I should also add that after I had my original done my husband asked me to design a family tattoo for him, together we came up with his and I will add the photo below. Nicole was his artist and she incorporated the butterfly from mine into his. before my husband left she had our full story and shared some of her own. What makes it all interesting is there are tons of things in common and he left feeling great. Almost like getting therapy while being inked. My next one will match his with different colors. I was told Melissa, the piercer at Pretty In Ink, put a post that was too short in my nose. Also she pierced me so far back I had to get repierced yesterday and pay an additional fee for it because once it heals I wouldn't be able to switch to a hoop. I told her upfront I wanted to switch to a hoop eventually and showed her the jewelry I purchased and told her the size. She still did not take any of that into consideration when I relied on her expertise as a piercer. I am disappointed and frustrated and out of another $80+ because of my experience with Pretty In Ink. I tried to reach out to them for resolution but I was was ignored and did not receive a response.

Upgraded threadless jewelry, depending on the piercing starts about $10 more than what's listed on the site. Any additional jewelry upgrades range from $30-$70. They show you all of your options and then it takes a few minutes while they prepare. Elena did my piercing and she was great! She made me feel very comfortable and gave lots of information for after care of my piercing including her card and the correct supplies to buy. The shop was clean and nicely decorated!
