    I've bought a lot of trucks in my 50 years and huffines Chevy just became my favorite dealership. We were dealing on a certified preowned 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 and Santiago Infante went to work for us. We're 2 hours away from the dealership and wanted to get our numbers close before making the trip. Not only did Santiago get numbers right, he was ready and waiting for is when we arrived. Total time in dealership was 1 1/2 hours! I have spent 6 hours in dealerships dealing and its exhuasting. HIGHLY recommend Huffines and ask for Santiago. Super nice, no pressure gentleman.

    google post "The "professionals" cant service vehicles older than 20 years apparently. Never seen a dealer that didn't have trained techs in the back that can work on their own vehicles because I was told all the old ones are out of the field. Wouldn't trust them to work on never cars if they cant even work on their 90's trucks for simple repairs. At first I was told lack of parts, then I stated I would provide Acdelco parts. Then lack of training, so I didn't know what was the truth. So much for "Certified" service. Go elsewhere." got a seemingly automated reply. This is my response. I could provide ac delco gm genuine parts. I was told 20 years and got a response to 15 years. So you are going to turn down service to a 2009 vehicle. My parents own a 2009 tahoe I guess that isn't in the scope. I performed the repairs at home in 20 minutes.

    I have purchased two Chevrolet Bolts from Morriss Tompkins at Huffines Chevrolet in Plano. Both experiences renewed my trust that a car buying experience can be something other than horrendous. Is it possible that Huffines Auto Group treats all of their customers in this manner? I hope it's true, because I will be sending my friends to any of the Huffines dealerships because of my great experience.

    Found this online after ordering one from Carmax and paying $100 transfer fee. I was reluctant to go to a car dealership where they are paid on commission because of the aggressiveness. I showed up at the used car lot at 8:30 AM Saturday when the doors open. The early bird got the worm and my Saleman Doug Shaw promised he'd make the deal work and he delivered. They offered me more for my trade-in and the genesis they had was a better value. I was in out of there within an hour and a half, which is the most important part of this whole experience. No same person wants to sit in a used car dealership no matter what donuts and coffee they're serving for three hours.

    I am writing this review to warn others about the unprofessional "bait-and-switch" tactics at this…read moredealership. I had been in contact with a representative named Alonte regarding the sale of my car. On the day of my appointment, I spoke with Alonte 30 minutes before arriving to confirm everything. I was on my way from Denton to Plano, and at no point was I told there was an issue with the offer. When I arrived, I was blindsided by an $1,100 price reduction. When I asked why I wasn't notified, they admitted that Alonte simply forgot to call me. I then spoke with the manager, Israel, who was incredibly rude, condescending, and dismissive. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and the wasted trip, Israel displayed zero accountability. When I expressed my frustration, he actually tried to argue with me and accused me of lying about the original offer. He made it clear that he did not care about my business or the fact that they had wasted my time. He literally shrugged off my concerns and told me I could "just sell it somewhere else." If you value your time and want to work with a business that operates with honesty and basic customer respect, go elsewhere. This dealership does not honor their word, and their management team is completely unprofessional.
