They are very good at keeping your car hostage and charging you an exorbitant amount for simple maintenance. We're not from the area and they can smell it here.

The technicians diagnosed the problem as a knock and I needed to replace the engine but with nothing to back up their diagnosis. I went to another shop and got the same diagnosis, again, with the same diagnosis and nothing to back up or guide me to the problem. Finally, I called Angel Car Medic (via Yelp) and got a very detailed diagnostic report including cylinder pressures. They pulled the spark plugs and showed me how bad they were - even after just being replaced. Long story short, the diagnosis Christian Brothers provided was correct but they charged way too much for the other services. I was so stupid to select them for this!
