After my partner mushed the front of the car it was time for a serious facelift. This repair came right out of my pocket, meaning no insurance coverage, and Jeff S. quoted me a price I could live with. He reused anything he could and explained things clearly. Called at 4:48pm to inform the shop that I was leaving to pick up a key for a car that had repairs…read morecompleted, and indicated I would be there in approximately 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived at 5:08 and the individual that I had just spoken to was gone, and the shop was closed even though the website states they are open until 5:30pm. Therefore, although the car was finished, it could not be picked up as agreed upon. Upon calling this morning, he was less than apologetic and inaccurately said he left at 5:15 ( he stated was according to his clock) due to a family emergency with "elderly parents," despite sounding less than sincere about that, and stated he "forgot" that I was coming. Additionally, he indicated that he was not aware that their website says they are open until 5:30 PM since he stated they apparently close at 5 PM. Furthermore, do not expect to leave any phone messages since their phone system does not allow for messages to be left upon their closure, as only a fax signal ensues rather than phone message capability.

Bob (the estimator from Olenders) is a real pro. Not only was he super knowledgeable but he was able to explain the work needed and he provided a quick and reasonable turnaround time. So I went here after a major accident based on a previous recommendation from the dealer (a truck…read moreblew through a four way stop hit my driver rear wheel/quarter panel. It would've totaled the car if it hadn't been so new). They did decent work on my bumper after a minor hit. Well I was just recently hit in the same area and the tire dented in very easily. I took it to another body shop that the tower knew (my father in law knew the tower and trusted him). Without knowing anyone in this new shop, the owner called to tell me that the previous work was very mediocre and just put together off. Stuff was welded in slightly off locations, and so technically the very back of the car isn't straight. Though everything that was off was internal, so you'd never know. The new body shop is going to make it better, but obviously can't make it perfect. It greatly disappointed me that they did this. If you have a minor damage, this place is fine. But I'll never trust them with major work again.
