They came to look at it and put it back together, but once again fell apart because the fence is held together with metal screws going into the vinyl wood look pieces. This is because the lengths of the sections are not equal to what the metal cross bar is so, instead of fixing the problem the installers attached the metal crossbars into the vinyl fencing. We have requested several times for them to fix the problem. They are now blaming it on the product manufacturer and last winter said they are waiting to hear from them to 'work with the owner' We have not heard from the fence company nor the manufacturer of the fence. It is quite obvious we are stuck with this awful fence. Please don't hire this fence company for any type of fence. They are not willing to be accountable for their mistakes. It cost us over 4k for this fence that is an embarrassment.

He showed up on time and we walked through my property and discussed what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. He also showed us a brochure that had many styles and colors of fencing to choose from. Kirt promised that the job would be done in one day, very convenient for me as I was on vacation that week and did not want to sit at home for a couple of days! Kirt and his crew showed up at 7:00 am on the agreed upon date, and true to his word, were finished by 4:30 pm. When they were done you would never would have known that anyone was there. They cleaned the area, washed the fence and wrapped up and put away my garden hoses. Before he left he said that if we ever, ever had any problems, to call him and they would take care of it. We called multiple times no call back and left multiple voicemails to pay the second half on a different card. no answer. they blamed it on not listening to voicemails and it takes too long to listen to 30 voicemails....anyways. so they charged the same credit card without reaching out to us. the remainder amount which we did not approve so just know that they hold onto your credit card and run your card without contacting you. Also, they don't use work trucks and they go to your house in a U-Haul. Slightly ghetto.

Their crew came and within two days had removed our rotted wooden fence and had the new one in it's place. A few years later when one of the gates sustained damage during the winter I called to have repairs done. The owner personally came and had the fix completed within an hour. Unfortunately, at the beginning of the summer we had a tree fall on a section of the fence and wipe it out. I called 125 fence several times and left messages and no one ever got back to me. Eventually I called at the exact moment the business opened and spoke to the owner again. He apologized and said they had been short staffed due to the pandemic. He came down that day, looked at the broken section of fence and sent me an estimate the next day. He did reiterate that they were short staffed, which I understand but it has been over a month and I still have not heard anything back from them. They did great work for us and I do recommend them but their communication skills could use a tad bit of improvement.

Both fence latches bent from the wind. Not good. I attached a weather station to the fence like I did with my last fence and the fence can't hold the weight which really is less than 30 pounds not too impressive. We called them three times for service. The first time they said they would be out within a week. The next two times they just ignored the calls Overall: There are better companies and products out there I would avoid this company if you can.
