This time it was a different guy, and as I was getting on the elevator at work to go up, he was also getting on, I asked where he was going and he said that he was going to see Lori, I said "Oh, she works on my floor, you can just follow me" so we get in to the office and Lori wasn't there, so I told him that I had ordered previously with another guy, and that I wanted to get the pecan cinnamon rolls, he said "Ok, that will be 16.99 I said " Hold on, that's not what I paid for them last time, I said, Last time they were 12.99" He said " yep that's right they were, but there is a delivery fee of almost 4 dollars" I said " well, technically I didn't ask you to deliver them, you were already here on your own. So, I shouldn't have to pay the delivery fee. He just stood there, didn't answer me, didn't say no you shouldn't. The only thing he said was there is a delivery fee of almost 4.00 I finally just walked away and went to the restroom. How ridiculous is it, to pay almost 17.00 for 6 pecan cinnamon rolls, I mean I know Schwanns has some good food, but not that good that I will pay almost 17.00 for 6 pecan cinnamon rolls. So, when I got back from the restroom he was gone. So, I don't think I will ever order from them again. And to top if off, the guy couldn't even find my account that I registered with the last time I bought the stuff, (well technically the first time I bought the stuff). So, I will never order from them, I will never tell anyone else about them, or recommend them to anyone. Everyone have a good day!
