We came here for the boba but of course stayed for some pho. Upon walking in, we were quickly seated and given us our menus. The pho comes in two different sizes and the price difference between the two is about $2. We ordered a chicken pho, the beef pho, and a chicken fried rice. The tv was playing so there was something to look at while we ate. It was pretty busy so the inside was loud and chaotic. All the tables had paper on top which I'm assuming is for easy cleanup. All the extra condiments were already at our table. Chili paste, siracha, soy sauce, and spoons to name a few. Our chili paste was crusty and the lid was missing. So it was dry. Our sever forgot a few things but he was kind when we reminded him. He also checked up on us several times. My chicken pho was really good but I only counted about three pieces of chicken. The beef pho was too sweet for my liking.. The chicken fried rice is $12 and I felt like the portion was too small. It was reallly good though. We paid about $40 for two pho's and a chicken fried rice. The boba was great and I paid $11 for two. I went for my usual taro vanilla milk tea with regular boba and my friend had a honeydew one with the chewy boba. Had been craving pho and this hit the spot. Would visit again.

The spring rolls are the best ... very good. Boba tea is delish.... yes moving from San Francisco the expectation for boba is high and boba here is pretty good. Pho and Bun Bo Hue here are good.... I tried all the pho places here in Midland, this place is better than all of them. Definitely going back.

I think I can safely say, after trying every Vietnamese place in Midland, that this is the best one. It's not the most authentic one but it does taste the best. There are other ones (I won't name) that certainly do things more traditionally but I had major issues with all of them. Sometimes being authentic doesn't make up for spoiled ingredients or lazy cooking. Besides the inconsistently cooked shrimp, both it and the pho had good solid flavors. I would avoid the BBH. Another yelper said it tasted different, I would argue it tastes like the pho broth + some added chili sate sauce (very little if any shrimp paste) which does not equal BBH. Otherwise, accoutrements were fresh and they had most of what you would want from a Vietnamese and from an American standpoint (ketchup and fried chicken) maybe for the little kids who haven't developed their palettes yet haha.

Good pho place in Midland. This place help me to reduce how I miss good Vietnamese food especially the Vietnamese food in Houston. I tried the pho and bun bo hue; The pho broth is really good but the bun bo hue is ok. The bun bo hue broth and toppings not as I expected.

Thai milk tea with boba ($4.15 plus $0.50 for boba)

First time coming here, friendly modern looking mom and pop feel, which I love. I ordered the chicken fried rice as well as a Thai milk tea with Bobba. Friendly staff. The portion of fried rice is enough for a meal, possibly 1.5 meals (I eat large amounts of food though, so might be 2 meals for some people), however still seems a bit pricy for what you're buying. For the price of the chicken fried rice I wish they had more chicken, or more of a fried rice with chicken on top. The Thai milk tea is what I typically order, and tastes as I expect, the boba pearls are large and chewy, which is perfect. This is for sure a place I recommend and will go to again. Chicken fried rice $12.30 Thai tea $4.15 Boba $0.50 Sales tax $1.36 Total: $18.31

My friends have raved about the restaurant to me but when I last went there, the restaurant ran out of chicken, the primary ingredient for most of the dishes. After my group of friends found this out, we decided that we should just order some boba tea. We waited for 40 minutes for tea while other customers walked up to the counter and ordered tea after us, and got it in less than half the time. By the time we could flag down one waitress, she said that they had run out of boba. We then decided to just leave.This was a couple of weeks ago so I hope the restaurant has since improved, but I can easily say my time was wasted. read more

Very rude and poor service received at this restaurant. First words from our male waiter yesterday after we sat down, "What do you want?" No joke. Really? How about a hello and welcome to our restaurant. The papered cover table tops and hand written "Pay Here" signs near the cash register are tacky. The food was average Pho but the experience was horrible. I can't imagine anything different next time and I probably won't give this place a second chance. read more

So I'll be honest, I have never had Pho before. I went here and had Pho for the first time. I was a bit underwhelmed. I was expecting something more flavorful and just found my soup a bit bland. I didn't know what the sauces were on the table so I didn't add any. I am a bit timid when it comes to Asian food that I don't know what it is (I've ended up with some dishes that lit me on fire when I ate them). I will say that their portions were HUGE on their food so that's definitely a plus. I love this place particularly for their milk tea! This is one of two (count them, two) places I have found in Midland that has boba milk tea. I can absolutely demolish a glass of milk tea from this place. It's shameful, really. Their tea is a bit on the expensive side, but they kind of have a monopoly on the market right now so that's to be expected I think. Will definitely be back soon (read: today because I am now craving boba). read more

The best pho place in Midland. The noodles has a great taste and texture. The large is very big and well priced I brought my leftovers home . The Bobba tea also was very good . The place is super clean and cute. They had one guy working with quite a few tables which was a little frustrating. What was disappointing was the flavor. I got the phó and it was super bland, even after I doctored it up with everything at the table. I might be spoiled having an awesome Vietnamese place at home in Houston which is my go-to but unfortunately I didn't care for it and left most of my bowl untouched. read more

I love coming here I'm a big pho eater growing up having it made homemade style by my mama this place hits home the best most authentic pho in town the broth is just amazingly delicious and it's close to where I live I highly recommend it and their Thai tea is awsome as well read more

I had a #16 and a taro milk tea with boba. My husband got a #9. We also got a side order of fried rice and chicken for our son. Everything was fresh and tasted great. No leftovers. :) This place was much needed here and we now have a "go-to" place for our Vietnamese fix. Check it out! read more

Pho & Boba Tea is THE PLACE to go to if you want delicious Pho, Boba Teas and awesome Vietnamese food! The wait staff here are super nice, polite and very helpful. The restaurant is very clean, they close every Monday to completely clean the kitchen and restaurant. You'll be happy you ate here! read more

But this seems like a very shady way to conduct business and get extra money from your customers. Especially when we are there at lunch time and had asked specifically for lunch menus.

I got some reading in while my girlfriend knitted. It was a great time. If you are ever passing through Midland or live in the area, it is worth a stop. Back on the twenty, I reached over and pulled a donut from the box, took a bite and instantly got taken back to the early 80s. Damn!!! No over saturated fats, no crisco on the roof of my mouth. No high fructose corn syrup sugars. Good lord!!! Who is Johnny?! Wow!!! Damn right I'll be back.

I went last night at around 5. It wasn't too busy but there was some regulars in there. The place is small but very welcoming and it was really clean and we'll taken care of. They have a large selection of boba milk tea and a few additional beverage items that I had never heard of but would like to try eventually. I ended up ordering the mango passion fruit with boba, which I was told was a boba with brown sugar and black tea. As I waited I went through the menu and some of the items sounded amazing, however I didn't order any food items but would like to return to try these out :). All the tables were set up with everything you need for good pho and I thought that was awesome as well. I didn't have to wait long for my boba and it tasted delicious.
