Sugar is provided at the table to sweeten the tea yourself which I prefer to do. Next we chose from the Signature Soup Noodles Menu. FN28 - Special Fish Soup Rice Vermicelli Fish slices, fish balls, fish tofu & dace fish cakes. We substituted rice vermicelli with yellow wonton noodles to see if it was better but would prefer to go with vermicelli. The soup came with cilantro, green onions, bean sprouts, in a very natural tasting, rich filling peppery yet sweet fish broth. A nice alternative to the traditional classic soups. For dessert we shared Hong Kong-style French Toast. TB03 - Chunky French Toast Bites. My friend took a spoonful and found it to be too spicy for her, but I have a decent heat tolerance and it tasted perfect for my palate.
