I know how difficult color correction can be, and her hair color came out perfect ! I struggle to find stylists who can cut my hair correctly due to it's odd combo of wavy, curly and straight. Truly, a miracle worker! I recently got full highlights and then a bleach wash (why! WHY!) at another salon in UTC. After multiple visits they told me they had no idea how to fix the brassy mess they made. I RAN to Empire Beauty Supply in an attempt to fix it myself... long story short after 1 toning attempt I came back and asked for some back up. The Beauty Supply staff asked Ana, who has an independent station towards the rear, to give me some help. In order to keep the integrity of my hair and lift the orange, she could only highlight the hair not previously highlighted- not an easy feat! My hair ended up looking lovely! I am still fighting the yellow with purple shampoos etc., but my hair is so much better! I highly recommend Ana, and I look forward to going back. read more

Real quick- so new customers know, Ana has her vicinity in the rear of the Empire Beauty Supply store next to CVS. It was a bit confusing for me to find initially. Ana is phenomenal! I came to her with a mess on my head and she calmly talked me through what we could do to fix it. Her ability blew me away. I had blonde, brown and orange streaks throughout my hair along with 1/2 inch of brown roots showing. She touched up the roots and was diligent with picking out the strands to highlight so we could work on evening out the colors. I really should've taken a before and after picture!
