During the call to find out what my bill was for, I asked if the guarantee was in effect during our time of service. The agent didn't know what I was talking about. But just as I thought, the supervisor I had talked to at that time who said the promotion didn't start until after I had signed up, did lie to me. I was indeed eligible for the promotion, but I am now informed I had to submit an application within 30 days. This was not mentioned to me nor is it mentioned any where on their website. And now the agent tells me it's too late to submit. T-Mobile appears to be purposely advertising promotions they do not intend to keep.
