This food truck operates off West Bellfort just about a mile north of the West Airport brick and mortar location. I found it odd that they'd have two operations so close to each other, but it's clear that the food truck gets more traffic than the store. The chicken over rice has become a staple option for me when I need a quick meal at a cheap price. Perfectly roasted chicken, lettuce, tomato, and onions served over yellow rice.
