Definitely in a part of Hillcroft I don't venture to ever, and this is in a very old strip center, but had no issues. Outside of some minor miscommunication from pick up Tastee handled my large order of 22 Large pizzas at opening very well. Was able to pick them up exactly at opening so with a little call 2 days prior they were able to get some people in early to handle my order. I ordered a variety of veg and non veg options with many praises from meeting attendees. A couple of missed things, I was asked it I wanted the spicy option on the pizzas and well that fell short and no crushed red pepper was given. Crushed Red Pepper should be automatic when dealing with desi people. I didn't try all pizzas so this is a combination of mine and other people's thoughts. All could have a little more heat or the pepper like mentioned before, but flavor wise. Definitely one of the sketchiest area I've ever been to, with an air of uncertainty for safety. But, the pizza was pretty good. The dough was meh, as in it's obviously not house made, probably frozen pre made and pre docked crust. However, the chicken flavor was spot on delicious. Plentiful and fairly evenly distributed. Pretty good pizza with the perks of the great prices. They don't skimp on the toppings and the Desi pizzas makes things unique. The Spicy Ride isn't that spicy but the toppings liven up the chutney base. The Paneer Tikka was interesting also. The tikka seasoning wasn't strong but the paneer gives the slices a different texture and comes off like a seasoned ricotta. We need more fusion pizza joints in this city, especially since so many of the non-chain takeouts are owned by non-Italians. I wish they were close to me so that delivery wouldn't give me a cold pizza, but that's what a hot oven is for. This is a takeout-only pizza place in the Hillcroft area. What's special is that they do Indian pizza toppings. We got the paneer tikka pizza and chutney pizza. Because of the price we thought they were going to be personal sized, but they're actually huge. Their prices are really great. I loved the chutney pizza with jalapeños. The paneer tikka was good as well and they're generous with the paneer. We might ask them to go a little easy on the mozzarella next time, both were super cheesy. So, a friend of ours introduced her to this place a few weeks ago and we have had pizza from here for about 2-3 times. Every time has been super consistent. We ordered in (through Favor - apparently they use an app called Delivery Desi which doesn't work but also you can order through Yelp!) and once the pizza got here, it as a on the colder. A quick heat up in the oven made it so much better! I got the chicken bihari pizza (without jalapeño) and it was amazing! The chicken is beautifully seasoned. It does have a bit of a kick and if you aren't able to handle spiciness, I would definitely recommend keeping the jalapeño off. My husband got the Spicy Ride. I've had one bite of it and it was too spicy but it was awesome how the base was chutney. The pizza crust was good! I thought the pie itself was a bit thin but it still held the toppings well. First-time customer, ordering through Grubhub. Food arrived late, driver got lost. Had to flag him down on the street. We ordered three items: an extra-large pepperoni pizza, some buffalo wings and an order of spicy fries. All of it arrived cold, requiring reheating before eating. The spicy fries weren't completely cooked, were limp, and the 'spice' was just shaken on top as an afterthought. Not mixed in, not cooked with. Once properly heated, the pizza was fine. Crust is thinner than expected, but tasted pretty good. Wings were as expected, other than arriving cold. The app wanted to automatically tip the driver starting at 20% and going up from there. I prefer to tip the driver in person, so that management doesn't take a cut off their tips. It was an extra hassle to get the tip to read zero in the app, but I'm glad I was able to do it; if I had received as poorly-prepared a meal in a sit-down restaurant, I would have stiffed the waiter!!
