went here to get my tongue pierced and wasn't very happy. my piercer gave me a bar way too short…read moreand i even told him multiple times "this looks really short" and "are you sure this is long enough?". the bar being too short made the swelling hurt even more than it should have. i went to get the bar changed to a longer one cause i couldn't take it anymore and it was genuinely so painful i started crying. i don't remember the last time i cried from pain. don't think id recommend getting a piercing that swells a lot from this location.

My appointment was rescheduled over and over, and then canceled the day before after I had already rearranged my schedule around it. This became a pattern of poor communication and last-minute changes. Meanwhile, I was never sent my tattoo design or kept updated throughout the process. Clients shouldn't have to beg for basic communication or wonder if their appointment is actually happening. There may be talented artists out there, but professionalism and reliability matter just as much. Unfortunately, this experience had neither. After wasting weeks trying to make it work, I requested my deposit back and took my business elsewhere.
