The woman in the office helpfully and patiently walked me through the process - driving onto the scale, entering the yard, the two locations at which I'd drop off my scarp, etc. She cleared up steps I misunderstood. And she satisfied my curiosity about the processing of the scrap, by describing how it was handled here and, subsequently, at Padnos' operation in Grandville. She and another staffer who assisted were a pleasure to work with.

I've used multiple waste disposal companies (including city owned) around the state and my kids have used multiple around the country. I'll take our guys any day. They are friendly, on time and always available. In the past 7 years they have skipped us once. I think it was the 8" of unexpected snow and the add-on icy conditions that caused that. We received an apology email later. They also have a state of the art recycling center that, if you get a chance, must be toured. It is amazing.
