Secondly when I tried to get my piercing done he told me I'd have to wait 3 hours for him. I asked if he could quickly do it cause it's just a Naval and not even. All because he had a "BIG PIECE" which was 5 inches big . Wow big piece there bud. Every-time I try and give them another chance they ruin it. Never again am I ever coming here. Oh and I was pierced there once before as a minor (15 years old) there was no issue back then. So much for "following the law" like he said.

I reached out today and due to the artist no longer being in shop I was told I have to pay AGAIN for the HORRIBLE work to get touched up and I got no HELP from the store OWNER. LETS KEEP IN MIND MY FAMILY HAS BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS. I'm 95% sure half of the profit FOR THIS TATTOO went to the business which mean as a business OWNER you take that into consideration REGARDLESS IF YOUR ARTIST NO LONGER WORKS THERE because I paid for the HORRIBLE work THAT WAS DONE at THE SHOP. YOUR ARTIST ARE A REFLECTION OF YOU! So when you DONT offer to assist in ANY way because the artist is no longer there, That's an issue as a business establishment! As I expressed myself with a complaint the owner blocked me, I WILL PROCEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU. I was just giving a piercing and was alittle nervous. The front desk staff was doing a tattoo what i thought was unprofessional since you know patrons are going to be there random times. He told me someone was going to do it and i should wait in the back for about 10 mins. It end up being 30 mins. And it was from the owner! Who looked shady. He was high off some drugs and was slurring alot i hesitated but already gave him the money before he started. I kept telling him repeatedly what i was getting and he just walked away to talk to his employees and started sweeping. At this point i was getting frustrated. But he said sorry i dont like mess. Fine. Once he set up he dab alot of alcohol on my face and mouth felt numbed he kept being rough i told him okay thats enough. And once he started to pierced i bleed alot and he sprayed some bactine on in my nose and it started burning! This man is nuts and shouldn't even have a business. Never going back or recommend. This is why i stay out of queens i prefer other boros.

First off she is into her work! She examines and examines till she is satisfied with what she is doing on you, which is a PLUS...we DO have to live with it forever! Anyway I had NO intentions of getting MORE but she has this vibe and one can't help but go back and I did! My photo is my last one from her (moving, can't take her with me can I? lol) I LOVE LOVE LOVE her work!! I think if I had known her sooner I would have had tons! I came here to get both of my earlobes pierced. They used a needle and punctured 2 holes in my…read moreright ear leading to the hole for the piercing being too big. It looked funny when I got them because the left side was fine but the right side looked weird. Today, the piercing sank into my earlobe and is currently stuck there I have to go to the emergency room to get it removed from my ear. The hole in the front closed so It's stuck inside.

I love that minors not only need to be accompanied by an adult but it must be their caregiver and their birth certificate for proof. Kimberly did a great job with my daughter's septum piercing. Unfortunately, we got there near closing time and couldn't get the tattoo done as someone was already on the table getting worked on. He explained how he was the only one tattooing at the moment and could not start another piece this evening but was more than happy to help us when we return. We asked if a piercing was something he can do at the moment and without hesitation he took us right in. He pierced the upper ear and did a great job.
