I am not quite sure why this particular TCBY doesn't have all five stars. It is clean well appointed the staff was friendly. There were plenty of people in there. I did not find the yogurt watery at all, which is what someone had said prior had I listened to their reviews. I would've missed this wonderful place. I highly recommend the oat milk wedding cake. It is dairy free and it was delicious. I also had wedding cake and my children had chocolate. It was very good. They have a variety of topics, including. Whipped cream that is kept in the refrigerator. The young man that was at the counter was cleaning up all of the crumbs and it was very good. As you know, frozen yogurt can be quite costly however it was worth every penny if I could give it more than five stars, I would. read more

This TCBY needs improvement. We went in on a Friday early afternoon, and the place was filthy. I understand that customers can make a mess, but the floors were absolutely filthy. The bathroom was disgusting. The employees were barely speaking to customers and were on their phones almost exclusively. The yogurt was good, but I didn't feel like eating jt given how dirty the place was. I have always loved TCBY, but do not plan to return to this one! read more

Came here with 5 of my buddies and we did a really good job filling up our ice cream. I wish I know the persons name who worked here but he was super chill and cool and then we talked about tipping when we were at the table. Let me know your thoughts on tipping. I have never been to a TCBY with this format - totally self serve. Nice array of flavors, plenty of different toppings. The attendant was in a sour mood Wednesday night and the shop could have used a good mopping. Self serve with a tip line on the check? I think not!! read more

Came in here with my gal pal ready to gab the night away but upon entering i was met with the foulest stench that has ever touched my nostrils. When I say the smell was like a dirty diaper mixed with a fart and sewer rats, Im not exaggerating. I felt so sorry for the young fella in there working!! I think he must have lost his sense of smell from this place bc I couldn't imagine being in there for 8 hrs in a day. onto the yogurt yes I ate it. I was pleasantly surprised. i will say they were out of italian tart (my ride or die flavor) which was disappointing but white chocolate mousse made up for it. Thank God. Had to give it two stars bc I stay brand loyal around here. my suggestions for this place would to spray with some febreeze from time to time. that oughta do the trick. read more

I was trying to go to a new-ish soft serve place nearby when I found out they were closed that day. I couldn't back out on my ice cream craving now and TCBY was the closest option to satisfy said cravings. We walked in and noticed that it was spotless inside which is a good sign. All the machines were working so you get maximum flavor options and the topping station was tidy and fresh. What more can you ask for other than the price being crazy high. I know it's all based on weight, but I can get comparable ice cream action without spending $20 for 2 cups (not super full either). read more

It's TCBY...self serve frozen yogurt for your sweet tooth needs. We stopped by Saturday night, grabbed a cup and then filled up. There were the usual FY available, but I went with the salted caramel and coffee. The toppings bar was neat and filled, and I cold fill a whole cup with everything. But I wanted some yellow cake and vanilla wafers to add some solid goodness. Then I saw the bottle of Nutella spread, and yum! I could eat the whole bottle. But we enjoyed our sweet tooth stop and like what we had. So good frozen yogurt and toppings to enjoy, I would definitely come again. There was plenty of seating too. Service takes it down one star. I have gotten so addicted to going here. I know that frozen yogurt is better for you but the toppings are gonna kill me. Its a little pricey since you pay by weight so it should be easy to be budget conscience by eating less. You world think that works but I tend to like up and end up spending $9+ on my one cup of Froyo. Don't judge me. Like I said its the toppings that's gonna kill me and do the damage to my wallet. I love the idea of getting my own ice cream then piling it up with whatever array of ingredients (this is also a very dangerous thing). I went with salted caramel topped with butterfinger and Reese's. You then weigh your bowl of deliciousness and pay based on the weight. I brought these issues to the attention of the attendant. She was pleasant and said she was sorry, but she was unable to fix the problems. This place is super straightforward. Get as much yogurt and stuff to go on top as you like and pay per ounce. Not a bad concept. While the price is a little steep the number of flavors and topping a are pretty generous and I felt like it was worth the price. TCBY is always delicious. The white chocolate flavored yogurt is my favorite. I always go for the fruit toppings and can be disappointed if the quality isn't there. I had to take one star away, because the blackberries were all squished and there were very few fruit options to begin with. The front door sticks pretty badly.
