The women's section was only about 5 racks last time I went and 3 were clearance. I wanted to look at sweaters and didn't even see any. The home, accessory, and beauty sections are great! They have so many cute bags at this location. I also love the K-Beauty they carry. The home decor is so cute, but very seasonal, so be sure to look for what you want about a month early. I went Sept 1 and they had their full display of Halloween candles, but I imagine as mid-October approaches they may be in shorter supply. I find somedays I totally score with deals here and sometimes I leave empty handed. Sometimes the line is SUPER long, and sometimes it is short. They do have a great line system and move people through quickly, other than the employees being required to try to get you to sign up for a credit card.

I'm hoping this changes because this particular store is really needed. There is limited clothing options in the area so TJ is truly a go to and with more housing coming in, the business will continue.

The aisles are nice and wide, making it easy to walk through and browse without feeling cramped. Everything always feels organized and easy to shop. Their seasonal decor is also always fun to browse, especially when they start putting out holiday items. They currently have Halloween stuff out, and it was so fun looking through all the spooky finds! The fitting rooms are available too, which is always convenient. Like any Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or HomeGoods, there are definitely some items that aren't the best quality, but if you take a little time to look, you can usually find some really great pieces that are absolutely worth it. That's part of the fun, you never know what you'll come across. The employees have always been friendly here during my visits. Just be prepared to be asked a lot about the TJX Rewards card at checkout, even if you're purchasing a small item. Overall, this is my go-to Marshalls, and it's the location I keep coming back to!

I pulled into the designated pickup area and stayed in my car the entire time while I worked on placing my order through the app. At no point did I leave my vehicle. Within minutes, an employee came out and gestured at the signage. I acknowledged it with a thumbs up I was aware of where I was. Shortly after, a second employee named Jesse approached and asked me to leave. When I requested to speak with a manager, he told me he was the manager. His name tag, however, read "Assistant Manager." To be clear: I was sitting in my car, in the pickup area, attempting to use QFC's own pickup service. That's exactly what the space is for. Instead of offering any assistance, two employees came out to confront me, and one misrepresented his role when I asked for management. After 18 years of shopping at this location without a single negative experience, this interaction was disappointing. The lack of customer service awareness and the dishonesty about a job title were completely inappropriate. I'll be reaching out to someone above store level about this. QFC still rocks in my eyes. But how these employees hounded me. Made me feel left me leaving empty handed today

I love HomeGoods and shop at many of their locations often. I was at H-mart across the street and was delighted to see a HomeGoods across the street. I decided to go in but quickly regretted it. One of the first problems with this location is that they are overrun with inventory. This isn't a large store, so I don't know why they have so much stuff. There isn't enough space in the store to display it all in a safe and neat manner. I used to work retail many moons ago, so seeing unpacked boxes hanging out on the floor, as well as a wall of unpacked cardboard boxes in the lighting section, tells me that their back storage area must also be full. There were also about 5-6 tables outside of the store with tons of stuff on them, all clearance that they were trying to get rid of. The store looks sloppy and unprofessional. It's like the manager and the staff just to give a damn. The shelves are also a mess and the merchandise was sloppily hanging on the shelves. There was one aisle that had pillows on the floor. There were so many that they were blocking the way. You couldn't get through without stepping on them or tripping. Are they trying to get sued??? Honestly, there was just shit everywhere in and out of boxes. Even if this was just a bad and busy day, I will never come back. The location in Queen Anne on Armory is much nicer and better run. If you want a nice shopping experience where you aren't at risk of injury due to store items on the floor, don't shop here.

Particularly international foods that are hard to find elsewhere. The location itself is a lot more convenient as it is closer to my home than the other location, which is a huge plus. However, I knocked a star as it can be hard to determine the current stock of products at the store when checking online. I have made numerous online purchases on the website for store pickup as they offer a discount for this option. However, I have experienced many instances when a product I ordered was unavailable even though the website said it was. Particularly on items where the stock shows that there are a few left. If you order online, just be aware that the store may not have it available, especially if the website says they are close to selling out.

Yup, it takes them 3 hours to fill my order with two items, and one of them is out of stock but they didn't update it on my pickup notification. I went in, waited in line for it. Then when it was my turn, the cashier was gonna help me out but someone else came to line up, so she told me she has to help her first. So I had to wait for her to finish the order first before she could fetch my stuff in the back. When that was done, she went to the back and brought me one of them items. They weren't gonna give me a receipt so I had no clue the other item was out of stock, so I asked her where that is.. then someone else came and she had to help her first of course, so I waited forever for her to go to the back.. and eventually she came back and told me the item was out of stock so they didn't charge for it. I had no notification of that, so I asked for a copy of that piece of paper with the info, then she told me to take a pix. . It's weird how disconnected and inefficient this whole pickup process is. And the fact that I had to keep waiting for other people is highly unacceptable and the whole process took 20 minutes or more .. this is my first time placing an online order, and also the last time.

She didn't say a single word, didn't make eye contact, and immediately waved the next customer forward--completely ignoring me. Her behavior was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I understand checkout can be busy, but basic courtesy should not be optional.

The fellow customers in line in front and behind me were also appalled at the way the manager and her friend, a cashier, treated this poor woman. But if corporate ever checks these reviews, please know that manager on Monday, June 15th and the cashier who speaks the same language (European) were treating a well dressed, well spoken, well kept, kind, patient, honest customer with such judgement, dirty looks, and spoke in their language, more than obviously about her, for more than 15 minutes in front of her. Also proceeded to speak badly of her AFTER she left the store, in front of the rest of us customers. The group of us heard the issue the customer had, she explained it to the manager and we all witnessed the play out because there was only 1 other cashier so the line began to build when the manager came up to address the situation which had a very simple resolution. But this manager decided to make things an issue, when there wasnt one, ridicule this customer per item and reject helping her. If I was that customer, I would have walked out immediately after being treated the way they discounted and degraded her. Im still shocked over a day later and its weighed so heavy on my heart how embarrassing it must have been for that customer. I am infuriated the manager is allowed to have a personal relationship so close with her cashiers that they speak of customers IN THEIR OWN LANGUAGE in front of the customer, while giving her demeaning glances and looks as though she was beneath the worst of the unhoused and addiction driven thieves that plaque the stores now a days. Im never returning to this location and the other customers who were also disgusted by the behavior made similiar comments of "we like the Shoreline location better anyway. This is just wrong! Is she really doing this to her when there is a line this long?" So it sounds like a few customers will be going elsewhere. The manager truly made a huge issue out of nothing. Upper management, retrain your managers to not be so disrespectful, to not speak in gossiping fashion in other languages in front of customers and not treat every situation as a scam or fraud. That poor woman didnt deserve that treatment. Shame on you! Remember, the universe delivers back to you what you put out!
