I've been barraged with ads for this place for their "new and improved" pizza on facebook. Thought we'd give it a try. Ordered a large with pepperoni, sausage, olives and pineapple. Wanted to like the pizza. The man at the counter was extremely friendly. He offered me a sample of the chicken/sauce while I waited for my pizza. The chicken tender/and sauce were terrific. Both were much better than Raisin' Caines- for the chicken we will definitely be back. Unfortunately, the pizza was not good at all. The pizza is done in an oven, which is a plus (v a conveyer belt). But the ingredients are just so mediocre. Sauce has little flavor. Crust has no flavor. Toppings are mediocre. Tasted like a $6 domino special. Honestly, we've had better frozen pizza. Wife, who is not nearly as fussy as I am about food said she would not allow me to get this pizza again. That's saying a lot, as she never says she doesn't like something. The food is good I like the chicken sandwiches despite they put pickles on it and I asked for it with out pickles. I called the lady was nice and was going to remake everything. I called the next day to retrieve my remake and the gentleman was a little vexed about my order but after going back and forth he placed it and I was able to get my order but they forgot the mayo in the pics I provided. Really good food for being inside a gas station. We tried the chicken tenders and they were great, they even gave my fiancé and I one to sample before our purchase. The biscuit that came with the strips was fantastic!! We picked up some deli items as well,such as potato salad and cakes and they were good too. An underrated style of food is gas station chicken. The closest thing I can compare this service to is Krispy Krunchy. This place has a full menu and a convenient stop to get some fried bird while getting gas. Tenders were absolutely splendid and there is something in the batter that makes it extra crunchy, which I love. The Saroki Sauce that I got with my order is basically a copycat of the Chick-fil-A sauce (which is not a bad thing of course). Terribly dry, bland pizza. The crust was 3" wide all the way around. So skimpy on sauce, cheese, and toppings. The garlic bread was not garlicky, seasoned, nor buttery at all. We tried to spruce up the leftovers the next day, but there was no hope for that tasteless dough. This is a WARNING...please don't do what I did while driving!! ‍ On a recommendation I decided to try Saroki's Crispy Chicken & Pizza! I went to the location on Ford Road in Canton and was greeted by Lance! Everything looked amazing and I asked what the most popular thing was! Lance suggested the chicken tenders and a biscuit so I went with his recommendation to take home for dinner. I asked for Honey Mustard sauce and he also gave me their special Saroki sauce. On my way home all I could smell was deliciousness so I reached in the bag to grab a small bite of the biscuit...wrong decision! This amazing delicacy was dripping with what I'm assuming is honey! It was too late to turn back now so I grabbed a piece and tasted it...OMGSH AMAZING! Needless to say my steering wheel and center console needed cleaned after only 1 small bite due to my own fault. Thank Goodness I always have baby wipes in the truck for messes! My fingers & steering wheel needed a little help to get clean! Once I got home I devoured what was left of the biscuit & chicken...while Oakley (my pup) was begging for scraps...which there were none to speak of. This was our first time going Saroki! All the food looked pretty good, but I wasn't sure what to get. What was really nice was when one of the workers found out that it's our first visit, he gave us a free sample of their chicken tenders. The gesture was kind and we appreciated it! I love Saroki's and eat there often. My husband eat at Saroki's for lunch a few days a week, I've door dashed it at work often and etc. We spend a lot of money here all together. Today I called Saroki's to order food for my family. They close at 10pm and I called at 9:15 to order. The first time I called, someone picked up and hung up. I called back and they left me on hold for forever. While I'm on the phone trying to place the order I was driving from my home in Livonia to Canton. I spent the entire drive on hold and arrived at 9:35. Upon pulling in the parking lot, I can see the girl at the counter standing there doing absolutely nothing while I'm on hold. When I walked in, she picks up the phone and asked how can I help you. I let her know while I was there that I was also on hold and then I hung up the phone. I asked to order an 8 piece fresh, but she tells me that it is now 9:40. I said I've been on hold since about 9:20. There was another lady who came from the back and asked how can she help me, so I told her what I needed. She asked the guy in the back if he turned the grease off and he says yes. The fact that they all stood there and lied in my face like I was stupid really pissed me off. It was two guys waiting on food, one had pizza and one had chicken tenders. The guy with the tenders order was still being made!! Like I could hear the chicken frying. they literally told us no but you could clearly see that they just didn't want to do it and they had the nerve to LIE!!! On top of that, the owner/employees of the gas station are racist as hell. My husband and I came to get Saroki's last week before heading out for a road trip and I also needed a car charger. My husband picked up a charger but ordered our food before paying for it. They literally followed my husband and I around the gas station as if we were going to steal it. The only Location that I have never had a problem with is the Farmington Hills location. They have the best customer service and have made my food fresh at 9:50pm. Located inside of the Shell gas station on Ford and Haggerty this lil restaurant delivers! I visited the Canton location to see what all the hype was and baby let me tell you it lives up to its reputation. From the chicken and fish to the subs and pizza, Saroki's is delicious . From the moment you walk on the cashiers are knowledgeable and friendly. Danny I believe is the owner is a stand up guy. Got a family meal (tenders with two sides and biscuits). The tenders were good; fresh, hot and crispy. My husband really liked the house dipping sauce but I preferred the honey mustard. The tenders do have a fair amount of spiciness to them which was unexpected. It didn't bother me as I'm one to order spicy chicken, but it didn't go over well with the kids. We ordered the mac n cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy for sides, and I don't think I'd do either again. The mac had very little flavor and the potatoes were so dry and stiff that I'd be inclined to disbelieve anybody who said they weren't instant. Neither the kids nor I ate a biscuit but my husband said they were great. I had seen this while driving by for a few weeks when I decided to stop in one Sunday night. I received wonderful kind service where they had a few things that had been there a little past their time she could have easily given those to me but demanded to make us fresh chicken just moments before they closed!!
