Owner David Wendland is professional, very responsive, engaging, a pleasure to work with and most importantly his wares tasty, which demonstrates pride of ownership. The menu is a perfect key as to what to expect. Everyone complimented the catering and it was quite flavorful from personal perspective; said from working with the best event and set catering in Miami. Spot on from every aspect, he erased my concern of working in the panhandle from onset to eating. Immediately responsive, he adapted to the 'specific' needs and requirements of a few team members' unique dietary requirements. This didn't detract in any fashion from the main eats, which were akin to quality dining at a remote location. They refuse to send out ingredient info on the protein bakery treats - isn't that an FDA requirement? Protein bakery treats came in enormous box, loose, and warm. They bounced around inside that box until the cookies were all broken up. No label, no ingredients, no nutrition info, no ice pack, just secured by a rubber band. They don't do refunds, just keep sending new boxes out.

I like to make my own pizza with a garlic Parmesan base and I add tomatoes, feta cheese and red onion. It comes out absolutely delicious every time I've gotten it. I've also gotten the baked meatball sub, which is exactly how you want a baked sub to be it's perfectly crunchy bread with melted cheese and really great sauce on the meatballs. I've also gotten a small Mediterranean salad and I added chicken and the thing was huge. It took up the entire container and was a really good deal for all the food that you got. i've ordered a head on their website or using the Clover app and it's really easy. They never have any issues and everything's usually ready on time. I don't usually show up before the estimated time so I haven't had any problems with things being late. I've also gone in and ordered and just kind of sat and waited for me to go. This is the most traditional pizza shop type of place you've ever been to. It smells amazing when you walk in the door and all of the staff are really really friendly and have been quick to offer a drink while I wait or give me suggestions if I'm not sure what I want to eat. If I lived in town, I would come here so often it's really the perfect little neighborhood spot
