Based on this interaction alone, I would much rather drive elsewhere to a business that treats people with basic courtesy.

There have been multiple instances where while bringing in groceries for her while I vist, where he has verbally yelled and harrassed me including making threats because she is unable to bring the garbage can up a steep hill and to the end up the driveway. Most weeks when I dont have time to run over to her house, she gets the garbage can a few feet away from the sidewalk. If you are going in there with the expectation of purchasing a $99.00 vacuum you probably are in the wrong establishment...head to Wal-Mart, or Target. KENTS products are Top of the line, imho. Jeff knows well his products and as far as I could tell was quite fine with answering any legitimate questions you may have. What a bit surprising to me was, there was no PUSH to buy a vacuum I didn't need, or a more expensive model. I have multiple dogs, and needed a vac that could handle the normal day to day stuff, + dog hair. The Sebo Felix would do the job, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. It was a good shopping experience. I'd do business there again in a heat-beat, but since I bought the Sebo, I expect I won't have to. See ya in another 26 years...that how long my Miele lasted. BP apparently is two women in the Lenox area who prepare delicious, gorgeous picnics on request for any special occasion. Ours was a picnic at Tanglewood before a concert. We arrived to find tables all set up and waiting for us (marked by a white balloon). The food arrayed before us included fresh, carefully chosen items including superior cuts of roast beef, chicken, prosciutto, salami and all kinds of appetizers and snacks and salads, and a chocolate cake for dessert. Add in wine, beer and water, and we had ourselves a feast. The tables included a lovely covering and a candlelabra and comfortable pillows around it. We could have asked for nothing more. Except -- when we were done they CLEANED UP!! All we had to do when the concert ended was leave, not pack up baskets, chairs and dishes, just walk away. We think Berkshire Picnics is the greatest discovery since sliced bread. Apparently so did many people at Tanglewood, who kept walking by and admiring the picnic and asking us to tell them all about it -- which we cheerfully did. Yes, it is expensive. But wow, try it and we are confident you'll be amazed, too.
