Definitely recommend Taziki's for fast, healthy options. The gyros and pitas sounded good but with the help of a visual, I ended up ordering the Turkish Meatball Feast. It did not disappoint. The salad greens were fresh, the basmati rice fluffy and the main attraction, the (grilled) meatballs, were tasty! I don't always finish a meal but this was too good to not finish. (The portion was perfect). Order ahead for quick pick up or stay awhile and enjoy your feast. The seating area is great in size so plenty of tables for singles, couples, families and groups (so bring everyone!). The staff kept the tables clear and the area very clean. Went here for lunch, and the place was quiet with very few people around. I ordered the Spicy Harissa Chicken with a side of potatoes and a Greek salad. Unfortunately, the meal was disappointing from the start. On my very first bite of the potatoes, I bit into what felt like sand or grit, which completely spoiled the experience. The chicken was bland and quite tough to chew, and the Greek salad didn't stand out either. I ended up leaving most of the meal unfinished. The only positives were the peaceful ambience and the availability of free parking. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. read more

I hadn't been to Taziki's in too long so it was extra special. My friend and I both ordered the "feast" with grilled lamb and Mediterranean salad. I had rice and she had the roasted potatoes and both were very good. The lamb was excellent and had that just off the grill flavor. The salad was big and had so many good things in it. It also came with a tasty little pita chip. We also had the baklava for dessert and it was good but not the best. The restaurant is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. Stopped in Taziki's at 11:30am on a Monday to grab a Gyro to go. The restaurant was empty which isn't surprising at 11:30. I placed my order and sat down and waited and waited and WAITED. Apparently they had some web orders and they were making them on the grill in slow motion one at a time. It was painful to watch. After 30 minutes sitting there in an empty restaurant I walked up and asked for a refund. A Gyro was made from scratch and handed to me in 60 seconds. My blood was boiling. Gyro was good but I'll never be back and I guarantee you there isn't a single person working in that restaurant who cares. They would have let me sit there for an hour. read more

OK, so I've been back for lunch already since the last time. Noteworthy: the rice was very good this time (ie. cooked completely) so I guess what I had last time was an anomaly (I hope so, anyway). I had the salmon again and it was delicious (again). Also I asked the person at the counter (again) about how one gets an iced tea refill here, and they said to come up to the counter and they'll give you one. There is no self-serve drink refill center at this location. This is one of my absolute most favorite restaurants, and I will eat here multiple times a week if I am able to. It is so fresh, flavorful and I really think there's options for everyone. My kids will even eat the chicken and rice! I enjoy the Greek salad and the signature pasta during the weekend is one of my favorites as well. Anyway, lamb burger was outstanding, and the feta wasn't overpowering, which I feel is a problem with a lot of Mediterranean places. You can also tell the bun is good-quality by the cracks on top. I can usually finish my food but this time I couldn't finish the lamb!! This was a great place to stop for lunch. We knew nothing about it but we know we like Mediterranean/Greek food so we thought we would give it a shot. It's similar to Mr. Gyro's in Kansas City, which I love and is near where I live. This place has an even bigger menu. Just today they had introduced a new Lamb Burger with whipped feta, so that's what I got. I think it may be the first Lamb Burger I've ever had- it definitely tastes different than any other kind of traditional burger meat I have had. It came with a side of potato chips and then you got to choose another side. I chose red potatoes, which were delicious and perfectly cooked. I kind of wish we could choose both sides because I would've gotten potatoes and either fruit or a small salad- both were available. My friend got the pick your own plate with Caesar salad, salmon, and a side of red potatoes. She absolutely raved about everything. We also got white chocolate lemon cookies for dessert and they were insanely good. The gentleman who welcomed us in so warmly also helped us at the register. His name was Alex and he was amazing. He knew it was our first time so he explained the menu to us and told us about some things that customers really love . And since it was our first time he gave us free fountain drinks! We thought that was really sweet of him. I hope one of these comes to KC. We will definitely be back next time we're in this part of Denver. read more

My first time here. I ordered online curbside pickup. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the roasted potatoes and spicy harissa hummus were decent (I'm being generous). Everything else was not good at all. I threw most of it in the trash. The gyro meat was so salty and tasted spoiled. The lettuce in the cesar salad was wilted. The falafel were dry and didn't have any tzatziki sauce. The baked pita was salty. The side of harissa chicken was bland and tough. The child's meal was nothing special (they forgot to give me the root beer that was supposed to come with it). I waited curbside 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. I don't think they checked the notifications that I had arrived so my food was sitting and cold. Overall this was not the Mediterranean food I was looking for. Total waste of $55. read more

In this age of post pandemic and high inflationary times, we are all aware of the issues that face restaurants and customers. Went there last night with friends who were talking about this restaurant the last couple of years. Unfortunately for me, my perception and life long experience with Greek and 'Mediterranean' food is far different than my friend's. Had the Street Food plate and quite frankly, was totally disappointed! From the beginning, the young woman at the register had no idea what I was ordering. I had to ask her to step out from behind the counter and personally show her on the menu board what I wanted to order. The entree arrived, the pieces of lamb were very tough and chewy! The roasted potatoes were not very cooked through, though the side portion of salad was pretty tasty. They included a very small pita chip and not a real soft, warm pita with the meal. Took the small piece of baklava home and it too was a soggy bomb of a dessert. THIS meal is typical of the declining so called quality of restaurant fare in so many places these days. Yes, times are tough for restaurants as mentioned and I hear similar experiences from other friends and family who go out to eat. Greek food in Denver used to be extremely delicious and the quality consistent as well. I sincerely hope this meal last night was an off-night for this restaurant. However, my receipt says 18:19 on a Saturday night and the restaurant was scarce of customers and the cost for just me was over twenty six bucks including nice tip, at the counter. First time here and frankly, we prefer to cook at home where the quality is there and the cost is but a fraction of what was spent last night. Talk about authentic!! This gyros were amazing and everything was 100% fantastic! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly worker. She asked if we'd ever been in and we said no. She then proceeded to tell us about the menu and the most popular items. When we got to the register the whole staff was very friendly and willing to help us customize our orders! The meal originally comes with chips and one side. The cashier told us that we could substitute the chips for a different side! The potatoes were going to take an extra 15 minutes and the chef let us know ahead of time. He offered to bring the sides out separate but we told him that the wait time was alright and we would take the meal all together. The food was delicious!!! Hot and fresh! Unfortunately, this restaurant uses styrofoam (which cannot be recycled and doesn't biodegrade) for both their takeout beverages and food containers. We were craving some Mediterranean food after a hike and decided to check out a new place on our way back. We perused our Yelp app and found Taziki's. After looking through some promising reviews we checked out their website and decided to go for it since they had online ordering. The online ordering was super easy and made it so we didn't have to wait at all and could get curbside delivery. We've since been back to order take out in person (last minute decision) and it was still super fast. They also have really great customer service. The must haves: anything shrimp kabobs - oooooeeeee they are good. The shrimp, onions, and peppers are seasoned and grilled to perfection and super easy to eat. I've been getting them with the full portion Greek salad and I can't get enough. The salad has all fresh ingredients and the Greek dressing is amazing (also good to dip pita...or anything really...in it). My fiance got the chicken kabob feast and really enjoyed it. It included 2 chicken kabobs, rice, and a small Greek salad. I really like Taziki's because you feel good eating it since it's healthy, but you also don't miss out on having good flavors and taste. The portions are all pretty big so you are full (I actually split mine between two meals), but you don't feel weighed down with heavy food. I ordered a chargrilled lamb platter which came with a Greek salad and choice of rice or potato. I opted for rice. Lets start with the salad...huge! And fresh. Crunchy lettuce and cucumbers, tasty olives and, well, the tomatoes, they were just okay...not bad though, just okay. It came with a vinegraitte which seemed to be homemade but I'm not sure about that. The lamb...three nice juicy, tender pieces of lamb. So perfectly seasoned. It was more than enough for me but I gobbled them up because they were so delicious. Did I say I liked the lamb? Oh...these came with tzaziki (sp?) Sauce which also seemed made in house? The rice was well rice. This is a casual place where you order and pay as at the counter and they bring the food out to you. The restaurant seemed nice and clean. I chose to sit on the patio because it was such a gorgeous day. They offer some canned beers...I had a Dale's...and a couple of wines too. Great customer service, which I appreciated. I ordered takeout on an empty Sunday: hummus with vegetables and lemon chicken soup. The food was ready very quickly, and the host honored my Yelp coupon for a free soup, despite saying that it was only to be used for when it snows outside (which the fine print didn't specify at all). But a thank you to him anyway for honoring it on my first go at this restaurant. Ugh. The hummus is watery and flavorless. The vegetables are rubbery and bendy. The soup tastes like water with chicken and rice. All just very, well, watery. I don't think I will be returning. read more

Nice little place for a hankering of the cuisine Med style, convenient to the 25. Our group partook in the taziki dip and pita, gyros (lamb), chicken dinner offering and salad - all which pleased the group with the freshness of the ingredients and the excellent stimulation of the taste buds. Interestingly, with the gyro there were lays potato chips, an unexpected but not necessarily unpleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and delivered our food to the table. My lamb was extremely dry and flavorless. Had to eat 2/3s of it or more before it hit a little tzatziki sauce. Geez. That's the name of the place, so maybe put a little more on the driest gyro ever. Nice little Mediterranean spot on the south side of Denver. Food is delicious and fresh. They have one of the best Tzakiki sauces around, living up to the name. They shred the cucumber, making it hearty but not chunky. The beef gyro I got was excellent - great flavor and the pasta salad was nice and flavorful too. The only reason, I'm taking off a star is the fast casual concept doesn't seem to fit the vibe of this place. I wish it would just be full service or fast food. They will bring out your meal but for drink refills, you have to go back up and ask, which can make it a little awkward. Regardless, staff is really friendly and food flavors are on point. read more
