Thankfully, we got a reliable referral from a local real estate agent who uses Thomson for all of his inspections, repairs & replacements, "Just call Ethan at Thomson. I am certain he can do better." Not only did they come out within 24 hours to complete a thorough inspection of the units outside and system inside the attic, without having to ask for comparative pricing Ethan gave us 3 quotes (good/better/best) and informed us of the current rebates being offered in our zipcode from IID and the manufacturers, plus Fed tax credit info. Ethan was incredibly knowledgeable about all the systems and took the time to share his recommendations (based on facts, product output and best efficiency for our property, not just the price) and answer all of our questions before leaving the property. He was friendly, informative, professional and truly interested in helping us (vs. the can't be bothered attitude of the other company). Ethan worked up the quotes himself and emailed them the same day. The quotes included a detailed financial breakout of rebates & tax credits for each model option which helped make our decision easy. After calculating rebates, we were able to select two Bosch top of the line/best efficiency units for less than what the "middle/better" option would have been, and add install of a new water heater as well. The entire cost with Thomson was almost HALF of what 'the other company' quoted us for "middle/better". No brainer decision. When the team came to install they were on time, efficient, knew what they were doing, professional and careful precautions taken inside the house to avoid wall/ceiling/floor damage while removing old system and installing new. My call was answered right away & I was able to get an appointment the next day. That went very smoothly & the technician was very professional & helpful. Unfortunately a while later my Carrier unit's fan motor started making noise. It was Easter weekend, but I called them to see if they could send someone to at least take a look at it. Chris the owner responded to my call & despite being with his family, said he'd be over later that day. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and explained to me that the previous repairs on the ac unit had replaced the fan motor with the wrong size motor for that unit. He took the time to educate me on why the motor was wrong & had resulted in damage to the fan. As a result, both the motor & the damaged fan would need to be replaced. He said he'd work on getting both a new fan and motor for the unit. Unfortunately there were non in stock from the local suppliers as well as LA. We're able to find the right motor & fan at an out of state supplier which was able to ship it UPS 3 day delivery. Parts came a day early, & Chris was there the next day to install both! He again showed me how the new motor & fan were not only the right ones for my unit, but also how it would be more energy efficient as well. Chris is a true professional who genuinely cares for his customers! I'd definitely recommend him to any of my friends in the future!

We are very happy customers! We finally found our go-to, reliable Air Conditioning company. Jose, Jorge, and Ignacio are simply the best! They are professional, knowledgeable, and timely. In my opinion, they are as good as it gets. We had them replace our two Air Conditioners, and basically replace our two 13-year-old HVAC systems, including the furnaces and coils. It was a BIG job in 113 degree weather. They had to spend a significant amount of time in the attic in scorching weather. They showed up just before 7 am and worked all day to get the job done. They did it! Everything is brand new and working amazing. Our house is cool and the new systems are top notch! Jose and Jorge own the company. Pride of ownership and performance is BIG for these guys. They take great pride in their work and they work very hard to make sure the customer is happy. I cannot say enough about these guys. i am pleased to give Air Plus HVAC a 5-star review as Jose and Jorge did an outstanding job with my new mini-split air conditioning unit. I shopped around and they not only gave me a great price, but they were extremely professional, courtesy and on time. I was truly impressed and shared this with my general contractor who wanted me to use his HVAC sub-contractor. My GC is now going to be using Air Plus. It was not a huge job, but we needed to replace a swamp cooler in our garage with a mini-split to cool the refrigerator and freezer along with the cars. I will recommend Air Plus to all my friends. They did a fabulous job installing a mini split wall unit in the garage and a Ceiling Cassette mini split in the master bedroom. They were always on time and very pleasant to talk to. Jose explained everything to our satisfaction and we appreciated his no nonsense approach. Our 4-year-old AC system went out the day I brought my husband home from the hospital after having…read morecancer surgery. The company that installed it ghosted us even though they had been out here from Feb. through April trying to fix what they said was a leak. So my daughter did a lot of research to find this trustworthy company, All Day Heating and Cooling INC. Dominick came out and found an incorrect installation of the coil and evidence of shoddy past repairs (e.g., parts taped back together). His company had loaned out all of their portable AC units to other customers, so he was able to get permission to purchase a new portable unit for us to use overnight until the repairs could be made the following day. That never happened with our former company. Israel and his team came in around 8am the next morning and took pictures before, during, and after the repairs were made. They were there at least 7-8 hours installing the new coil, making repairs, and cleaning the compressor, as well as running tests to make sure there were no leaks and that everything was working well. Since Dominick had written a detailed report about all of the problems he had found in our HVAC system, we will use the pictures Israel took and Dominick's report to go after our former dishonest HVAC company. By the way, Dominick said the same corporation that bought our former company has also bought up many of the familiar AC companies in the desert. So when people get bids from various companies, they are often owned by that same corporation. Beware! Dominick texted me yesterday to make sure our system is working well in all of this heat. I was so impressed! All Day Heating and Cooling INC is honest and has integrity. They communicated effectively throughout the process, were punctual, took care of our house and cleaned up well, and did excellent work supported by photos. I am thankful to have worked with this small, local, family-owned business. So glad to know that they have a tech on duty 24/7!

Javier listened to our concerns and took his time to investigate the problem and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working at top capacity. He was very thorough and detailed with the service. I would recommend calling AC Doctor for all of your air conditioning and heating needs.

Javier and his helper showed up late to service my HVAC unit. His helper kept dropping a tool from…read morethe interior of my mini split HVAC unit. I asked him politely to please be careful however his tool fell again damaging an irreplaceable fine art painting. Javier started cussing me out using the word "F*CK" with me several times ! They then left my apartment, managed by Xepco Property Management, and did NOT service my A/C unit while still YELLING & Screaming at me as they were leaving. I highly suggest never using this Business after my experience with them.
