He took his time walking me through the aisles, helping me locate everything on my list (and even reminded me of an item I had completely forgotten I needed!). What really stood out was how patient and attentive he was--never once did he seem rushed or irritated, even with all my questions and back-and-forth. It's rare these days to come across this level of customer service. Ray's kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a big difference in my day, and I truly appreciate it. Even the billing address. So BBB refuses to refund my money despite the fact I didn't receive my packages. Their response was for me to retrieve them from the address they delivered them to. I really don't understand why payment was made to these people considering the wrong billing address was showing. Really irresponsible. Update your system. I noticed that many of the items does not have a price listed. The store is divided into different departments or areas. There is a sign above hanging from the ceiling to help guide you in case you want to go to a specific area. I browsed for a little bit just to see what they had. I had had no intentions on really buying anything, but you never really know. Check out can be a little difficult. The line starts in one of the aisles and supposed to go down it and around the right so that it loops around. I feel like they need to have an arrow pointing to the direction of the line because the sign is hanging from the ceiling doesn't make it very clear. I was standing thinking I was next in line, but really, I was not at all. Vanessa was the cashier who processes my return. It was a quick and easy process, and she was very friendly and polite. She stated everything that she was doing and how the refund would be processed. I use my credit card to make the purchase and I had needed it to get the refund. I grabbed the wrong credit card , so the right one was in my car. Nonetheless, I went to grab it from my car and she was patient until I returned. Many options here and I plan to return.

I ordered several items for pick-up back in late May. They sent me the message that my order was…read morecomplete and ready to pick up, so I headed over and signed in via the app to let them know I was there. When the guy brought my order out, one item was missing from it. He said he would run into the store and get it for me. He was gone a while, then came back and said he couldn't find it. He said he even asked someone that department for help looking for it, and they couldn't find it. I asked him how I was supposed to get a refund, because the app has no way for you to report a missing item from an order on it. He said he would send out a team lead. I sat there waiting forever. I tried calling the phone number on the sign, but nobody answered. Finally, a young lady that was delivering an order to another car asked if I needed something. I explained what was going on and she said she would send someone out. I waited a long time again, then finally a lady came out to talk to me. I showed her my order, and the listing for the item that was missing from it. She tapped some stuff on her device and told me that she had put in for a refund for that item for me. Trusting her word, I drove off. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a while for the refund to appear. When it did not show up, I contacted Walmart customer service via chat on the website. They informed me that I had waited too long, and I was now outside the 30 day window for a refund, so I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company instead. I did that, so now it is a waiting game.

The dynamic was hard to ignore and came across as both misogynistic and racially biased in the way he monitored and interacted during what should have been a completely normal customer service interaction. It was blatantly uncomfortable to witness. As someone who shops here regularly, this was extremely off-putting and disappointing. If this is how employees are treated in front of customers, it raises concerns about the work environment behind the scenes as well.
