I placed an order online for the first time on Monday & picked it up at the drive through window. Everything was correct, just like I ordered & it was ready when I arrived. I got the snack size protein bowl, which I though was amazing! The fruit, peanut butter, granola - it's all so good. You have to order online to pick up at the window, so I did that again today! I was early for my pick up but they had it ready in no time. I'll definitely be back, the pick up window is so convenient! I also hope to dine there sometime to get a feel for the ambiance.

The same barista who told me "I shoulda put my order in online" told me that I did order that even tho she wasn't even there when my order was being taken she was making smoothies. She tells me I have to pay for her mistake, which mistakes happen. I'm not mad she gave me the wrong smoothie I'm mad she gonna stand there and tell me I did order that and proceeded to charge me. Which the drink mango twist isn't even displayed on the menu in store neither!! Tropical smoothie woulda had no problem fixing their own mistake.
