We also had the Provola affumicata e salame calabro crostoni. The salame was spicy but delicious. The dough had amazing flavors of garlic and cheese. It was simply delightful. My husband had the sea bass in a lemon butter sauce with potato's. The potato's had a nice crisp on the outside. I had the special of the day, which was the ragu with sausage, meatballs and short ribs. The pasta was similar to a rigatoni but bigger. The sauce was delicious. Their house wine was a perfect touch to pair with our meal. We ended it with some limoncello. We were too full to eat any dessert. I'm sure it would have been delicious.
