Brought me back to my childhood! Let's not even get into the ices right now! I will just touch on the fact that the decor in this small establishment brought back so much Nostalgia for me. The owner seems to be a kid of the 80s because there is so much memorabilia from the 80s and 90s era, it warmed my heart. There was a cassette boom box with original cassette tapes. The ices were really great as well, and flavorful. I had a mango with Tajin and it was nice n sweet and sour just to my liking. I also got some sour peaches with Tajin sauce to go.

Super delicious! Super fast service and very friendly. I get the most popular flavor they have the mangonada. It was super good I had to go two days in a row. A must stop when heading to Corpus Christi. I ask for extra chamoy and chilito. They have from small to a bucket size serving! Would buy a bucket but I live 2 hours away! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a filling for their sweet tooth. They have a bunch of other snacks as well which I will be trying very soon!

I absolutely love this place. This is the first time trying it since we are on vacation here. I would definitely come back again. The owner was soo kind & fast at making our stuff even brought it to the car. They even have a drive through as well! We had the mangonada and the coconut.....FREAKING AMAZING!!!!! The mangonada has fresh pickle slices (if you like), picosito and chamoy. YUM YUM YUM!!! But, the coconut----made with real coconut milk. Simply to die for! We will be back! And don't let the name fool you. They have food, well snacks: Taki nachos, taki stuffed pickles, to name a few.

Every single time we come to Corpus, we do our best to stop by here. Crazy good Italian Ice Snow Cones and huge frito pies are my go to. Really friendly folks and a cute sit-down area. We wish this place the best and will continue to visit every time we visit. read more

It's a small storefront offering different Italian ice flavors or specialized combinations already on the menu. It's nothing fancy, but you can take your order to go or to a little sitting area outside. The service was friendly. I ordered the coconut sundae and my partner ordered the Oreo shake. It was refreshing on a very hot summer day. My sundae was a little sweet for me, so I'm glad I only ordered a small. There are three sizes to choose from. Everyday after school, this is the spot I go to! The mozzarella sticks are amazing and so cheesy, the fried Oreos are also so good I've never liked em but from here? I'll eat a whole tray. The corn cups are amazing I get em almost everytime! I get a sour green apple with a bit of pickle chamoy/ kool-aid powder, it's absolutely the best! It's super sour and sweet at the same time.. I've never been able to find a place that actually made something so sour (I love sour) You can always add things or take off on whatever. The service is amazing! they're all so sweet there and have blessed me a lot.. I'm definitely a regular when it comes to tasty waves! read more

Family and I were looking for a cold treat in this hot weather after hanging out at the beach. We found Tasty Wavez and when I say don't judge a book by it's cover....man this place beats any place I have been too. It's creamy and delicious. There is many choices to choose from. In corpus for the day, has to stop here from the photos I've seen on Facebook. Was not dissapointed- this place is delish! I had the Hot Cheetos nachos with pickles and corn- fabulous.
