I requested for a flat rate, but Danny refused to provide and insisted on hourly only. This way they can spend 10 hours if the job is for 6 hours and do slow work, and I end up paying for hours that are not needed. I refuse to do business with such people who can't give a flat rate, the only purpose of that is they seem to overcharge or not enough experience to know how much time will be needed to complete the job (even after coming out and see the project - house to clean in person).
