It turned out to be a really enjoyable experience. The orchestra sounded great, and it looked like TCU students acted out parts of the story alongside the music, which added a nice visual element. The show was about an hour long, making it perfect for kids--it kept my daughter engaged the whole time. Overall, it had a great atmosphere and was a fun, family-friendly event. I'd definitely consider going to something like this again.

Each child is different, and matching a college with their personality, interests, abilities, and…read moresocial ways can be a challenge. My youngest is playing football for Texas Wesleyan and it feels more and more like "home" every time we step foot on the campus. This is a place where personal connection to your environment, fellow students, faculty, and staff MATTER. Here the "we care about your child" isn't just spoken, but lived, at every single level of the University. College isn't for everyone. If it's for you (or your child) check out Texas Wesleyan if smaller CAN be better - smaller campus, smaller classes, more tightly reigned focus (after all who really needs a degree in 20 different Chinese dialects?!), and a staff that knows your child's name. This isn't A&M; this isn't TCU. This is like Cheers in a sense - everyone will now your child's name and will do everything they can to make sure they succeed. This is the right fit for my bright, communication-focused, self-directed child; it wasn't about whether he was a big fish in a small pond, or a small fish in a huge pond. This is about finding the right-size pond where he can thrive. I believe with my whole heart that TX Wes is that place. There's a Rosedale Renaissance going on; I can't wait to watch this place and its community get better and better!

Texas Wesleyan is a small Univeristy,the classes are challenging and the professors on hand and…read morehelpful. Howver, it is not a Christian school by any stretch of the imagination. The professors are are almost ALL liberal thinkers and Marxist. Critical Race Theory is pushed in almost every class. 1619 is not condemned as fiction and questioning professors blatant biases is mocked. Some classes are even proudly anti American. It is not a safe place for conservatives not Christians.

I normally don't attend the late night performances but rather prefer the mid-afternoon shows on Saturday or Sunday; however, the show was captivating and never once did I realize how tired I was. Formerly Radio Shack headquarters (all you millennials who dont know, RS was like Best Buy), the whole building was split between Tarrant has now been aquired by TCC. Back then when RS was still in business they use to share the building, certain sections were RS employees and the rest TCC students/staff. The layout is a bit odd because its on a hill so there are parts where you take an elevator up and then walk down the hall and take the elevator down because not everything is connected. There is a lot of space everywhere you go and you can find cozy little corners to study or take a nap all over the place. If that's not your thing panther island is right outside with plenty of walking trails and during the summer they have paddle boats available for rent. Lots of sculptures and water fountains which look every more beautiful in the summer with the flowers blooming and the Texas heat. I play pokemon go and notice many stops and gyms to keep me entertained. I love this location because there is so much to do between classes, take a walk outside and you are at the trinity river or at a fancy restaurant downtown. This campus in my opinion has the best views of all the campuses, the best cafeteria by a landslide and the best parking situation. Students attending TR need a parking sticker to park here but it is free! All you have to do is go to the police kiosk and show them a copy of your schedule, fill out a sheet and your set to go. Because this parking garage is in downtown they are always strict on parking so FYI. I know a lot of the professors that teach at TCC also teach at other local universities so they are equality professors. You pay a fraction of the price here compared to big name schools. Financial aid is available on top of the already low cost of tuition here. TCC has many clubs and organizations students can join so please take advantage of them.

Needed to run by the advising office and financial aid department to have a few questions answered. Keeping in mind most of the offices are manned by students, I try to keep my cool when dealing with them. However, this one "employee" really got under my skin. Blatantly contradricting something I knew for a fact I read on the school's website, she would not let the issue go. Thankfully someone else stepped in to help after noticing I was about to totally lose it. In the end, I wrapped up all I needed to accomplish on campus and headed on my way. I graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in 2014 from this same campus. A lot has changed since then, but I'm looking forward to taking a few courses for grins and giggles. TCC is a great place for an inexpensive, yet quality, education. Go check it outt!

As usual, the overall massage was incredible! Don't let the aspect of students practicing make you feel like a guinea pig. They are trained and very good for still being in school. She has specific time slots that need to be filled and you can choose which time slots works w your schedule. I believe you have to show up 15 minutes before your massage to fill out a questionnaire. They are located in the H.P.E. building. I'm assuming it stands for the Heath and Physical Education Building. The massage room is nice and spacious. It's dark and cool inside. Each space is divided by curtain so, you can hear the dialogue going on with the person next to you and know if they enjoyed the massage too. Lol. My Massage Therapist had great energy. She was a Medium sized Asian and warned me of her heavy hand. I told her no, I'm not a fan of that. She said, ok, I'll make sure to be soft. She did an incredible job. It was relaxing and comforting. Soft music plays in the background as you get your massage. I rembering hearing a Christian Instrumental Song. I just can't think of the name but, it was nice to recognize the tune. Afterwards, you fill out a Post Massage Therapy assessment form then your good to go! I would definitely recommend a Massage from this College.

One of the best perks is that all of the food and snacks are complimentary, and there's a large variety of options throughout the property. The Bistro drinks were very authentically Starbucks quality. The matcha was even better than Starbucks. I also loved the snack rooms on every floor, each named after a city and stocked with a unique snack inspired by that location. Such a fun and thoughtful touch. The staff everywhere on campus were incredibly friendly and helpful. Albero, the new Italian restaurant, absolutely lived up to the hype. It's fine dining served family style, and everything we tried was excellent. The campus is also very convenient with shuttles between buildings and even golf carts that take you to the parking lot.

It was previously a private school when it was associated with Texas Wesleyan University, but has gone public when acquired by Texas A&M University. The school is one of the newest law schools in Texas. The staff here is very nice. I come here all the time because my gf graduated here and she often takes me back there, down memory lane. I just did a guided tour of the place (with her) a month or two ago, and I'm a little jealous that she went here. And you're a little jealous that I went anywhere with her, right.

Most of my experience with TCCD was great until then end. I worked to achieve an AA in Business and…read morewhen time for graduation came they awarded me an AA with no Business major attached. My complaint is that when conversing with the student advisor I was told what classes were needed to receive the degree and I completed them. However, when the actual degree was submitted they told me that no matter what arts degree you strive for you will be awarded the AA first which cancels out the specific degree AA Business. Of course I took more classes than was necessary and costing a great deal more. Be careful attending TCCD you could end up spending a great deal more money and not receive what worked for.

I had a problem with the voucher I bought from Certiport and the employee called them and straightened it out for me. The second time I took the test I bought the voucher directly from the college and it was easier and cheaper to do that. Gave 4 stars because they don't offer tests for Office 365 programs.
