We had 3 cars we wanted to see and had them all (plus 2 others) test driven within an hour. C3 offers a wide variety of very well maintained vehicles. They matched another dealerships offer on our trade-in and Danny helped us with financing. Chris made sure we were comfortable in the "living room" while we waited to sign paperwork. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place if you're in the market for a previously owned car.

Within weeks of purchase, my Jeep began showing serious mechanical issues -- including a failed head gasket, cylinder problems, and other major engine failures. These were not minor wear-and-tear issues. These were catastrophic failures that no reputable dealer should have overlooked, let alone sold to an unsuspecting buyer. They assured me the vehicle had been inspected and was in good condition. That was a lie. The repairs ended up costing thousands of dollars (almost $10,000k in repairs), and the warranty they sold me conveniently excluded coverage for the most expensive repairs. When I turned to the dealership for help, they were evasive, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. If you're thinking of buying from this place -- DON'T. You could be walking into a financial trap with no safety net. I have filed formal complaints with state and federal agencies due to their deceptive sales practices. This experience has been mentally, financially, and emotionally draining. Protect yourself. Take your business elsewhere. This dealership should be avoided at all costs.

They didn't seem to want our business at all...or even try to negotiate at all. Disappointing experience but I can only guess it's because they feel their prices are reasonable so I'll tell y'all now so you don't come there thinking you can get any kind of negotiation in play and waste your time. If you're fine w price that's listed then it's worth the time to come. FYI; after owner read my review he was rude and said i was abusing my privilege as a reviewer...but I replied back saying 3 star is a mutual experience, not good nor bad. After we received the vehicle via delivery, we found so many issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed to us. We attempted to contact the dealer multiple times to speak to John, each time we were told he was not available and would call you back. My husband also wrote multiple emails and provided pictures of our concerns with no response back. After 4 unreturned calls John called me thinking I was a new customer he wanted to sell a car to and discovered I was not. When I started to tell him about all the issues that were not disclosed to us he argued with me stating we waived the 3rd party inspection and hung up on me. The car needed an alignment badly, 2 cracks in the windshield, the driver visor was broken and filthy, inside the center console was filthy, only 1 key fob when we were told there was 2, the ceiling of the trunk was riddled with black streaks, multiple body scrapes and scratches. It was so disheartening to think a dealer would send a car to someone like this. As of right now we have spent over $600 to ger the car exterior and interior detailed and get the alignment fixed. The 2 windshield cracks have not been fixed yet which will be another cost will we will have to put out. We simply want compensated for these issues! To note my husband just purchased a used Audi Q5 the week before from a local dealer, the car was cleaned and detailed prior to his purchase, they even found a scratch and told him to come back and they would buff it out, which they did. That is what a normal car dealer does.

    I had a flat tire that required emergency roadside assistance. Tesla sent a truck out with a loaner…read moretire and took my wheel & tire back to be patched. The following day, I followed up via text (the preferred Tesla communication method) but could not get a valid response. You see, they were wanting to replace the tire with a new one if it could not be repaired. That was unacceptable, since I was already planning to replace all 4 tires. I don't want one "oddball" tire. So I called the Tesla Lexington location and spoke with Nathan. I explained the situation and he said he'd check to see if the tire was even repairable and would call me back. He called me back within an hour with a solution that would also save me some money. Thank you, Nathan, for your quick resolution to this problem. When I drove down to pick up my flat tire, he met me as I was beginning to drive in through the overhead door, saving me from waiting in line behind other vehicles. Thanks again and I hope Tesla realizes how important it is for associates like Nathan to represent the brand as well as he does.

There was a lady there that spoke super quietly and had little to no customer service at all. Had a very uppity vibe going like we were a bother for her to be there. The service was seemingly good I suppose. Seemed very costly for the work done and I didn't get the feeling that I could fully understand what was being done. It's hard to describe. The service chat was responsive and calls were even initiated if needed. But I still ended up with this uneasy mixed feeling of okay things I guess got resolved but did I just pay out the wazoo for something that I could've just handled elsewhere.

Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me.     What an easy and great experience to sell my old car. Went on line saw how much they would offer…read moreset up an appointment and less than 30 minutes later walked out with a check. Staff all friendly and respectful. Large clean show room. This was easy the price they gave me fair.
