Kudos to our server, Andrew for single handily took care of our large group! There were 14 of us! Everything came out from the kitchen correctly and served efficiently. On the menu it states that large groups are charged a service fee but we were not forced to pay it. Instead, we tipped MORE generously than the 15% since the service was supreme!

Outside of the building, view looking north.

A solid 4 star eating experience at Tavern. Two of us stopped by for lunch including a couple of drinks, appetizers, burgers, and desserts. The food was good and our server did a nice job. The restaurant is in the far back of the building. It's antiseptic, lacking in design and personality. It gives off the vibe of a corporate office conference room. Then again, there's a killer view of the golf course if you grab a table by the windows. They have a big patio too. There's plenty of parking. We found a spot close to the door. Next time I'll drop by for dinner and try out one of the signature steaks. -Daddy Maxx Retro

It's a small little place that you would probably miss unless you really took the time to look at the building. There were six of us, and I loved that their menu was straight forward with about 10 main dishes to choose from. I got the cheese tortellini with steak. We also got the breadsticks as appetizers and I got a side cedar salad. The breadsticks were big and fluffy and it came with red sauce, but we also asked for Alfredo sauce to dip it in. The steak on top of my tortellini was cooked great! Was probably cooked to about medium-medium rare. The Alfredo was top tier. I loved the flavor and it was very creamy. They gave you a lot too which was nice. I liked the size of the Caesar salad, not too big, and the dressing was great. I wasn't a super huge fan of the croutons because they were a rye type of bread. We tried all three desserts and they were all very good. The lava cake was my favorite. The waitress was also the hostess. She was very nice. The only thing I would say was that it was a bit odd that she was wearing leggings and a crop top. Just felt a little unprofessional seeing her belly button piercing. She did a very good job serving us though. The food was very well priced and good portions because I walked away with extras. The place was relatively quiet for a Friday night. Please go check this place out!!

The menu is fairly basic, but the selections did taste great. We liked the garlic bread the best, we were able to eat the whole thing with just the two of us as they are so addicting! We also enjoyed the chicken Alfredo and like the meat sauce. It is downtown parking so street parking can be limited. Service was a little slow, it did take a bit for the garlic bread to arrive. But they were apologetic for this.

Looks like they have patio dining in the summer months. We came NYE so service was a little slower but friendly. Someone was making sure our waters were filled and used plates taken away. Food was definitely freshly made. We ordered the mussels for appetizer. We chose the spicy tomato sauce and it was yummy. My husband ordered the veal Marsala and it came with choice of soup or salad and a side of pasta. Penne with red sauce was the standard or upgrade to fettuccine Alfredo. Creamy clam soup was delicious. Nice and rich. Fettuccine noodles were over cooked but the cream sauce was so good. You can taste the fresh cream. It was slightly under seasoned but nothing a little salt didn't fix. The veal was nice and tender, lots of mushrooms, and a side of steamed green beans. This dish was also slightly under seasoned. I ordered one of the specials, a pasta bolognese. Supposed to come with penne but I requested it with fettuccine. Noodles were cooked better than the Alfredo but still slightly overcooked. The bolognese sauce was so delicious. They give you bread for the table but it was dense and lacked flavor. Glass of wine, appetizer, and two entrees came out be a little under $100 before tip. Overall, we enjoyed our experience. Not a knock your socks off place but nice and cozy with freshly prepared dishes.

What a nice time. Despite the size of our group, the evening was handled very well. We had two very attentive servers who did a fabulous job keeping up with drinks, food, and all the little things that come with a large family gathering. They were friendly, organized, and never made us feel rushed. My usual order is the Black Fettuccine with Lobster, which I highly recommend, but this time I changed it up and ordered the Combo Lasagna and Chicken Parmesan. It was excellent. As always, the bread with olive oil, parmesan, and fresh cracked pepper was awesome. You have to discipline yourself to stop eating so much warm bread that you don't fill up before your meal comes. For appetizers, we shared three Bruschetta orders, the Bacon-Wrapped Dates, and the Calamari Fritti. Everything was very good and perfect for a larger group to share. The overall experience is what keeps us coming back. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, they have a great patio during the summer months, the food is always consistent, and the service is typically very good. It's just a reliable place for a nice night out or a special family gathering. I wouldn't rate a chain restaurant with 5-stars, but Biaggi's never lets us down. Plenty of parking available for this corner shop. Walking in the place looked clean and industrial (like Chipotle, concrete and steel). The older lady at the register was helpful with placing my newbie order. They would call my name once it was ready. I also saw a spot for online orders for pickup. And I think there's a drive through window behind the front counter, although my order did take about 10-15 mins... so a slow drive through. There was a cooler for bottle beverages but also a self serve soda fountain. The dining area had a big round table that could accommodate a larger group, 1 square table for 4, 5 rectangle tables for pairs (or slide together for 4) and long high bar style top along a wall where you can look out the window. I ordered the Small 8" classic Cheesesteak sandwich meal (fries and drink). I would have to say this is the best Cheesesteak I've ever had. Good flavor, good texture with the steak (not too chewy), cheese was nicely melted throughout (not squirted on top), good balance of onions/mushrooms. The bread held its own... wasn't too chewy or soggy. I didn't know if I wanted hot or sweet peppers so I asked for them on the side. My nose said "nope" to both so I left them off. Subs come in mini (4"), small (8"), medium (10") and large (18"). A small 8" sandwich is almost too much. **After I posted this, I saw an ad on FB...interesting algorithm there. They have $9.99 deal: 4" mini sub, half salad and side/ drink. You can choose your side for the meal and I ordered fries. **This option is unique. Usually only chips are offered. Fries gives Jon Smith Subs vibes. JSS in Andover closed over 5 years ago and I still miss them. I got a gift card in my purse I can't use. ** Fries were long, fried to a golden crunch, and soft potato inside. Served hot and salty. While dining in, I saw the older lady come out into the lobby to clean tables, straighten up tables/ chairs and reorganize the condiment station. Nice! Clean, friendly, tasty.... I'll be back!
