The last time I had hot braised chicken was from a restaurant called China Express that closed down back in the 90s, and I longed for it ever since. I placed my order and waited excitedly. An older gentleman in the restaurant said he likes coming here because it's the only place that makes Chinese food like he used to get in Chicago. You can't beat that kind of endorsement!
