I just had another excellent experience with Olenders, in East Windsor. They did a superb job replacing my rear bumper, following my car being rear-ended. They have always treated me very well. They are efficient, and do great work. Their customer service is excellent. Two years ago, I hit an animal, and they replaced the front end of my car. I've been having a little problem with a part of the lower grill, and they replaced it for free, while the car was in the shop for this other repair. I love that I can pick up my rental car at their shop, and return it there when my car repairs are done. They go above and beyond with their service - a nice surprise with this repair - they cleaned and vacuumed my car, while it was in the shop! While I was at work someone backed up into my front right headlight and broke it. After filing a claim with my insurance I had to get my truck praised by Olender's person to see what they are going to need for the repair. It was insane I had to wait 3 months to get it fixed. I was driving around with one headlight pointing up at peoples houses !!! For the rental car, I was asked the agent on the phone what type of car, I wouldn't mind driving. I told them and SUV. I got my same truck but in silver. I was disappointed about that but overall, the truck was fine. After dropping my truck off, it took a week like they said. At one point they said they might not be done until the next day, Saturday. But luckily Friday afternoon, they called and I got my truck back. I am SO glad I went with Olender's for my car repair! Another body shop was closer to me but the experience with Olender's was far better from the very first phone call. Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous. They walked me through the process and made sure all my questions were answered. And their expertise shines in the work they did for me - you would never know my car got hit. Now, I had been planning to have my car detailed once the body work was done, because it's been through a lot and deserves a little love, right? Well Olender's DID THAT TOO. Simply amazing service. They were all very kind and understanding. Explained everything throughly, and even helped with insurance issues. Took my car in right away. They kept in contact with me giving me updates letting me know how it was going and when it was finished. Everyone there was very friendly. They have great relationship with Enterprise car rental which made it all that much more convenient. I had other choices through my insurance but I am so happy that I went with them. I understand now why they have a well deserved and well known reputation as an expert on collision repair. It is stressful enough being in an accident. I took my car for pretty extensive body work. It took about a week. Everyone was great and the work was excellent. The staff was courteous, respectful and made the entire process completely hassle free! I was so upset because I bought my car only about 6 months ago and someone hit it while it was parked. The staff at Olenders were so understanding and helpful. While I'm not hoping for more reasons to get my car repaired again, if I ever needed to, I would return to Olenders in a heartbeat! The staff and service here were great! I mainly dealt with Tony for my repairs, but everyone I encountered here was awesome. They got my car repaired in 3 days and it looks brand new, you can't tell there was any damage to it at all! They even cleaned it all up for me so I had a nice, sparkling clean car to come pick up once it was done. in 2006 (11 years ago!) I had some beautiful repairs done to my truck at Olender's after an accident, but over the last couple years the clear coat on my paint began to blister and peal. I held off asking if could be re-done because it was ELEVIN YEARS AGO! but when I walked in and explained what happened, David shook my hand and without skipping a beat said I would be taken care of, no charge. after a week in the shop I got my old boy back and man-o-man is he gorgeous!!!! I have a Mercedes Benz that was recently damaged by a lady who bashed into it, while it was parked. The damage looked bad, and I didn't know if it would ever be the same. I am happy to report that they did a fantastic job repairing it, and it looks just like new again. I dropped it off Monday morning and it was all done by Wednesday, cleaned and detailed. Great shop with very friendly and down to earth professionals! I got side swiped at an intersection recently and took my car to Olender's the day after it happened. I called ahead, spoke to Mick, and he came out as soon as I showed up. After taking a look at the paint damage, he motioned me over to one of the car bays and had one of his guys take a buffing wheel to my car. Within 15 minutes he got 95% of the scratches out. You can barely even tell now. The guy even gave me a few pointers on how to take care of car paint in the future. Would definitely recommend these guys!!! read more

My daughter's car had been side swiped by an unknown person. I contacted our insurance company and the adjustor came out and to repair the damage was a little over 1K. I called Olenders and spoke with Mack, he asked to have us bring the car in and the estimate. When we arrived he looked at the damage, asked if he could have one of the guys buff out the marks. They did this in a matter of less than 10 minutes, the damage was gone and I was able to cancel the claim. This was done free of charge! I am so very impressed. I was recently rear-ended and my bumper was completely smashed and half hanging off my car. Geico wanted me to bring it to Olenders for repair, it was towed there Sunday night. The repairs were completed Wednesday afternoon and I was able to pick it up promptly at 7:30 Thursday morning. It is been 2 weeks and I have had no follow-up problems, the repairs were complete and the car was washed and vacuumed.
