The dealership admitted their third-party installer didn't do it right, yet I'm the one stuck with a brand new car that has parts falling off. It's not about the $34 for a tank of gas; it's about the total lack of integrity, poor quality control, and the disrespectful treatment from the Sales Department. Instead, I was sold a Jeep Cherokee with multiple serious issues, including a cracked windshield, a malfunctioning temperature control system, a large dent on the rear passenger door, loud noises while driving, and even water leaking through the windshield when it rained. I reported these problems the very next day after signing the contract. While the dealership did repair the windshield and temperature system, they refused to fix the remaining issues, including the loud noise and damaged door. These are not minor concerns--they directly impact the safety and reliability of the vehicle. I was told by the salesman and management that it was "too late" because the car was sold "as is," despite the fact that I reported the issues immediately. One employee in the service department was helpful, but overall, the dealership failed to take full responsibility or provide a fair solution. I went in trusting this dealership and left with a vehicle that has ongoing problems and added financial stress. I would strongly advise others to thoroughly inspect any vehicle and be cautious before purchasing here. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am prepared to pursue further action if this issue is not resolved.

I noticed some reviews complaining about how long their bike was in the shop. But these are bikes, and even being near a major city like Houston doesn't guarantee parts availability in the time frame we want. But every time I called to bother them about my bike Jonathan took my call and took the time to update me on where they were in the process. More importantly, when I did get my bike back it ran perfectly, and I could ride confidently again. I'll definitely get my next bike here too.
