    Signature Pasta and Salmon
    Jordyn L.

This is one of my absolute most favorite restaurants, and I will eat here multiple times a week if I am able to. It is so fresh, flavorful and I really think there's options for everyone. My kids will even eat the chicken and rice! I enjoy the Greek salad and the signature pasta during the weekend is one of my favorites as well. I've been coming here for years and I'm so happy that there is a new location in Highlands Ranch. The staff is always wonderful, and the restaurants are always clean!

4.5 stars Cozy place inside - almost feels like a little seafood grill on the docks. Anyway, lamb burger was outstanding, and the feta wasn't overpowering, which I feel is a problem with a lot of Mediterranean places. You can also tell the bun is good-quality by the cracks on top. The potatoes weren't anything special though; get a different side. Food came out quickly, even with a big group.

Both hubby and I were wanting some veggie intake. He, a salad. I wanted a Mediterranean bowl. Found them both at Taziki's. It was so good. It's a bright, clean place with several offerings that fit our needs that day. Husband picked a Greek salad, which he declared "wonderful". I had a salad bowl with grilled shrimp -- very very good, though, beware -- the shrimp is more than a bit spicy. We look forward to going back to try some of the other interesting menu items.

    GREEK SALAD w/ GRILLED CHICKEN

We got the Greek salad with grilled chicken and the Mediterranean salad with chicken kebabs as take out. Both were good but nothing special.

The roasted potatoes were delicious, they had a zesty flavor but the lamb gyro tasted like old ground beef and I wasn't a fan at all!!! I can usually finish my food but this time I couldn't finish the lamb!! Carlos the GM was nice enough to give me a side of chicken which was way better flavored than the lamb but an expensive $12.99 side of chicken Great service by the sweet Hispanic gentleman who I later found out was the GM of the store.

This is a great neighborhood favorite. We've never been disappointed when we come here. The person at the front desk, Eliana, really made us feel at home. It was like talking with an old family member about what we wanted to eat at home for dinner. It was very comforting as always coming here.

CAESAR SALAD w/ GRILLED SALMON, side of red potatoes

This was a great place to stop for lunch. We knew nothing about it but we know we like Mediterranean/Greek food so we thought we would give it a shot. It's similar to Mr. Gyro's in Kansas City, which I love and is near where I live. This place has an even bigger menu. Just today they had introduced a new Lamb Burger with whipped feta, so that's what I got. I think it may be the first Lamb Burger I've ever had- it definitely tastes different than any other kind of traditional burger meat I have had. It came with a side of potato chips and then you got to choose another side. I chose red potatoes, which were delicious and perfectly cooked. I kind of wish we could choose both sides because I would've gotten potatoes and either fruit or a small salad- both were available. My friend got the pick your own plate with Caesar salad, salmon, and a side of red potatoes. She absolutely raved about everything. We also got white chocolate lemon cookies for dessert and they were insanely good. The gentleman who welcomed us in so warmly also helped us at the register. His name was Alex and he was amazing. He knew it was our first time so he explained the menu to us and told us about some things that customers really love . And since it was our first time he gave us free fountain drinks! We thought that was really sweet of him. I hope one of these comes to KC. We will definitely be back next time we're in this part of Denver.

My first time here. I ordered online curbside pickup. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the roasted potatoes and spicy harissa hummus were decent (I'm being generous). Everything else was not good at all. I threw most of it in the trash. The gyro meat was so salty and tasted spoiled. The lettuce in the cesar salad was wilted. The falafel were dry and didn't have any tzatziki sauce. The baked pita was salty. The side of harissa chicken was bland and tough. The child's meal was nothing special (they forgot to give me the root beer that was supposed to come with it). I waited curbside 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. I don't think they checked the notifications that I had arrived so my food was sitting and cold. Overall this was not the Mediterranean food I was looking for. Total waste of $55.

I was excited to try after watching a documentary on the Somm channel about that specific winemaker. The wine was delicious. Additionally, I was so happy to see small boutique wine from the Santa Barbara area like Amevive and A Tribute to Grace. Our server Yvonne guided our menu choices thoughtfully and enhanced our experience with excellent service. We started with watermelon feta salad with baby cilantro, walnuts, and harissa oil. The watermelon was cool, sweet, and crisp and the flavors balanced perfectly. If you are a pickle lover you must get the pickles. I think I will be dreaming of them. The pickled cabbage, okra, califlower and snap peas were just the best! The pitas were puffy, but not hollow, and warm. There was also an olive oil dipping sauce that complemented everything. Star of the show for me was the forgaged mushrooms and hummus. These were the most delicious mushrooms and snoothest hummus I have ever experienced, and I think there might be magicians in the kitchen. Our other dishes were cabbage and eggplant. Both taste explosions, done masterfully with a sauce, color and texture. This food is truly incredible, highly recommend. I am in Denver for work, anytime I travel back to Denver I will for sure return to Safta.

Coffee was fine but they gave such a large cup and it got cold right away and we felt bad for asking for refills when we still had a good amount left but cold. Lines weren't bad at all on a Sat morning. Basic American fruit/yogurt, bread, pastries. Deviled eggs. Prime rib was good The different types of sauces like baba ghounash, hummus, etc-- those were all really good mixed together with pita bread. Mediterranean salad was good. Cabbage was meh this time. No honeycomb this time :( :( :( I did not like ANY of the desserts. Neither did my partner. So I just had normal fruit/yogurt for dessert which seemed wasteful. Everything else was kind of just meh to me. Not worth the $65/person (with tip and tax). They also include a 5% surcharge on the bill.

I won't say which, but boy, was it a letdown. The falafel were like little hockey pucks and the pita were like cardboard, flat and stale-tasting. I didn't think you could screw up pita. Only the hummus was passable. All this to say that I have been SPOILED by moving within walking distance of the Byblos in Alamo Placita, which is where a little taco place used to be. It's in a sweet little spot with patio seating on the corner of 4th and Corona, but the draw is really the food. I can't vouch for the meat dishes as a vegan, but WOW is their pita soft, fresh and flavorful, and they replenish it readily. Their hummus is excellent, their baba ghanoush is the best I've had since leaving the greater Boston area (with its abundance of outstanding ethnic restaurants) and the eggplant moussaka is fantastic. Plus they put this fully vegan cream dressing on the garden salad that is out of this world. Byblos has completely ruined me for a lot of other restaurants. The lamb kofte, hummus and mandu dumplings were great! Their pita is fresh and piping hot, unlike other pitas I've had which was a big positive! The main dish my mom got was the carrot dish because she is a vegetarian, it was such a lazy dish! Just extra charred carrots on a bed of chickpeas and sauce - I expected more!
