One thing I really appreciated is that they work on Mini Coopers, which can be difficult to find in an independent repair shop. I have seen my brother pay lots of Money just for his truck to sit for months At times they tell him they have the truck in the back when I go to spot check, it's still sitting in the same spot my brother left it at when he dropped it off. I literally live 1 minute away from this place and most of the vehicles there have just been sitting. On this last occasion my brother brought his truck there for an oil change and a clutch and now his truck is not running. I really feel bad for him that he was used by this company that's a family ownership and you actually deal with owners. Please skip this shop when choosing where to send your vehicle!!!!
