I contacted Advanced Installations in Indio, CA and they came out and did a great job. From what I can gather the garage temp is 5 to 10 degrees cooler. This is a Lennox product and Lennox provided a new board. However, I had to use Paul Mitchell for the replacement. They charged me $495 for the tech to replace and configure the board, about two hours his time for the install. I found another company that has helped with HVAC work, including fixing the problems from the original Paul Mitchell installation. Unfortunately, they could not replace the board as it was a RMA from Lennox.. If you are looking for HVAC work, keep looking you can find better.

The cost is $69 plus $6.04 tax and $18.95 shipping -- $93.99 total. That's still under the $100 they offered me. If anything, this makes their excuses worse. Instead of taking responsibility and acting on their own, they never reached out again until I called them.
