Danny came out, measured, and then returned with new screens and frames. I was so happy with his work that I went back to him again to replace a window frame and screen. DANCO Screens are the real deal! Danny and Sandy are that rare combo of friendly, honest, and ridiculously easy to work with. Scheduling was simple, pricing was fair, and Danny went the extra mile during installation. The frame on my sliding glass door is a bit warped, but he still made it close perfectly by adding a custom latch and lock. My previous cats absolutely obliterated the old screen, so this time around with two new kittens I wanted to start fresh. Danny recommended a pet screen, which is basically kitten-proof armor. He knows his skills perfectly. The downside are his customer service skills. He stated rather sternly WAIT FOR MY CALL before picking up screens. When he phoned/texted me to pick up screens my phone abruptly was not working properly. Hence, I missed his message. I was able to call him a few hours later explaining my situation. He became defensive/ rude stressing I stood him up over attempting to understand my situation. He had no problem being polite to my male friend on the phone over the situation but he didnt hesitate to yell, and cut me off in the middle if my conversation simply to make his point. I felt completely misunderstood and insulted and he appearing ungrateful for my business. I shall not do business with him again. His website states he's OPEN however when you call he states its by APPOINTMENT ONLY. That makes no sence. It needs to be clarified ON THE WEBSITE. I would suggest he ask for a deposit to ENSURE customers come back for their screens. He now requires FULL payment up FRONT before screens are done. Why should a customer TRUST that? A business needs to work with customers. Not force unfair polices on innocent people. I pay my bills; I don't ditch responsibilities. This is STRICKLY my personal experience with him. I was completely put off by his demeanor. I sincerely hope he will adjust his policies and make them CLEAR on his website and be more understanding when life happens. read more

Unfortunately, a company came out to replace sliding door track and ended up destroying our sliding door AFTER we had ordered screens from Danco. Danco was understanding about the situation and the fact that we had to replace the entire door and therefore no longer needed a sliding screen. He worked with my husband and his effort was greatly appreciated. Several months later he finally was able to install the screens we did order. Submitted a yelp request for quotes, and Danco had the best quote for mobile service. I considered bringing the old door to our local hardware store for a special order to save a few bucks. Danny of Danco Screens is one of the best service providers that my wife and I have encountered. A guest at a party walked into our back screen door tearing it apart. The next day, based on Yelp reviews, I called Danco Screens and Danny answered immediately. We discussed the repair/replacement options. Based on the age and general functionality of the existing door we went with a replacement door as opposed to a repair. Shortly after the call, Danny came to our house and measured the door and told us to expect to have a replacement door in two to three weeks. Danco Window Screen Service are 2 very amazing people behind the scenes doing it all from A to Z! Danny and Sandy provided great service. It was easy from scheduling all the way to installation. The whole process took about 2 weeks from beginning to end. This is how it all went in I called and spoke to Danny about what my needs were, he passed me on to Sandy ‍ who does the scheduling. I got an appointment a few days later and Danny came by to do his measurements about a week after that he came by to do installation which took a total of 45 minutes and he installed 3 screen doors + 15 window screens. We needed 2 new sliding glass door screens and a small bathroom window screen. We discussed over the phone what we needed and he gave prices and explained options or sizes that would cost extra. We scheduled an appointment and Danny showed up within the window of time. The window and one sliding door screen he replaced within minutes which was awesome. The other sliding glass door screen we discussed how it got damaged (our dog) and decided to order with a dog door. He told us we needed a better frame and it would take 2 weeks for him to make. Exactly 2 weeks later he came with the new screen and integrated dog door, made some minor adjustments to make sure the weather seal and latched worked and was done.
