This Target was quite pleasant to shop in. Things were laid out pretty neatly. It was not a war zone like some other Targets I been to (Bellis Fair and Manhattan came to mind). Unfortunately not all shelves were fully stocked. I saw the staff putting things on the shelves in the seasonal/promotional section but it was done partially with the cartons still lying around. They charged for bags so bring your own. One thing I found interesting was the announcements and music were in Spanish. It made feel like I'm shopping in a different country. Pretty cool. DONT COME HERE!!!! Today at self checkout, my friend was purchasing some makeup for his mom. He scanned the item twice so we asked for help. A tall man comes to us and has a round body, shaved head, and a red shirt sleeve jacket. My friends explains he scanned this item twice and the man says in a rude tone "you know, men shouldn't be wearing makeup anyways" and my friend corrects him saying "it's for my mom" and the employee mumbles "oh..." I do not recommend coming to this target because clearly their employees love to push their personal opinions onto innocent customers! I'd recommend any other target than this target in Woodenville. While this Target is well stocked and the pharmacy is usually slow, its always a mess when it comes to checking out. They only have 2 or 3 registers at a time on weeknights which leads to a massive self checkout line. It's literally 40+ customers deep at 6 pm on a weekday. When customers got to the front of the line they had an associate telling them it was limited to 5 items only. They were then directed to wait in one of the few register lines. Needless to say, a total mess for the crowd that comes here after work. read more

Always like to shop at a Target that's conveniently located. Stopped today to find some things for my granddaughter to organize her room a bit. Items I was looking for were few and far between. I wanted a pencil box, some assorted paperclips, and a toothpaste of the grands choosing. I pretty much struck out on everything. The shelves were being restocked, but there were many empty shelves, and items I needed were hit n miss, and mostly a miss. I guess the wrong time of year to be looking for a pencil box or any kind of decent office supplies. Disappointing adventure in Target today. read more

Who ever is managing this Target is doing an absolutely horrible job. The place is always a PIT. The trash cans outside the building are ALWAYS overflowing with trash. The bathrooms are consistently absolutely foul and the floors are always covered with toilet paper and puddles of water. Clothes are always on the floor. Dressing rooms are disgusting. I could go on and on. Get new management. Now. This Target progressively gets worse and worse as time passes. I'll continue to drive to the Lake Stevens target in the meantime. This Target is poorly managed. There hasn't been a cashier lane open (only self service) the last four or five times I've shopped here (today in the morning, other times in the afternoon). I did all my Christmas shopping today (a $500 cart worth) and around noon could not find any cashier lanes open. I'm happy to do self-checkout, but there's no counter to put your things on after you unload an item from your cart and scan it. So the Christmas presents I bought were falling all over onto the floor and getting dirty. A kind and frazzled self-service monitor employee told me two cashiers hadn't shown up for work - but who schedules just two cashiers for a busy pre-Christmas Tuesday noontime? And the minute I had scanned about six of my 30 or so items, suddenly a manager instructed the kind employee to open up a checkout lane.. too late for me to switch and drag everything over there. The manager didn't make eye contact with me, I think they were scared in case I was a Karen! LOL. I finished checking my things out and vowed never to return to this particular location. I'll go to the much better managed Redmond Target instead. read more

Wow! I can't believe how the staff at this location is not trained to take care of customers from the store manager on down. I went in to return items i ordered online. Customer service counter told me that I could not return them to then store. I asked for the manager and she was too busy to show up to help. She spoke on the radio for me to call target and return to them. I called target and of course on the phone for about 30 mins trying to return the goods. Even the corporate office was telling me that the store should have taken my items back for return. Lack of training makes it difficult for employees and customers. read more

While using the self checkout, I noticed one of my cosmetic items had a large security sensor secured around it. I looked around and there was no staff, so I pressed the request help button and nobody came still so I just finished checking out. On my way out I asked an older woman staff member if she could please help me remove the security sensor that was fixed to the cosmetic item. She said "you just don't wanna touch it huh?" as she proceeded to remove it with her hands. I said "Oops, I didn't realize it can be easily removed." (Not sure what the point is if you can just take it off) but then she leaned in with a serious face and whispered to me "see what just happened, you just made a big racket" and walked away. They tried to sell us display item with full price. If we couldn't realize that was a display item we would get scammed by target! So don't do pick up orders for furnitures here you would possibly get display item with full price. So Target trains their employees to be racist? Im caucasian and my wife is African American and I have noticed now on multiple occasions that when we enter Target together there seems to be no issue, but as soon as we go our separate ways (divide and conquer shopping list faster) and I make my way back to her I literally find that Target employees are following her while pretending to be scanning inventory (scanner isn't even turned on) or stocking (the same 2-3 items over and over) like they are just waiting for her to steal or something...it is quite disturbing. I have noticed this now on multiple occasions. The last straw was when I went in to Target on my own yesterday and saw not one, but THREE examples of African American customers experiencing the same thing (being followed and watched while employees pretended to be working). Target you should be ashamed of yourselves! This is not how you treat customers! This is not how you treat human beings! Going forward I will no longer give any of my money to Target! This behavior is disgusting! Whats worst of all is I can't believe that all of these employees are doing this on their own, they have to be receiving this behavior as expectations in their training from Target, it would be too big of a coincidence otherwise. read more

To all the black customers- BEWARE! They send their employees to follow and harass you. Their favorite thing is pretending to scan product, not in a believable manner either. This is a fairly standard Target, not huge, not small like a city-sized one. I love that they close late at 11pm. I go after movies at the nearby AMC. It's like a little exercise and grab a few things after sitting for 2+ hours. By then, the store is quiet, and the entire store feels peaceful to shop at, walking back and forth to dressing room or leaving my cart out and know it won't walk off. Admittedly, staff can be quite scarce by then so you'd be shopping on your own, which is just fine by me. I'm not usually looking for specific things when at Target. Instead, I simply find what I can use. Today I found pairs of pants that resemble ones from Athleta at a much, much lower price. Scoree! read more

Not the best Target. My boyfriend and I stopped by this Woodinville Target while en route to a birthday party up north for a last-minute item, and the store wasn't as organized or as well-staffed as other locations. This Woodinville Target is near surrounding businesses, so it's convenient for running errands around town. Because of so, there's plenty of parking since it's in a business area, with a shared lot. The main gripe is for the lack of customer service. Unlike other Targets we had a difficult time trying to find an employee for an item we were looking for and didn't have much time to browse around. When we finally walked towards what seemed like the other end of the store to find an employee about the item we were seeking, he looked at his computer and told us that it was in an aisle that we already checked. When asked to specify if the item was for adults or children, he didn't say, and kept repeating that it was in the same aisle. We looked once more for the item and had no luck. We only found the item for an adult rather than for a kid, which is not what we were looking for. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to go to this Target, but if in Woodinville and needing to do all errands at once, then I would come here. But it's certainly not my preferred location. read more

Nope. Not again. I came here today just to purchase some Vanilla Chai Bigelow tea and of course they were completely out. I could not find an employee in sight. There were boxes and random boxed goods strewn throughout the isles in the grocery department but no employees. I saw someone restocking the bread, I asked this guy about the tea and coffee isle and he informed me he is not a Target employee, just a stocker. Let me be clear here - Woodinville Target has ALWAYS been a pit. This review is NOT due to current renovations or remodeling. Staff - I feel for those stuck at the registers. I do. But 1. A greeting would be nice. But I'm being picky. 2. Only 1 register open mid day on the weekend with staff back in the holiday section standing in a circle laughing and throwing bows at each other while the check out line goes down the aisles. Not one call over a loud speaker or on walkies to asl for assistance. I get that lines will always be long. But that doesn't mean you don't try to reduce them some. 3. Price check scanners on aisles are always broken. Al. Ways. 4. There is crap all over the place. Always. Boxes shouldn't be left in aisles. I went to the rug aisle, people have laid down rugs on the ground to look at them and of course, don't put them back. But neither does staff. And then, some teenager is in the aisle unpacking a box and literally staring at me as I try to maneuver a cart over brand new rugs on the ground and around them unpacking. No offer to help, not one mention of "oh let me help you get in here". Nothing. To be honest, I shouldn't have to move empty boxes out of my own way to purchase get something from a shelf. If I wanted to do that, I'd go thrifting. 5. Out of stock always and their store count NEVER matches online. And I mean like, it's off by a lot. Online will say they have 5 of X in stock but when you arrive there is 0. Like come on. Theft happens and there will almost always be a skewed count but off by 5?? 6. Bathrooms are gross. They just are. I don't know how to complain more about this but damn. I have. They're gross. 7. The outside trash cans. Again, this has been this way for YEARS. The ONE trash can out front clearly isn't big enough for the amount of people using it. Yet we've added an Ulta, but can't fix the issue of trash literally pouring out onto the sidewalk perpetually. It's disgusting and kids try to pick up the crap spilling out! Again, it's VERY basic. Either replace the trash can with something larger OR schedule staff to empty it more frequently during the day. 8. Never any cart wipes. Again, come onnnnnnn. You have someone working at the self check out directly next to the cart station. You also have people collecting carts. SURELY one of them can manage to restock the wipes hourly (or however often is needed). If you don't want to, then don't offer it! Clearly I've been frustrated with this Target for a while. And no, it's not bc of short staffing or prices etc etc. Issaquah, Northgate and Lynwood all have managed to avoid the issues listed in this review. Not a great experience here - I used to love this place but haven't been in years until going back today. Prices are high, quality is low. Many new items actually looked used or dirty. Toys in the aisle floors. Coffees that people just seemed to discard as trash in the aisle shelves. Of course it's busy because it's the holidays, but customers were rude and pushing past you to grab things in front of you. Worst of all, was checking out. Cashier seemed to have his head in the clouds and just mumbled at me when I told him I was paying with a gift card. After trying several times with the gift card in the kiosk, I told him yet again I'm paying with a gift card so maybe that's why it's not working on the kiosk? He mumbled something about having to do it manually but still had trouble with that and treated me like I was bothering him. A long line of impatient customers formed behind me. No one in the entire store seemed to have even the most basic manners. Overall a very uncomfortable experience- no holiday magic here. read more

As soon as I walked in I noticed little bits of trash littered all over. As I walked through women's clothing it was a mess. Like a huge mess. I couldn't find what I needed because clothing was in a huge pile on the table and floor. The beauty and home sections were nice and organized and I was able to quickly find what I needed. Overall target needs to hire more people for clothing sections because I only saw one person in the entire clothing area organizing things. What can I say . . . it's a Target, so it's pretty standard and nothing really special. I went there specifically looking for baby supplies (diapers, etc.) and found that section easily. They had a lot of choices for brands, but not a huge stock of each one. Many of the sizes and styles I was looking for were out and they didn't have any more in the back. Other sections around the store seemed well stocked and easy to navigate. I do have to say that that is the best part of the store . . . it's all on one level and you don't have go up and down escalators like some of the other Seattle area Targets. You know what you're going to get when you go to a Target. They're all pretty much the same and this one fits the bill. read more

Did you know that Disney and Target have now somehow merged so that there are now Disney stores IN targets? Translation : I can no longer bring my daughter shopping here due to the fact that someone vomited princesses in EVERY department of the store. Prices on Disney items aren't terrible but aren't the affordable things that I look for in a target. Once you've been to one Target, you've practically been to them all, and this store is no different. So this review is for those visiting from out of the USA who have no idea what Target is. This store has pretty much everything you want. From Jack Daniels to baby socks. A new office desk lamp to the standard brand name shampoos. From a bunch of bananas and an iPhone to greeting cards. If you need it - it's probably here. This is a large store in all locations (even the city mini Targets are larger than most stores you'll find!) and has ample free parking available. It's fun just to go and walk around, just leave your wallet at home because you will suddenly discover so many things that you hadn't realized you so desperately needed! read more

I got halfway thru my order on self-checkout (which I already hate, it's not like it saves me money, and it definitely takes more time), and the scanner froze. I had to move to a different line, have everything re-scanned, re-show my id, and pay full price. No apology for the inconvenience. No discount. Amazon forever, I guess. The layout makes absolutely no sense, nothing is ever folded, organized or cleaned up. This Target looks really cool from the outside. It kind of looks like a barn. It's very different than other Targets which usually have a pretty standardized look. Unfortunately, that was the only cool thing about it. We went to stock up on some sandwiches, fruit, and snacks for our week in the area. The entire section was completely gutted. What was left behind was just a complete mess. There were no employees around except for the cashiers. Fortunately she was friendly. We bought a few things and went on our way. Buyer beware. Of you buy electronics and open it, even with a receipt you cannot get your money back. The receipt does not say that and there are no signs posted in the electronic department. The only sign is a small one near the return counter. Plus, according the the very young "lead", this store does not have a store manager. It's all "leads" which have no real authority. read more

And while she was helping the lady in front of me another customer came in. One she was done with the lady in front of me silly me thinking I would be next and instead she started helping the other lady that came in after me. I have already been here for 15 minutes and had to leave due to the fact of not being helped. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE! CLEAN THE STORE! I normally wouldn't be bothered by writing a review for a Target but the store needs help. Management needs to do better. 1. Employees are not trained. We spent approximately 20 minutes trying to pay for our stuff yesterday. We did not have a big cart load or anything like that. The cashier was simply not trained in how to ring up a gift card. I was purchasing a Nordstrom gift card as a gift. So she had to call for a supervisor to help her. I had several target gift cards to use to pay for my purchase. She was not trained in how to do that either. Neither was the supervisor. Ended up with a store manager coming over and me explaining for about the 15th time that I was simply trying to use my gift cards so I can pay for my purchase. The gift card no one could seem to figure out how to ring up was one we were given 45 minutes prior upon arriving to the store. My daughter returned a birthday gift and wanted to use the gift card she was given as store credit. This way she could return the item not needed and choose something else that same day. Should not be complicated for someone to use store credit issued that day to pay for their purchase but they took literally 3 employees and 20 minutes for us to buy a couple of toys and some kids clothes. And the Nordstrom gift card. I was a cashier at target for my very first job 20 years ago. At that point we made an effort to be efficient and even had a fastest cashiers list posted in the staff area of the store to see who were the fastest cashiers that week. I don't understand what changed or why the store no longer cares about efficiency. This store is notorious for long lines and understaffing. They never have enough cashiers. And those who are working are generally not adequately trained and don't know how to do their job. By the time we finished paying yesterday the manager was having to call for back up because the lines were a monstrosity due to us, since it shouldn't take 20 minutes for one customer to pay. The employee not being trained caused a huge back up! I felt bad for the untrained cashier and for the many people behind us! Also for my kid who was patiently waiting for us to pay. I love a good target run but yesterday's experience was atrocious. Yikes! This store has gone downhill. 2. Bathrooms are disgusting. We never let them get that gross when I worked at this location. My friend Brent wrote a review over the weekend (his review is on here but not "recommended" by Yelp) so I'm sharing my disappointment. Disheartened by him being turned away by a manager from a cart full of items he was going to buy to donate to Seattle Childrens Hospital. My 3 year old son just completed his treatment plan for stage IV kidney cancer that had spread to his lungs and liver. He has spent 8 long months at Seattle Childrens (which is a drop in the bucket compared to many families there). We threw him a party over the weekend with a toy drive. Brent was filling his cart with color crayons (leaving many on the shelf still) and a manager told him he could not buy them as they needed to stay on the shelf for back to school customers and that there is a "quantity limit"... that is NOT posted by the way. So, Target said no to his purchase. Having boxes of crayons available to kids going back to school weeks from now was more important than the many sick kids that could have their day made by being able to color while laying in bed for days, weeks, months. I'll remember this when I chose where to spend my money. Way to go Target. As a parent that has lived many months in a hospital room fearing for my sons life, I'm heartbroken that ANYONE would say no to a sale that would make a difference. A kid is a kid. Whether it be one going back to school or one that can't go to school because of their immune system, this was an incredibly bad call. read more

Decent Target. We went to the one in Redmond and I didn't like it nearly as much as it was lacking in the 1-3$ deal that is usually at the front of every store. Or maybe I just didn't see it? I also felt like this had more inventory in certain items (just in my brief walk through the store). Anyhow, I found this one just fine and yes indulged my kids in a $1 toy each. This store had a nice selection of vacuum cleaners (we later bought the model we wanted on Amazon), but we were there strictly to pick up batteries. Good location near the freeway although I did get turned around a bit. I'm new to the area so it's to be expected. read more
