout and only 2 other lanes open that I could see. I seem to always pick the slowest checkout but the gentleman working the register was awesome. Very quick and extremely customer service oriented. I would shop here again if for no other reason than the great experience I had at the checkout. I know that sounds silly but I have found it to be surprisingly unique in big box stores located in larger cities. Kudos to this Target location. read more

I'm not usually at Target, too many people for me and bright lights but I had a gift card and decided to see what I could find. Since the last time I was here, which was years ago....literally....they have introduced some new brands in the ladies department that I would actually consider buying! Universal Threads and Wild Fable have some comfy jeans to choose from and some retro colors. Most of my clothes are found at thrift stores for the vintage appeal and price point but these look like they hit the mark. I love scrunchies too and they have a wide selection. One other thing I like about Target is their brand of chips because they have resealable bags. You would think other brands would have caught on to this by now but I guess not. This Target seemed fully stocked and had friendly staff as well. I would come again! But only on a weekday when it's not so busy. read more

We are from Iowa and our experience with Target was vastly different from we have experienced from the Target locations in Winston Salem, NC. The variety and availability of selections at the Winston locations is far less. Overall the cleanliness is not as good at Winston either. I have several opened containers of food in the refrigerated sections and while this is no doubt a customer issue, I would expect Target would locate and deal with these. I have found this issue each visit so I have to believe this is a store issue. Knowing Target Security procedures as I do. Very familiar. I cannot hep but wonder why this is happening frequently. Target, I know, takes the safety and welfare of its customers seriously. One of the safer retailers out there for customers. So this is surprising. Open food products is a serious issue. Bathrooms were clean and we'll supplied. The staff, when I could find one was friendly and professional. Still they have a ways to go to reach the levels they have in Iowa. read more

This target is the one place I love to come. My family jokes that I live there. But I hate to be made to feel as if I'm a thief. No I'm not a thief I love to shop. And may be in the store for more then a half an hour. Plus I grocery shop here. So things take time. Please stop having me followed. Im a nice enough person not to confront the officer. In fact im finding it humorous. Stop and respect your real customers. Know your thieves. Im not one. And how dare you take a picture of me without my permission. The management is somewhat ok. I really do love Target but this location has been kind of disappointing lately. I enjoy the quality and selection of items so it's not necessarily deterred me from continuing to shop here. If I'm shopping in the morning there are always aisles blocked. I know they have to restock items but the employees won't even move uboats over a little bit to let you get by or to get to something. It's not so much that they aren't unfriendly, they just straight up ignore you. Retail can be tough and frustrating to work in but the lack of customer service is sad. I'm really surprised because in most retail/big box establishments employees will at least greet you but they won't even bother with that. This is certainly true at their self checkouts as well. I almost exclusively use the self checkouts and I go in and they just kind of look at me. But they can manage to greet someone after me. I had an issue getting a gift card to scan at the self checkout and the employee working attempted to scan it herself. She received the same error message I got and then proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do. I asked her politely what I could do about this and she just kept saying she couldn't do anything, in a very snide tone. I finally asked her who could actually help me and she pointed to someone. I had to leave all of my things and go catch the other employee before she got too far. Thankfully she was incredibly helpful and able to actually get my gift card to work. I will say that I was impressed by how accommodating she was in going out of her way for me. It was greatly appreciated and a stark contrast from my interaction with other employees here. Make sure you really check your produce before purchasing here as well. I bought a pack of bell peppers and once I was cutting them up at home, the inside was filled with grey mold. They looked fine from the outside and were prepackaged in plastic, also within the expiration date range. Overall, Target does carry a great selection of items and I appreciate that they have a grocery section. Maybe the employees are more indicative of our community as opposed to Target itself. Winston Salem is a great area so I hope that Target's employees can reflect that at some point. read more

This Target is alright. It's definitely not the best Target I've ever been to, but it's certainly not the worst either. More often than not, their grocery department seems to always be out of the items that I go there to buy. Usually for weeks at a time. It's more than a little annoying to make several trips to this store and never leave with what I went here to get. Also, depending on the time of day or time of year, navigating through the parking lot can be a nightmare in and of itself. read more

I work in Winston & when I get a chance, I spend my lunch hour at this Target. It is always well-stocked & always offers low prices. I get most of my tights/hose for work here & often pick up snacks for work in the food section. The bargain area I reach after I get my basket always has nice tchotchkes for my desk or mantel at home. I have no doubt I'll be returning soon. read more

Sometimes you just need to take a trip to Target. I have never really had a problem here with either employees or empty shelves. Sometimes the employees aren't the friendliest but I'm not expecting 5 star service at target. Since this one also has a small grocery area you can go pick up those birthday cards you need to get along with a gallon of milk. This parking lot can get pretty busy, but it is big enough where you can always find a spot, may just need to walk a bit. read more

Oooooooh Target. I have visited 2 times in 2 days. This location was quite disappointing. First trip, I ran in for ONE item: beer. (The coolers at the gas station I visited prior were down and they suggested I go to Target.) One, I noticed that most of their shelves were BARE! How are they out of so many products at once??? They were having a sale on 24 packs for $13.99 and ONLY had one pack of one kind left... So I grabbed that. Then on the way to the register, I thought some chips would go good with the beer and Lays were on sale for $2... But of COURSE, they were out of my husband's favorite: BBQ. Then, at the register, a final annoyance when the customer in front of me just left their cart in my way... Just left it for me to deal with- while trying to lug a 24-pack and bag of snacks. Thanks. Second trip was a little better... They HAD the few items we needed including a microwave (tho- the sale sign said $55 and got home and saw that it rang up $59). I usually LOVE Target but they kinda-sorta let me down this time. Maybe since school started, all the college kids cleared the shelves??? I'll be back tho. Hoping for better experience. Target is a frequent stop for my family. Sadly over the years product originality, quality, and availability is no where it used to be. Target used to have neat things you couldn't find anywhere else. And when they do have something you best pick it up when you see it, as it will not be there later. Employees seem to be warm bodies. They avoid eye contact at all times, and if you appear to need help they will disappear as if into thin air. I can't tell you how many times I have found things out of stock, asked what employee I could find and chase down. Just to tell me it is out of stock. I would inquire again and guess what they have it!!! Not sure the employees understand me spending money means they get hours and a pay check. The fresh grocery section is great, the meat they have is amazing, but I frequently find it out of stock. This is Saturday morning at 9 am. Same for the cold cases and freezers. I could do a one stop shop, but due to lack of product I am unable to do so. Why do I keep coming back then? The red card (credit card/debit card) gives me 5% off my purchases every time. The cartwheel app (scan products you are buying for extra discounts). The pharmacy, and the rewards program, get 5 meds filled get another 5% coupon! When you start to add up the discounts it's easy to keep coming back. read more

Great experience at this Target location today--an item I wanted to buy was priced at $10.99 in store, but on their app/website it was $8.39. I took the item to customer service, showed them the item page on the app, and they rang it as $8.39. It was a quick, easy transaction. I don't know why but saving a few bucks made my day! I recommend downloading the Target app, as there are coupons and discount offers on there that are constantly rotating. I love Target! read more

This Target is quite large in comparison to the one that I frequent most in High Point. This location is always well stocked and organized. I like the fact that it's a Super Target and I can knock out my grocery shopping while I'm buying cute little nothings for my kitchen or dining room. I really do love all of the designers for Target stores. Most of the designs are lovely and I would be more than happy to have my whole apartment decorated with their products. I have found that the friendliness of the employees varies greatly. Some days they smile and greet you and on other occasions you are all but ignored. The two employees that spoke to me were both very kind. The parking lot is terrible, but that isn't their fault. There is a pointless stop sign about every 20 feet. Quite ridiculous! If you like Target stores, you'll love this one. Stop in for some popcorn and go crazy. read more

I like Target in general when it comes to needing typical household items and gifts. Today I was simply searching for jeans and found they do not carry Petite sizes at all... They have regular, long and short. Short is sized as regular jeans but the inseam (legs) are shorter. However, petite is actually proportioned smaller and also 1/2 inch shorter. The knees in jeans are moved slightly up and also the rise in the top is not as long, making it fit correctly on a smaller frame. Unfortunately they didn't carry them, nor online. I do like their products, but huge learning curve in clothing. The parking lot is always packed and also small spaces which is hard to get in and out with as many people that go there. They do have a produce section now which is nice also. The prices are good, but really wish they carried petite sizes. read more

Be very careful when you order online. On Target's website if it says buy 2 get 1 free that is not what's going to happen! I ordered for four different books each stating that if I purchase two I got one free. My order arrived I had two books each and that was it. The website is very confusing. Other companies when they offer buy two get one free that's what happens not with Target. I called customer service and that was a joke they did nothing to resolve the issue. I have always loved Target as my go to big box store but I just left this store without purchasing the items in my cart because the cashier was so rude. I was having difficulty signing into cartwheel which they require you to use for extra savings and she told me twice I should have done it before I got to the register. What?!? There were several registers open and no one was behind me. The parking is terrible and they often are out of stock of items I want. I won't bother going back to this location. read more
