Gosh... maybe I'm a Neapolitan pizza guy now. Talk about an amazing pizza. Came here with my friend for dinner the other night. I'd recommend a reservation as there isn't that much dining space. We didn't have one, but the wait was only about 15 minutes which was nice. Our server was very friendly and quite attentive so A for service. I had an old fashioned which was very good. One of the better ones I've had. Good pour hahaha. The star of the show was the pizza. I had the pozzuoli. What a pizza. Lots of toppings. Excellent crust. Dough had great flavor. Everything just worked. Better than the pizza I had in Italy. Yes; it's floppy. Grow up. That's how Neapolitan pizza is supposed to be. Personal size, but I was full by the end. Highly recommend. Not a terrible place for a pizza, but overpriced and very much a dine-in sort of joint. I can see why people complain about carryout here. Even eating in, the pizza is very heavy and bordering soggy. Waiting a few minutes in a box would wreck it. That being said, it is a good pie, but not worth double what other places charge. Salads are good, but have almost no dressing. Servers barely felt like they existed. Having at least one good one could brighten this drab place up. They attract a pretty awful crowd here, too. I tried it twice now (both times carry out) and both times the pizza was cold, and soggy. It was a major disappointment and totally not worth the $20 for the Margarita pizza it was so bad I'll never go back to this place. read more

Absolutely loved this cute, intimate spot! My boyfriend and I got lucky and were able to snag two seats at the bar when the wait for a table was about an hour. McKenna, the bartender, was great! Very kind, attentive, and gave great recommendations. I had the pistachio martini which I LOVED. It was dessert in a glass - it's creamy and a bit sweet. It would be great as a dessert, too! We shared the goat cheese rustico appetizer which was delicious with roasted tomatoes and olives, and served with grilled bread. It was also a nice portion size. Then we split the margherita pizza and the tartufo pizza. Both were delightful! We also loved the bathroom signs with the pasta shapes for men and women - too cute! - along with the vespa in the back area! These were some cute details. read more

Sometimes places, people, things -- and FOOD -- just leave you in awe. Not much to say except the pizza AND the drinks were absolutely delicious! I would give this a 3.5 if I could. Really nothing was too horrendous, but I don't think I will be going back. They're only open for about four hours on the weekday, which is not a super long time. Surprisingly they do serve only pizza and three salad options and a couple appetizers. There was about a 25 minute wait on a Tuesday which isn't bad but a little unexpected. They have focaccia on the menu and it definitely really isn't focaccia, but whatever it was tasted really good. Absolutely loveeeeeee pizza e vino!! i was surprised i never wrote a review here yet??? the lighting, the cocktails, the flavors of the food. amazing. i always spend my birthday here i love it so much. higher priced and expect to spend some money here to make a date happy; but its never buyers remorse. i highly recommend the pepperoni pizza with truffle oil!!! i've seen a lot of people order the dessert pizza but i never have any room for dessert.... the goat cheese app is good too. the servers are younger and nice, i feel they should know just a tad more about wine to pair. expect long waits especially on weekends and nice days. read more

Ordered two pizzas and a salad for pick-up and it did not disappoint! I recommend ordering your crust well-done as it's quite thin and floppy (unless you like it that way ). We enjoyed the Doppio Pepperoni and the Vesuvio pizzas as well as the Mista salad. Highly recommend all three! The food was amazing! I went with some friends and it was the perfect place to get some pizzas and wine (true to their name)! Our waitress was very friendly and patient, and although they were busy, we were able to wait at the bar to pass the time. The Nutella pizza dessert gets its own star because it was AMAZING. Pizza e Vino is peak vibes. It's like a classy version of Cheers. Went in wanting to decompress with a glass of wine, ended up chatting with a group and sharing 2 bottles of Prosecco. Wine selection didn't call to me, I prefer more semi sweet to sweet wines. Ordered an Elderflower cocktail, and that is when the fun began. There was a miscommunication at the bar, and I ended up with 2 cocktails. The one the manager made was best. :) The fresh rosemary was a nice touch, felt in the spirit of the season. Did not order food, as I was here after dinner, but would come back for pizza. The pistachio cannoli was well worth ordering, one of the best cannoli I have ever had! Somehow I became engaged in conversation with 4 others sitting at the bar...and it turned into a grand time, and our camaraderie shut the bar down (we were there until close). Took my sister and her fiancee. Packed to the gills in there, and no, they do not take reservations. Chose to eat on the patio on a chilly evening that looked like rain rather than wait an hour. Still worth it. Get the artichoke dip. I repeat, get the artichoke dip. Best thing in the joint. Everything else is terrific, so that should tell you something. The Brussels app was very nice. The artichoke dip will have you battling friends and relations to the bottom of the dish. I got the Rosa pizza with goat cheese, which, of course, won the most popular pizza with the group. Not to brag, but I am an awesome picker. My husband had pepperoni, of course. Yawn. They had an El Cento, which was meatilicious and a prosciutto e rucola, which was also fantastic. Hard to go wrong with prosciutto and arugula in my book. We should have only gotten two pizzas, especially with apps. Way too much food. Pizzas are so sharable with two. We ended up taking a ton of food back to our parents. Even with their help, it was overwhelming. Drinks are strong. Wine is good. Even very nice iced tea. Once we got seated, the service was fast and friendly. It was chilly outside, but I'd do it again. We were ready to order desserts and a chocolate martini or two when it started to rain. I ordered the Artichoke Dip, Pistacchio e Salsiccia Pizza, and the Fresca salad for takeout. It's expensive and the pizza is okay. The bread that came with the dip was burnt. My mom commented that the pizza was hard and tough for her elderly teeth to eat. I prefer authentic Italian pizza to American pizza, but I've had better at other Italian restaurants. I recommend trying Cantoro Trattoria, also in Plymouth, or Antonio's Cucina Italiana in Canton. read more

Overall, I would say the service was the best thing about this restaurant. I rounded up to four stars but more like 3.5. The food was fine, just not amazing. We ordered a margarita pizza (I didn't prefer it compared to other places nearby) as it seemed a bit too salty. I recommend the other pizzas with more toppings here as I've had those before which were much better. The salad was a good size but nothing exciting about that either as it was just a spring mix with some tomatoes & mozzarella. My friends liked the artichoke dip but again, I thought it was a bit too salty (but I'm not a huge cheese person) so maybe this was part of my only so-so review of the dip. Drinks were okay. I liked the Basilito but wasn't excited about it, it was fine. Of course, the wines are where it's at here which I didn't have this time around. Overall, it's a good option for great service and atmosphere (plenty of people dining here) but I'm not necessarily in a rush to return. read more

An absolute gem! One of my favorite pizza places in Michigan! I loved both the margherita and diavola pizza. We got the diavola pizza without pork and it was our favorite - the chili flakes and peppers add the perfect spice. Service is great! We arrived a little after they opened so we didn't have to wait. Our waitress was in a tee shirt and gym shorts. It looked like she just finished a workout and went straight to work. We ordered the bruschetta Mediterranea and three pizzas. The appetizer and all the pizzas were really good. Although I could have eaten the entire pizza, I saved some for lunch the next day. The service was okay. Our waitress didn't tell us the specials (but she did so with two other tables next to us) and never filled our water unless we asked. Bathrooms are in the basement. If you don't have mobility issues, take the stairs, otherwise ask a server to operate the elevator for you. Street parking. I don't know if the ones in front are free but we parked farther away and our spot was free for 2-hours. Looking forward to trying other apps, pizza, and the tiramisu! read more

I have been ordering from pizza e vino for takeout and it's been amazing! I usually walk into town, but hey hey when I drive the curbside pick is sooooo easy! I order on the online and with the super speedy pizza oven, my orders are always done in 10 mins. My favorite pizzas are anything with pesto. Drooling thinking about pesto! The Rosa is probably my most ordered pizza and then I add mushrooms and pepperoni for the husband. On top of that, we usually order an appetizer and share everything. Nestled within downtown Plymouth and a short walk away from the parking bridge area is this gem of a pizza place! I came here on a Thursday as I had heard the weekends here are crazy and have a long wait and there was still a wait and it was still pretty busy when I came in. My friend and I ended up eating at the bar and the service was pretty decent compared to sitting at a table probably. We tried to move to a table but the staff was not overall friendly with doing so even there was a spot available so I am knocking off a star. I ordered a salad the capri, and I would want to come back just for that it was so tasty! The red pizza I ordered was the ortolano or something starting a L on the hard copy menu. It was delicious and had sausage and pepperoni on it along with mushrooms and everything was cooked perfectly! You could split a pizza between two people if you had other apps / weren't so hungry or can probably finish one on your own as it's a thin crust! The wine I got also was tasty and the server at the bar was friendly in providing a good recommendation to me. I would recommend coming here but only on a weeknight! read more

Delicious. Delicious. Delicious. This is a consistent favorite in downtown Plymouth. The wait is usually really long during the weekends, but I usually just stand by the high top to see what's available at the bar. I was told the regular wait was 1 hour 15 minutes, but my friend and I came in right when two people were leaving so our timing was perfect. The food is always good.
