Consultation- my artist Carlos was amazing what others said could be done he did and got my vision right by putting it all together . He quickly did the draft then the outline he worked on it till I was satisfied with placement . Shop environment -i can't tell you how amazing the whole experience was . From the front desk making it easy for me to check in and offering me water right away. She quickly got my artist and let him know his appointment was there. All trough the process she kept checking in on everyone there and taking pics and engaging with the customers . All the artist got along excellently and everyone would come up to each other when they got there and said their good bye . Amazing friendly environment just what it should be . Cleanliness - as soon as you walk in you can smell how clean the place is. It's not dingy and dark like other places it smells great and well lit up with some great music and movies playing . This was April 23, 2026. So we made another appointment on May 23rd 2026. This guy is a P.O.S. now at the 2nd session at some points the needle had no ink and he was just cutting into me. He was wiping extra hard and dry wiping. Which he had said he doesn't like doing that in our first session. Chato kept doing things to make my tattoo painful. What a terrible person! Chato did not finish the tattoo. This guy is trash!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO COME HERE. Messages also say he was going to add white and make the tattoo pop. You can barely see the white.
