One who genuinely thanked me for calling and didn't rush me off the phone. He said to call back 45 mins before I was ready to come in and he would make sure my car would get worked on right away. I called back this afternoon and they took me right away. Rob at the front desk was very friendly and the waiting room was very comfortable. As a younger female, autoshops aren't usually the most welcoming places, but this was the best auto-realted shop I have ever been to. They even fixed my tire free of charge and encouraged me to come back if I needed any other work done. Excellent experience. He told me it was probably the residual water from the tests they ran but if I wanted, I could bring my car back in for him to check it out. A week after dropping it off I asked how much longer it would be and they hadn't even touched my car yet. At that point I needed my car to get to work so I picked it up and didn't have the time or money to bring it in for a third time. They never pulled up the carpet to see the source of the leak... But $800, multiple uber rides and stress later I still very much have a leak every time it rains. Turns out it wasn't the residual water!
