The before and after photos speak for themselves, but I'll just add that Jeff was personable, communicative, and easy to work with. He knows his carpets and knows how to clean them thoroughly. We have a large dog who tracks in dirt and dander and is known to slobber on toys and treats (and also occasionally vomit up said treats). I didn't even really notice the pet odor until Jeff took care of it and it wasn't there anymore! He did a deep clean and also got out all of the stains (despite my prior attempts at removing them). It didn't take long at all. He took care to dry the carpet as much as possible, and gave good advice on future stain removal. Overall, I can't recommend him enough for your carpet cleaning needs in the Southern California area.

Franky showed up within a day at a time that worked for me and took the steps needed to make sure the mattress could be treated with the extra hot water his vehicle provided, so he carried it out to the vehicle and cleaned it. When he got back I had a couple more large custom cushions from our dining table banquette I needed cleaned, and he had them looking new within a short time. I really appreciated his work ethic and customer service, and would definitely recommend them.

Within minutes I was scheduled and he sent Kizzy and Alice to help me out. For context, this was a 4-hour deep clean for my one bedroom apartment that included baseboards, organizing, and even laundry. I have a shihpoo who demands a lot of attention, so keeping up with deep cleaning can sometimes get away from me. When I say they saved my life, I'm not exaggerating. Kizzy and Alice absolutely delivered. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom. Baseboards, surfaces, floors, everything. They even did my laundry which was such a huge help. I stepped out to run errands while they worked and came back about four hours later to an apartment that felt completely reset. The space looked amazing and felt so much lighter. Beyond the quality of the cleaning, they were also just lovely people. Polite, helpful, respectful of my space, and they even gave my dog some love while they were here. They took all the trash with them when they left which I really appreciated. From the quick scheduling with Alex to the incredible work from Kizzy and Alice, this was such a great experience. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!
