The counter service for "desserts to go" is just as impeccably staffed as in the restaurant. They take their time making sure that your dessert is plated beautifully for when you arrive home to enjoy it. The cafe itself is loft-like in its design and decor and hasn't been busy when I've been in there, although it could get loud I imagine due to the concrete floors. When the worker came to give food to the drive-through, they did greet me. Then they yelled to the people in the back and no one came to the counter to help her. She then walked to the back for a moment, came back to the counter, but told me she would have to take the next drive-through person before she took my order. Long story short, I decided to leave and go somewhere else. I could hear multiple people in the kitchen area. The person I did see was very frustrated and asked for help but I didn't see the other two people at all. they are definitely working out some kinks, so I'd give them some time to sort things out if you live in the area.
