Gotta love healthy places to eat! I travel a lot for work so eating at some place like this is very refreshing. They have limited options on the juices but it's still worth it... it is kind of expensive though so keep that in mind but you pay for what you get... fresh organic food/juice.

Açaí bowl is heaven in your mouth literally! Eating healthier tastes so good! It was like I was eating an amazing dessert favorite new place in Midland, TX

I'm glad it reopened under a new name and ownership because the food is back. The turkey wrap and chicken salad is great! The bowls are amazing, much better than the competitors in town because the fruit and almond butter is fresh! Great place, totally recommend

The line was very long but it didn't take long to get my order considering! The prices are a little more than the previous business but the bowls are SO full which makes up for it! Good taste and texture of smoothie and plenty of toppings. The staff was also much nicer and more cheerful!

Fuel Bar took over the space that used to be Living 360 Organics. Place is super cute and kid friendly! There's a reading corner for kiddos (space for 2 or so kids) and the bathroom has a diaper changing table with complimentary diapers of different sizes. They open early at 6:30am which is another perk since there aren't that many breakfast options open early. I got the beach please smoothie and it's really good! They said they are working on getting gluten free granola for their bowls too.

I had the Annie's Açai bowl. Loved how refreshing it was. I would definitely be going back again to try different bowls and smoothies!

I enjoy my açaí bowls. From here. They are so yummy and perfectly made every time and I am always in and out regardless how crowded it gets.

Smoothie had no flavor. I'm all for all natural and clean eating but it tasted like thick water.

The reason it missed the 5-star mark with me was our waitress was slow to do everything. Even with taking our drink order. Then our food order. The worst was waiting for my final bill. And then she forgot our takeout box for my youngest. I don't know why she didn't have a greater sense of responsiveness with our party of 3, but it was like this the entire duration of our meal on July 25, 2026. It was super frustrating! The other reason I knocked off a star off was because the towel dispenser was depleted in the lone restroom. I had to flag down an employee with drenched hands. THE PROS I called about 20 minutes ahead of time to reserve a table because I knew this brassiere was on the small side. The lady on the phone was courteous and professional. If you have a hot date, I highly recommend reservations particularly in the evening. This seems like that sort of place. When we arrived, I found free street parking a short walk away. We were promptly greeted and seated. To enter the restaurant, you must go inside the Frost Bank tower's lobby, but to exit there is a door just beyond the bar. This place has beautiful, eclectic decor. The bar area was somewhat rounded and has an easygoing, but classy feel to it. THE FOOD The ambiance is what made this a great mother/daughters brunch date. The food sets it apart from the majority of restaurants in this oil industry town. The have East Coast-sourced oysters on the menu! These are far superior to their West Coast counterparts. I would have opted for these for our app if it weren't for my minions, I mean children. Pigs in a Blanket ($15.00) - yet another appetizer my daughters pigged out on that I didn't get to try. And they said they weren't that hungry! Lies all lies. They looked divine with nicely cooked juicy sausage and everything seasoning on the pastries. Avo Toast ($11.50) - my newly-turned teen daughter and I both had our own. I opted for eggs over easy which were cooked nicely. She oddly chose scrambled eggs for her, but she ate pretty much all of it. Smashed Burger ($17) - my youngest had this and said it was excellent. Nice touch with an American flag planted into the top bun. For the umpteenth time she did not share a fry with me. It is what it is. Mocha latte ($5.00) - my youngest's birthday which I will be missing since she'll be visiting her father is coming up so this was a treat for her. I tried it. Quite good after being thoroughly stirred. 1988 Martini ($18) - pricey but oh so good. The olives stuffed with bleu cheese were not bad. I had to try it even though the thought of bleu cheese kind of turned me off. Lol. Will I return? Of course because I have faith it will be 5 stars next time. Look at the other raving reviews! I ordered the chicken fried chicken that includes a house salad. When I didnt receive it, I asked the server said "I didnt think you wanted it." I said "If it comes w/the meal then YES I want it." She walked off with attitude. The mash potatoes that came with the meal looked brown and watery. When I asked what was it she said, "It's just a LOT butter." I looked at her confused, she huffed and walked away while I was still looking at her. I wanted "mashed" potatoes not butter potatoes. My fiance' order biscuits n gravy. He said "It tasted like Dollar Store gravy in a can." Lol Needless to say he tried to eat it but could only get 1/3 of it down. Then we overheard the diners behind us complaining about the pancake taste and the fact they they were the size of old-school LP albums and WHO could eat that much bread. Lol. After trying to eat this "food"...we just couldn't, Then waited at the table for 15 minutes for a To-Go box for my chicken fried (because that was the only thing really edible) we watched the servers play on their cell phones, not paying attention to customers. My fiance had to get up, interrupt their conversation and ask for box. So me being petty, when we paid I didn't leave a tip and if the server had asked why, I would've replied, "Because I didn't think you wanted one!" And where is the other "tomboyish" looking server that used to work there? She was funny, hospitable and knew how run that place! The crew we dealt with today... Absolutely unacceptable. * Dine at your own risk. ;)

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary the weekend we went, so this place became a new memory for us. My husband loves burgers and I love breakfast. We were trying to find a place in Midland that could serve both of our cravings, and we ended up finding our favorite place to eat! I only ate half of my meal and my husband made it through his burger ha! Also, if y'all are wanting hot sauce, ask for the house salsa. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurant has been owned by the same family for two generations. The ambiance is a casual, family-friendly time warp with the best food in Midland! Try to take pictures with the novelty items inside and the murals outside. It was such a great experience!
